Your order is now in Pending Status.  Please check your email and locate the message from  The Subject will be "Please verify your email address".  If you don't find it in your In box, look in your spam or promotions, and white-list it.  Once you have clicked on the verification link in it, then your order will be submitted for completion.  It only takes a couple of minutes to process.  When the transaction has been successfully processed, in a few minutes look for your two email receipts.  In the one from, look for the clickable link under "Download", to receive your product.

Note: If you cannot find your "Please verify your email address" anywhere, even in spam, CALL US at 360-200-7521.  We can verify you by phone, and then release your order from "pending" to "completed".  If you reach our voicemail, kindly leave a message and give us up to one day to get back to you.  Or if you would prefer to do this in writing, by all means, submit a Help Desk Ticket at our Contact Us link.
