The Unmanifest Absolute
Part 4

Dear Heart Friend,
As the meditation deepens and expands, over time the meditator gradually cognizes longer and more stabilized openings of awareness to the timeless nonchanging dimension. Eventually, as the comprehension expands to infinity, a time comes when the meditator awakens completely and permanently to the direct experience of the timeless unmanifest dimension.
This is the fifth state – – known variously as mukti (liberation), savikalpa samadhi (samadhi sustained during the waking state), cosmic consciousness, Self-realization, first stage of enlightenment, etc. It is the state after which, upon leaving the body, one need not reincarnate. Reincarnation after the fifth state is rare, but it does happen when one wishes to come back to help on this octave, rather than helping from the higher octaves. That is why it is called mukti. It is liberation from the mind, the senses, and the wheel of birth and death. “Moksha” is when it happens at death itself.
Nevertheless, the perception of the unmanifest in the fifth state is only subjective. One directly cognizes the infinity of Self within, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is unbroken, uninterrupted, and irreversible. Once the awakening has truly happened, it cannot be lost, ever for eternity. It is permanent, invincible, and absolute. Nothing in existence can take it away. However, its cognition of the unmanifest, nonchanging reality of existence is only within oneself. The outside world still looks like it did before, except that it is seen without the distorting filter of the mind. It is seen in purity, freshness, and innocence.
“Before enlightenment, chopping wood and carrying water. After enlightenment, chopping wood and carrying water.” That is a perfect description of the fifth state. The outer is the same; only the inner has changed.
The sixth state is when the external senses begin to comprehend the deeper, finer, subtler, celestial dimensions. This is the second phase of enlightenment. It has been called God Consciousness.
“When you are properly attached to God, you can engage in any activity that you wish. It appears that you are gazing at the subject of your activity, but actually, you are gazing at nothing other than God.” – – Baal Shem Tov (Kaplan, 1982, p. 296)
The supernormal powers effortlessly and automatically flower in this state. The celestial perception blooms fully in this state, and in its full maturity, the dazzling brilliance of the finest heavenly planes open to the direct perception of the individual. The personal aspect of universal divinity then becomes fully known.
“The soul that is perfectly illuminated by the ineffable glory of the light of the face of Christ, and perfectly partakes of the Holy Spirit, and is judged worthy to be made the house and seat of God, becomes all eyes, all light, all face, all glory and all spirit…. If then you have become the throne of God, and the Heavenly Charioteer has seated himself within you, and your soul is entirely transformed into a spiritual eye, and is made into light; if you too are nourished with the heavenly food of that spirit and have drunk of the Living Water, and have put on the secret garment of light—if your inward being has experienced all these things and is established in rich and unshakable faith, then you are living the Eternal Life, and your soul even in this present time rests with Christ.” – – Saint Marcarius of Egypt (Harvey, 1998, pp. 38-39)
These are glimpses of the sixth state. People all over the world in all cultures have experienced it. It is beyond merely the first stage of enlightenment.

For Americans – Debt Elimination Questions and Answers
Q: Those who understand American sovereign Citizenship, HJR-192 of June 5, 1933, the Uniform Commercial Code, and commercial remedies such as our rights as creditors to create money in accordance with the UCC, know that debts can be set off or discharged by the issuance of proper credit instruments. Why then do you speak of creating money out of thin air as if it is some kind of wrong or illegal or unethical act?
A: There is nothing unethical about creating money out of thin air — IF it were to be offered equally across the board to everyone, openly with full disclosure, with equal opportunity, and with publicly sanctioned assistance in implementing it to all people without discrimination.
What is unethical is to do it like a magic trick, hidden behind the scenes, keep it a secret from everyone, pretend that the loans came out of their supposedly already existing, genuine, and limited funds, and that they would therefore be financially harmed if you don’t pay it back. That is harmful dishonesty, plain and simple. It is deliberate and unjust enrichment designed to benefit the few at the expense of the many. Read books like “The Creature from Jekyll Island”, by G. Ed Griffin, or “Secrets of the Federal Reserve”, by Eustace Mullin (available at Amazon). They explain in crystal clear, irrefutable terms exactly how the “Mandrake Mechanism” works . . . how they create money out of thin air and pretend that it is real.
Further, most people don’t realize that in all 50 states, it is illegal to loan credit. It is legal to loan money, but not credit. And yet that is exactly what the pretender lenders have been doing.
Thus the commercial remedies rightfully provided to us under the UCC have not worked for most people, even when presented properly, for the simple reason that the egomaniacal controllers have monopolized the benefits of the system for the insiders, at the exclusion and the expense of everyone else. It is for that reason that our credit card debt cancelation system challenges the fraud, rather than attempting to discharge the debt . . . and it is for that reason that this approach has been undefeated.

Even the blow-by-blow victories in the wars against crime kings don’t usually make it into this newsletter, as they are covered amply by other newsletters. Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your Assets
Let us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

Interested parties have summarized the argument as follows: In [my country], it is generally not possible to establish a Common Law Trust as understood in Common Law jurisdictions (e.g., the United Kingdom or the USA). The [my country] legal system is based on Civil Law and does not recognize the concept of a trust in this form. Please look into this matter and provide a proposed solution for the further implementation of our trust in my region.
A: The solution is very simple, as you have been advised many times before, and as is abundantly explained on the website and in the eBook. It is to stop looking to local laws as the authority. Very simple.
That’s what “non-statutory” means. The trust’s authority comes from contract law, which transcends all local statutory laws worldwide. Contract law is affirmed in the UCC, which is the highest law on the planet that is in actual practice by governments and banks. Moreover, the right of each individual to enter into private contract with other individuals is an intrinsic right which no government can oppose.
Do you seek government permission to kiss your wife? No, it is a private matter. It is the same with private trusts. You are frustrating yourself on purpose unnecessarily by listening to the wrong authorities.
