The
Dawn of Golden Age Prosperity — an update

One of the most explicit
descriptions of my own vision by someone else is by Dr.
Steven Greer, in his book Hidden Truth
– Forbidden Knowledge. Most of the book is about his
encounters with benevolent ETs from the time he was a
child. But several chapters later in the book go into
incredible detail about the coming Golden Age . . . the
very same details that I foresaw. The synchronicities
and similarities were numerous, as well as the eloquence
and beauty with which he expressed them. Outer prosperity and inner
enlightenment are coming for everyone who isn’t
sabotaging society.
However it comes — it is
coming.
The Knowing about the
now-rising Golden Age of this Earth has all the signs
required for fulfillment.
Therefore, this Golden Age is definitely coming for
everyone except, perhaps, a smaller number who are
creating their own wish fulfillment on the negative side
. . . in which case certain individuals will, indeed,
get what they are creating with their beliefs . . . by
bifurcating into a parallel timeline in which they get
Jurassic Park, or they get a police state, or whatever
they have been projecting. We all get what we have
created from within.
However, those are just little minds. There is also a
Big Mind which has Other Ideas — ideas which will
overwhelm the little ideas. “In the small ponds of shallow
minds, the little fish of petty thoughts cause great
commotion. In the vast depths of oceanic minds, even the
great whales of profound inspiration cause hardly a
ripple.” — the
Vedas
The good news for the
doomsdayers is, many of their little self-created hells
will get overwhelmed and dissolved by the preference to
elect a greater New Option which has just arisen — a
New Option so awesome, so mind-blowing, so utterly
unexpected and transcendent — beyond anything they
could have ever dreamed or imagined — that the
abandonment of the former plans will be immediate,
spontaneous, and total.
That’s the “apostacy” that has been prophesied – “the
mass abandonment of a former loyalty”.
It reminds me of the funny
joke, “Do you know how to make God laugh?”
(“Tell Him your
plans.”)
Wealth and prosperity are
going to be totally different in the future. It won’t be
about merely lots of money in a dark unenlightened world
with a slow atomic spin.
The high atomic spin rate —
the higher frequencies of atomic structure — will be
changing the entire environment — due to what Robert
Cox calls the infusion of “celestial subtle matter” in
his book The Pillar
of Celestial Fire.
(Have you read that?) From the Great Central Sun, the
Heart of God, the Center of the Universe, down through
the Pleiades and the center of the Milky Way Galaxy, the
rhythmic pulsing of Cosmic Waves brings periodic washes
of celestial subtle matter which changes everything in
its path.
Therefore, the prosperity of
the future won’t be anything like it was in the dark
ages. It won’t be just separate miserable egos
encapsulated in their little private secret domains,
scheming and plotting to conquer other egos, and to take
their wealth. It won’t be people using their money to
extract privileges and luxuries from the services of
others without contributing good karma in like kind. It
won’t be the ability to use money to dominate and
exploit, to enslave and to get spoiled by
selfishness.
The LIGHT will be too bright in the entire atmosphere
for that. The LOVE will be too powerful — all-pervasive
— permeating the very fabric of existence, tangible
down to the smallest insect (many of which will have
disappeared). AWARENESS will be COLLECTIVELY EXALTED to
unsurpassed levels . . . to where former tyrants will be
as babies in their little playpens, realizing their
utter smallness in the Presence of True Masters.
Putting it this way is a
simple realization of the truth of spiritual evolution.
In fact, the very definition of genuine spiritual growth
is the gradual disappearance of the illusion of the ego.
No True Master has any ego. If someone appears to be
advanced in some ways but still has ego, then he is
still but an infant among the Knowers of Ultimate
Reality.
As for mass prosperity, merely distributing more money
in this world condition would only have mixed
results. Sure,
giving money to the Awakened Ones would help accelerate
global enlightenment, thus serving as a cause; but on
the other hand, the mass distribution of prosperity is
ALSO an EFFECT of the enlightenment that HAS ALREADY
BEEN OCCURRING. So they are coming simultaneously. By
the time the whole world is prosperous, a whole new
consciousness will have come with it. They are coming
together. 200% of life – – 100% inner and 100%
outer.

Don’t
Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your
Assets
Let
us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again,
we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts,
and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up
sooner.
Case
in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt
due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had
left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks
are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her
assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent
conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to
get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is
irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for
hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had
transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of
the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she
would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of
problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire
insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a
pound of cure.”
Procrastinating,
putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art
asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we
know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished
they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the
wise.

