Her Holiness Sri Mata Amritanandamayi is known as an Avatar – – born already enlightened as a divine incarnation. Therefore She knows the same Ultimate Reality about which all wise men have spoken, and She expresses it artistically in prose, stories, poetry, and songs.

How does one know if the form one has chosen will lead to the formless? One of the easiest ways is to feel the degree of unconditional Love emanating from one’s chosen form.

For Americans – Debt Elimination Questions and Answers
Q: I do understand this program but I am not sure that I am ready to live without my credit cards. Some of the companies that I have credit cards with I also have debit cards with. What assurance do I have that they will not get revenge and close out my checking accounts?
A: You have asked a good and intelligent question. The good news is, we have never heard of any institution raiding another account of the customer to compensate the credit card debt that they claim the customer owes.
This is due to the strength of the Liberty program. The questions, accusations, and challenges in the Liberty dispute letter and accompanying affidavit show the pretender lender that they are caught. If they were to take money from another account belonging to the same customer, they would be compounding their crime, and they know the likelihood is very high that the customer would then sue and win, using the arguments in the Liberty documents.
Against such a suit, the pretender lender could not possibly win. We suspect that is the reason we have never heard of a single instance where such an institution went after another account of the customer to satisfy the so-called “debt”.
Nevertheless, it can still be prudent to close any accounts you may have at an institution where you also plan to cancel a debt with the Liberty system, or at least remove most of the money from such accounts. Even if we have never seen an institution raid a Liberty user’s account, there could always be a first time. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

The 30+1 Primary Provisions of NESARA GESARA: The Ultimate Blueprint for Global Transformation
1. Debt Forgiveness: All bank-related debts, including credit cards, mortgages, and loans caused by illegal banking practices, will be eliminated. This financial “jubilee” will free people from oppressive financial institutions.
2. Termination of the IRS: The IRS will be permanently shut down, and its employees will be reassigned to the new Treasury-based tax collection system.

Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your Assets
Let us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Procrastinating, putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the wise.

Questions and Answers
Q: Can I be at the same time the grantor, the beneficiary, and the manager ?
A: We have said many times that for ‘passive control’, it’s ok to be grantor, beneficiary, and manager, but this would be for clients who are retired, or have minimum assets, and want to relax.
We have said also many times that it’s not ok to be grantor, beneficiary, and trustee.
If the trust client wants to be in ‘active control’,
- It’s ok to be a grantor, a trustee (with a successor trustee), and not a beneficiary.
- It’s ok to be a grantor, a co-trustee (with another co-trustee), and not a beneficiary.
- It’s ok to have a nominee grantor, be a co-trustee (with a non-related co-trustee), and be a minor (<49%) beneficiary.
The best arrangement is to have a nominee grantor, be a co-trustee (with a non-related co-trustee), and not be a beneficiary. Remember, the main trustee can be compensated as desired out of the trust due to the Housing Resolution Minute and the Spiritual Resolution Minute that come with the trust – – without being a beneficiary. It is not necessary to be a beneficiary.
An example of an arrangement like this would be for a friend to be a nominee grantor, the creator of the trust and his or her associate are co-trustees, and his or her spouse and children could be beneficiaries. There are subtleties and arrangements of roles between them depending on each client needs.
Q: There are only myself and my husband who can go onto the trust, as we have no one else we can really trust to be placed onto our trust. So my question is – how do we set up a trust for just my husband and myself?
A: It is always best for a married couple to each have your own trusts. That’s what most of us do. The trusts can share with each other, but one is not the signatory on the other. This gives more freedom to each of you. If you can’t afford two trusts, then you could choose one of you as the first trustee, and the other as successor trustee. You can’t be both current trustees, because a court would dishonor that, if it ever went to court. But one of you can be the successor trustee. If you get two trusts, the wife could be first trustee on one, with the husband as successor trustee; and on the second trust, it could be the other way around – – husband as first trustee and wife as successor trustee.
