Only unenlightened ones think
they “do” things. Emperors just sit and oversee. In that
way, be in Sovereignty Consciousness . . . be in that
mode of operation, whereby you watch – – witness – –
observe . . . from moment to moment, the whole universe
in its cosmic dance . . . and just Know . . . All Is
Well. Yes, “doing happens” through your physical vehicle
. . . all the time; but Who is the Doer? Contemplate
that very deeply . . .
Whatever happens will be what
it is; forms will do what they are supposed to do, with
the right people, at the right time. Actions and powers
were assigned to your stewardship, and in the world they
would say you “own” them. You own the knowledge. True
enough. But recognize too, that our human forms own
nothing . . . because everything belongs only to The
Self.
Everything in the Ocean
belongs to the Ocean . . . NOT the waves.
How in paradise could a little
temporary form that is here today and gone tomorrow
“own” something that lasts millions of years, like land?
We as human forms don’t even own our bodies. We just
borrow them for a while. They’re our temporary temples,
our transitory vehicles of expression. They’re given to
us by existence, and they’re dissolved at the designated
time by the laws of nature. We as forms own nothing. We
just sojourn here for a while. But Who We Really Are –
the Self – owns Everything.
This is why the concept of a
pure trust is a spiritual one. We are merely entrusted
with the stewardship of things for a while, and how well
we manage this stewardship determines our destiny.
The sacred physical temple and
all its accomplishments were entrusted to an individual
personality called yourself, by the Self – Who You
Really Are, for a period of time, to steward it to its
destiny. All is in the Capable Hands of the Self. As the
human custodian, you are just a trustee, and right now
you’re on a field trip from Heaven, on sabbatical, “on
field work”. Relax, and realize, that it really is none
of “your” doing . . . on the personal human level. It is
the Universal Mind, the Cosmic Mind, Your Universal
Self, which is managing all. Just allow it. Relax. Know.
And enjoy.
Gratitude is boundless for Who
You Are and all that is unfolding. Whatever is the
highest good in the universal intelligence to unfold
through us, let it be. We are nothing and nobody except
hollow bamboos through which the Mystic Enchanter plays
the Divine Flute.

Note:
For those outside the USA, the following question is still
applicable. The terms may differ, but the principle is the same.
Pay attention.
Q:
When
I applied for the EIN ID number for the trust, the PDF letter
that the IRS gives online has a sentence in it which says “You
must file Form 1041 on this trust.” I thought this trust has no
filing requirements?
A: When
a tax ID number (EIN – Employer Identification Number) is
applied for, for banking purposes only, for a pure, irrevocable,
private contract trust, the online letter that comes from the
IRS providing the EIN states that “form 1041 must be filed”, but
that only applies to statutory entities.
“If no information or return is filed, [the] Internal Revenue
Service cannot assess you”. – – Gary Makovski, Special IRS Agent,
testifying under oath in US. v. Lloyd.
The IRS has no category for “non-statutory”. The NLT constitutes an
exception (not exempt – big difference), in the sense that the
statutory filing requirements don’t apply to them. This fact has
been successfully tested by all NLT clients for several decades. It
is a well-established fact.
Being an “exception” to the filing requirements is a far more
powerful status than being “exempt”, because “exempt” is a statutory
term that can be granted by the IRS and can be revoked by the IRS.
The category of “exception”, however, is not given – – and therefore
cannot be taken away. It is a permanent and irreversible status of
being outside the venue of all statutory requirements. It’s like an
airplane flying in the sky which doesn’t have to follow the road
rules of cars driving on the ground.
For those who still lack the courage to see the wisdom in this,
consider the saying that “the only rights you have are the rights
you know you have.” You have now been informed that you have the
right to ignore the 1041 requirement, because that requirement only
applies to statutory entities. Thus you can only “have” and enjoy
this right if you clearly KNOW that you have it and choose to
exercise it accordingly.
Q:
In
the USA, a trust client will need an EIN to open a bank account.
The 1997 letter from the IRS on your website makes it clear this
type of trust does not fall under the eyes of the IRS, which is
great. However, that same letter goes on to say they (IRS) have
cancelled/deleted that EIN. Can you clarify my confusion over
having and EIN then it being deleted?
A:
That
EIN cancellation was an exception to the rule. It was probably
done because the correspondent questioned it. At that time, the
idea was that the EIN was for filing tax returns. Otherwise,
though, the banks require a number, and maybe they will change
it in the future, but thus far they use the IRS SSN or EIN as
the ID number for entities that hold bank accounts. That has not
been a problem for NLT operators.
What is important, though, is to follow the instructions that you
receive with the trust explicitly, in how to apply for the EIN.
There is a certain exact procedure. It only takes about 15 minutes,
but you have to check the right boxes, say the right words, and not
say the wrong things. Those instructions come with your trust.
The IRS is not going to cancel the EIN.
No one to our knowledge out of thousands has had a single problem
with the tax man in the US or any country, in one’s individual name
or in the name of the trust, as a result of using the NLT or using
the EIN associated with it.
By the way, banks in some countries have accepted the US EIN as the
trust’s ID number for opening accounts, without the trustee having
to get a number from that country’s government.