Free

This

business located in central Texas which has been operating for
over 10 years, often with $1.2M annual revenues and profitable,

Offeror has all paperwork in place to transfer the asset. LDES
Enthusiast can also receive it within an NLT and can then
operate the business on his/her own or hire a CEO to run it, a
role for which Offeror already has shortlisted candidates. Many
more compelling aspects to this proposed transaction, including
a fully populated virtual data room with business plan inclusive
of expansion into logistics tech and a detailed agreement, and
an option to reside with free room and board at Offeror’s
residence in southwest Florida, are available to those who are
genuinely interested.
For the LDES enthusiast, the upside in this transaction is the
opportunity to take ownership of this business which, if LDES
has the wherewithal to operate in the Private, would not be
encumbered by statutory obligations. Meanwhile, the downside for
the LDES enthusiast is potential time lost in case he/she is
unable to extinguish the business’s debt, in which case the SBA
lender might try to prevent the asset transfer.
The current debt schedule to apply LDES to consists of $550,000
SBA Loan, $14K American Express Card, $28K American Express
signature Line of Credit. There is no collateral for the SBA to
repossess because most of the value when the loan was issued was
deemed to be good will of the business, on which liens cannot be
placed. Thus, the LDES will still work on this.

Questions and Answers
Q: Is
real estate as an asset in an NLT protected from property
tax?
A: No.
Unless one has obtained the allodial title and land patent, property
tax follows the property, regardless of what entity owns it, in
every country. Regarding income tax, when the NLT is operated as a
pass-through entity, it becomes an exception to income tax, and in
the US, clients are encouraged to research trust deposits as Lawful
Money. The type of protection offered by the NLT to real estate
ownership is based on proper trust setup and trust administration
over time (2 years to solidify property in trust, personal or real)
that the trust assets gain protection from vulnerability to judgment
or lien meant to satisfy the personal liabilities of any of the
trust officers or grantor.
Q:
In countries like the UK that now seem to be requiring trust
government registration before the public recording of trust real
estate ownership, what is the solution?
A: One
solution is to go ahead and register it, as long as registration
does not obligate the trust to file income tax returns. Unless the
real estate is income property, it might not have reportable income
anyway. Our trust writer can guide you in what pages can be included
in the registration, and which pages should be kept private. And,
only register the trust that has real estate property. It may be
helpful to acquire additional NLTs for other assets such as a
business, investments, personal holdings, etc. One would register
only the trust that owns real estate. If so, one wouldn’t register
the trust(s) that have other types of assets that don’t need to be
publicly recorded.
Another solution would be to create a statutory company, like the UK
equivalent of an LLC, and let that be registered and hold the
property – – with the majority of its assets of the statutory entity
being held in the background by the private trust that is not
registered anywhere.
It would be beneficial for each client to do their own research. UK
legislation regarding registration and possible taxation of all
Express Trusts has recently changed. Any time trustees are
considering government registering or recording of a trust’s
existence, in order to perfect the public recording of trust real
estate ownership, there are taxation, annual reporting, and public
exposure of beneficiaries issues. Perhaps in these situations it is
best to work with other entities owning the real estate, and either
layering trusts, or using corporations, or LLCs for holding real
estate legal title and the trust having certificates, or stocks, or
membership in the other entity. So, whatever entity in any country
that can hold property, that entity can then be owned wholly or
partially owned by the primary private irrevocable trust.
Q: In
the UK, the government taxation internet site states that
all Express Trusts must now be registered. It also contains
information on possible exceptions. Does a Natural Law Trust
now have to be registered in the UK?
A: As
a reminder, BIC cannot give legal or financial advice, so
all of these answers are only our seasoned collection of
information from experience – – not advice as to what any
one client should do. We can simply say that worldwide, the
NLT is non-statutory, meaning it is not written under the
statutes of any government. Thus it is an exception to the
normal statutory requirements. The NLT is based on the
universal right of private contract. This is a right, not a
privilege – – so it cannot be denied by any government.
To our knowledge, most every client of the NLT worldwide has
been successful in operating them privately without
registration. Those who have been successful have been
legally and lawfully operating their trusts in private. We
have all found that this is in the best interests of the
beneficiaries, because the confidentiality protects them
from possible swindlers. Administration of a private trust
as a pass-through entity includes that income taxation
issues are handled before assets are exchanged in the trust
or after beneficiaries receive benefits. The NLT is also
considered a discretionary trust and all funds received by
the trust can be treated as trust corpus rather than income.
For clients who plan to put real estate property into an NLT
in the UK and countries where public recording requires
government registration, see the answer in these FAQs to the

recording of trust real estate ownership, what is the
solution?” The answer to that question provides two
different possible solutions for consideration to this new
UK requirement.
