Tremendous Treasure of Transcendence Max,
Regardless of one’s religion or spiritual path, the daily experience of turiya is essential for all human beings. It is impossible for anyone to legitimately say “No, that’s not my path”. That’s like saying “No, breathing isn’t for me. Everyone else can breathe, but not me.”
Turiya is nothing other than the “Be still and know”, the essence, of all spiritual traditions. It is the golden thread, the common theme, the foundation of all religions and philosophies. Without the experience of the fourth state, life is like a wheel without an axle, or a planet rotating without an axis. Life falls into chaos, and eventually perishes.

All religions, philosophies, and spiritual paths can be fulfilled, for every individual, no matter what path he or she is on, by having the daily experience of Source, pure Being, deep within oneself, in the fourth state. This contact with the unmanifest, absolute, nonchanging aspect of existence is of paramount importance for the vitality of life to blossom. In addition to waking, dreaming, and sleeping, all human beings need to make time every day for the fourth state.

It is not merely the information or the intellectual understanding of the unmanifest that one must have. It is the direct experience that is of utmost importance. Until all the universities, schools, churches, and temples begin giving everyone the means of direct experience of the nonchanging aspect of existence, the intelligence of mankind will continue to remain infantile.Without the expansion of consciousness facilitated by the experience of turiya, intelligence remains stunted. May the experience of the fourth state spread far and wide, and may this new dawn of experience finally bring the Golden Age of Enlightenment so dreamed of and envisioned by all the wise men and women of history . . .
The unmanifest, the absolute Ultimate Reality, is the raison d’être. It is possible to go to the Highest First effortlessly, and let all divine forms flow from that. It harnesses the path of increasing charm, to be effortlessly attracted into truly realizing the infinite, formless, absolute, nonchanging Ultimate Reality. Will Barney said: “Yahoo!!! Coming soon! This means the ability to send dollars over blockchain. This is huge because all RV payments will be made via blockchain. This will also be the means of moving RV funds to banks if a person so desires.
“NYDFS = New York Department of Financial Services. Ripple went to them because they have the most comprehensive regulatory framework in the US at the moment for crypto. The goal was to be fully compliant with regulatory standards. There will be future regulation coming directly from the US Treasury surrounding the crypto space. The NYDFS approval is usable in the whole world for US dollars. I believe this release will coincide with the release of the new treasury gold backed dollar. A lot happening.

United Nations Proclaims 1st Global Meditation Day

This is spectacular, historic news. The TM Movement is back in the big time. Now all or most mainstream media doors may be open to the TM Movement again. I assume the Good Morning America show was agreed upon on the basis of the UN decision. The UN news and event I assume took place on the basis of
a) scientific research on the TM and TM Sidhi techniques, including Yogic Flying,
b) the size and global scope of the TM organization, and
c) Dr. Tony Nader’s all-embracing embrace of other spiritual systems.
At the bottom of this is the fact that the TM Movement technologies simply work so well, are so easy and natural, and do not require any belief or change in lifestyle.
This is a day that TM Movement teachers have been waiting for, for 50 years – profound, unique, global societal institutional recognition. Note that Dr. Tony Nader does not even mention TM in his statement below about World Meditation Day, he just says “meditate” and “meditation,” and introduces the principle of Time Zone based Super Radiance.
The U.N. does not unanimously single out one organization without a great deal of care and investigation. Again, the scientific research was probably crucial (900 published studies), which in turn was based on the large number of TM practitioners and standardized practice, and their benefits, which in turn are based on the simplicity, ease, naturalness, and effectiveness of the TM and TM Sidhi technique, including Yogic Flying.
We’ll see where this leads, in the context of the beginning of heaven on earth in the global mainstream 2025-2030.

Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your Assets
Let us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Procrastinating, putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the wise.

Q: I see in my NLT that it says it has the right “to sue and be sued”. I thought that part of its bullet-proof asset protection, it would be free from lawsuits?
A: It is the God-honest truth that never in my 30 years of experience with these trusts, and the 20 additional years of our mentors, has there been one report of any NLT being sued. So relax – – there is nothing to worry about.
But by worrying about it, do you mean to imply that some reckless person could set up an NLT, harm other people with it, and then not be able to be sued? Come on, what are you looking for? A politician-like so-called sovereign immunity? Of course it “could” be sued – – if actions by the trustees that are done in the name of the trust harm someone! That is as it should be! If a trustee of an NLT violates the rights of others, in the name of the trust, it is only right that it could be sued. To think otherwise would be naive, insensitive, and irresponsible.
However, please understand, as long as you operate the trust fairly and responsibly, in the best interests of all with whom it interacts, and never take what isn’t offered . . . never violate the rights of others and never harm others with actions done by the trust, what do you have to worry about? That is why the subtitle of our trust eBook is “For Peaceful People”. That is why no NLT operator to our knowledge has ever had the trust be sued.
To underscore this protection, remember that the NLT is private – – one of the meanings of which is that very few people know of its existence. Its records are kept private. It is not listed on any public record or exchange. Even if the trust were to own a business that deals with large numbers of people, the fact that it is a trust need not be disclosed to those large numbers. For example, if the name of the trust is Fairway Holdings, by not putting the word “trust” in the name, how would anyone in the public know that it is not a corporation or a foundation or a 501(c)(3)? How would they even know that it is a trust?
And even if they somehow were to learn that it is a trust, how would they find out who the trustees are? None of the trust records are posted publicly. But most NLTs never even indicate on any public record that it is a trust. That would make suing it very difficult for any would-be attacker. In most cases, most NLT operators don’t deal with large swaths of the population; so the only people who know about the trust are its officers and perhaps some family members. Hence the likelihood of a lawsuit gets closer and closer to zero.
What you may have been thinking regarding freedom from lawsuits from our website and eBook is that the trust cannot be sued for liabilities of the trust officers in their personal capacity. So for instance, if “Richard” is a trustee, and Richard has a court judgement against his personal name for liabilities he owes to creditors, those creditors cannot sue the trust for Richard’s personal liabilities, even if he is trustee – – because the trust is a separate legal entity and has its own separate ID number for banking.
Most likely, they wouldn’t even know that the trust exists. If somehow they were to learn of its existence, and were to learn that Richard had transferred valuable assets to the trust, they could try – – but it would be foolish, because the court would throw it out. If they try to sue the trust to satisfy Richard’s personal obligations, he could honestly point out that the transfer to the trust was irrevocable. That is why we specialize in irrevocable trusts. To make it revocable would mean the court could force Richard to revoke the transfer, to satisfy the court judgment. But when it is irrevocable, not even a court judgment can force the trustee to revoke the transfer. That is the asset protection power of a good trust that is properly written.
Then to address the “to sue” part, it goes without saying that if an outside party were to violate the rights of the NLT, its trustee(s) could certainly take that party to court and sue him, her, or it. That needs no explanation. |
