You can write an agreement of fiduciary duty which will outline what are the trustee’s responsibilities and capabilities. You can also have a Protector who can watch over the Trustee and terminate the Trustee for any misconduct. While it is a good question, the good news is that we have never heard of a Natural Law Trust creator or protector who has had to fire a trustee. Therefore, this may not be “ALL the ways”, as you say, but it is a question you can revisit later with our trust writer, to see what more he wishes to add.
