“The eyes of my soul were opened, and I beheld the plenitude of God, wherein I did comprehend the whole world, both here and beyond the sea, and the abyss and ocean and all things. In all these things I beheld naught save the divine power, in a manner assuredly indescribable; so that through excess of marveling the soul cried with a loud voice, saying, “This whole world is full of God!” Wherefore I now comprehend how small a thing is the whole world, that is to say both here and beyond the seas, the abyss, the ocean, and all things; and the power of God exceeds and fills all.”
– – Angela of Foligno (Harvey, 1998, p. 88) The seventh state is the full maturity of enlightenment. It is the Sovereignty Consciousness of enlightenment. It is the final expansion of consciousness into infinity. In the seventh state, the consciousness directly perceives the very Ultimate Reality of the unmanifest, not only within oneself as in the fifth state, but fully outside oneself, everywhere, in all things. Then it is finally known, on the direct plane of experience, that All Is One. The impossible happens: what is invisible is seen; what is silent is heard; and what is unmanifest is felt. It is seen that everything, whether alive or dead, whether past, present, or future; whether changing or nonchanging, is all made of the same stuff – – the infinite and unbounded bliss consciousness of the absolute Self. Thus, the seventh state has been called Unity Consciousness.
That is why the Upanishads said many thousands of years ago:
“I am That, thou art That, and all this is nothing but That.” Another supremely enlightened master of our modern times put it this way:
“If the separate (and separative) “I” – “other” presumption is not added to what arises, what arises appears only As it Is, or Inherently free of the feeling-concept of inherent separateness (or “difference”).
“This Unique and Original freedom may be likened to the perception of waves from the point of view of the ocean (vis-à-vis the perception of waves from the point of view of any single wave).
“In the totality thus perceived, there is no separation, even if manifold complexity is (apparently) perceived.
“There are no separate waters in the sea, but all waves or motions fold in one another on the Deep. Such is the Disposition of the seventh stage of life.”
– – The Da Upanishad, by Avatar Heart-Master Da Love-Ananda (Adi Da Samraj) Because the human world has been passing through several thousand years of dark ages, the ancient awakenings of enlightenment to the direct experience of cosmic consciousness were largely forgotten. Most of the modern universities of the world have had little or no education available about the other most important aspect of existence – – the nonchanging.
Perhaps one reason for this is that it takes a very highly advanced evolution of consciousness to perceive it. Many spiritual paths regard cognition of the formless to be too difficult in the early stages of growth, and so they have depicted the goal of evolution as something with form instead. They have depicted the object of devotion as a God with form, name, and substance. That is fine too, if one’s choice of form has truly realized the formless. If so, then upon attaining the divine form, one can easily step beyond it into the formless.
The unmanifest, the absolute Ultimate Reality, is the raison d’être. It is possible to go to the Highest First effortlessly, and let all divine forms flow from that. It harnesses the path of increasing charm, to be effortlessly attracted into truly realizing the infinite, formless, absolute, nonchanging Ultimate Reality.

Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your Assets
Let us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Procrastinating, putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the wise.

Questions and Answers
Q: Before purchasing the NLT, how can I know that a bank will open an account for it?
A: Most NLT clients have had success in getting their accounts opened at banks, credit unions, and investment houses, especially in English-speaking countries. But it is very important to avoid saying anything to these institutions before you have the trust.
If a non-customer were to be asked questions about the trust by the banker, this non-customer would most likely not have the terminology to know how to answer the questions perfectly accurately.
That is why in the “How to Open a Bank Account” section of the actual trust, we give training on what words to use and what words not to use; plus what pages to submit, and so on.
The risk is that if the non-customer doesn’t have the trust, he won’t know how to speak correctly about the trust and may get the wrong answer from the bank.
If the bank says “no”, it may be incorrect because the inquirer didn’t know how to speak correctly about it. Then after getting the trust, if he were to approach the same bank again, it might maintain its “no” even though it might have otherwise said “yes” if the trust had been presented correctly in the first place.
If someone really wants to get an idea about the possibility of the bank account before buying the trust, he should limit his description to one single word: “private”.
Please note: Merely using the word “private” does not increase the chances that a bank will say yes. We’ve had other institutions say “no” to the very same question when we asked “Can you open accounts for private trusts?” But at least the answer, whatever it is, will be more accurate.
And it saves the newcomer from having to be eloquent about all the other characteristics of the trust. All he needs to do is ask “Can you open accounts for private trusts?” And say nothing else. A newcomer who doesn’t have the trust should refrain from trying to explain anything else about the trust. Keep it short and simple.
“Private” means not registered with the state. It also usually means not attorney created. It means just some friends and family, or business associates, got together and wrote the trust privately without registering it anywhere.
Beyond that, a non-customer should say nothing else about it. He should never use words like “natural law”, “common law”, “pure”, “sovereign”, etc.
The word “irrevocable” is irrelevant in this situation, because there are irrevocable trusts that are private and there are irrevocable trusts that are statutory and registered. So a “yes” or a “no” merely based on the word “irrevocable” would be meaningless. |
