Your order is now in Pending Status.  Please check your email and locate the message from noreply@brillianceincommerce.com.  The Subject will be "Please verify your email address".  If you don't find it in your In box, look in your spam or promotions, and white-list it.  Once you have clicked on the verification link in it, then your order will be submitted for completion.  It only takes a couple of minutes to process.  When the transaction has been successfully processed, in a few minutes look for your two email receipts.  In the one from noreply@brillianceincommerce.com, look for the clickable link under "Download", to receive your product.

Note: If you cannot find your "Please verify your email address" anywhere, even in spam, CALL US at 360-200-7521.  We can verify you by phone, and then release your order from "pending" to "completed".  If you reach our voicemail, kindly leave a message and give us up to one day to get back to you.  Or if you would prefer to do this in writing, by all means, submit a Help Desk Ticket at our Contact Us link.
