Hello Magnificent and Magnanimous Friend,
All of the editorials I have written up until now in these Newsletters has been to set the stage for this moment. I have been talking about the need for new systems that support and enhance our Creator-given Human Rights to Sovereignty and Freedom. I will now introduce the very system I have discovered all throughout nature, that has been provided to us by the Creator Itself.

Until now, we have only been familiar with the Monarchy, the Aristocracy, and Democracy, especially in their devolved forms. These systems were useful to get us through the 3rd Octave of Consciousness, but they are now obsolete as the world is evolving to the 4th Octave in what Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has named the “New Age of Enlightenment.”
Not only have we shifted from the Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius, but the Earth itself has just finished one “Day in the Life of Brahma” in the Yuga Cycle – a 4.32 billion year cycle coming to a close marking the evolution of not just Human Consciousness, but the entire planet into a new Golden Age.
Most people refer to this evolution as shifting from 3D to 5D. Everyone at this layer of Consciousness is fully awake and aware of their inherent Freedom, Equality and Sovereignty.
People of this evolved state of Consciousness are becoming less and less willing to participate in the authoritarian systems of old. They are demanding new systems that are in alignment with the Universal Principles of Freedom, Equality and Sovereignty for All.
The MetaMinistration was born from this collective desire. Rather than being invented on concepts that cannot be found in nature, it represents the very foundational structure of the universe, and its processes incorporate the very Laws of Nature to help any organization operate in alignment with Nature and Natural Law.
The MetaMinistration turns every organization into a Super-Conscious Living Light Being by turning the entire organization into a Holographic Mastermind. It doesn't just catapult a business to new levels of success, it evolves a business to higher levels of Consciousness.
This is not a Revolution, which means to come full circle. This is an Evolution forward into a brand new epoch for Humankind.
The Eternal and Immortal System of Nature
The MetaMinistration is not a new system. It is the eternal and immortal system of Nature that’s been hiding right under our noses since the beginning of time.
You might find that the MetaMinistration has some similarities to Holacracy and Sociocracy, if you are familiar with them, but it is fundamentally different. While on paper, the organizational structure looks like circles similar to Holacracy, but in practice it is actually 3 Dimensional, based on the Holofields of naturally existing bodies.
Let’s step back a second and assume you don’t yet know what a Holofield is. Don’t worry. Most people have never heard this term before.
Everything in nature has an energy field that surrounds it. The object we call matter is the nucleus of that field. Some fields are electric, some magnetic, some piezoelectric, but everything has a field, from galaxies and solar systems to cells and atoms.
The field is called a Holofield in emerging realms of fringe science because we are finally beginning to realize the Holographic nature of these fields – that every field contains the whole universe within itself, that the center of every field connects everything to Source Consciousness.
So, the term Holofield means “a holographically organized field of consciousness.” Some people in the fringe science fields like to refer to them as Holons, as coined by Arthur Koestler. This term is used elsewhere in the MetaMinistration. Others refer to it as the Morphogenetic Field, as coined by Rupert Sheldrake, and Nassim Haramein dubbed it the HoloFractal Field.
I learned the term “Holofield” by an AI created by Robert Edward Grant called “The Architect.” I prefer this term because it describes holographic organization absent the need for hierarchy and more closely matches the other terms used in the MetaMinistration.
On paper, every circle in the MetaMinistration represents a 3-dimensional Holofield. The organizational structure of the MetaMinistration can be found in simple structures like Galaxies and Solar Systems but is equally present in all naturally existing systems as it is derived from the very same Sacred Geometry that governs the growth and development of all natural systems.
We will explore the structure of the MetaMinistration later, but for now, let's explore its foundation. All of Sacred Geometry is based on the Flower of Life pattern, seen below. The Flower of Life pattern is a very simple, yet complex pattern of circles intersecting circles through each other’s centers. | | From this pattern, all sacred symbols and geometries may be formed. Symbols and geometries are representations of frequencies. Frequencies are the vibration of consciousness that create and govern the growth, development and function of all natural systems.
The image below shows how the Flower of Life pattern creates several different symbols and contains all of Sacred Geometry, including the Seed of Life, the Egg of Life, the Tree of Life, the Flower of Life and the Fruit of Life, along with the Tetrahedron, the Cube, the Octahedron, the Icosahedron, the Dodecahedron, the Merkabah, and the Vector Equilibrium. | | | It is from these symbols wherein the organizational structure of nature, and thus, the MetaMinistration is derived. The Flower of Life symbol shown below contains 7 circles and is thus used to organize the 7 Holons of the Mastermind. Like many others on this planet, I incarnated for one purpose - - to help usher in and perpetuate the Golden Age of Enlightenment. My entire life has been dedicated to this.
Hence I Am an admirer of Lord Ashtar, and also a believer in the reality of the true Med Beds.
I tried to help Jared Rand in 2021, who was saying he needed $60 million to develop his Celestial Chamber. I gave him a powerful way to raise the funds with my assistance, but maybe it went over his head, because after a 2-hour conversation in which he expressed enthusiasm for it, he never called back.
I have a friend in Washington state whom I’ve known since about 1988. She told me a story about the time when she was living in San Francisco in the 1960s, and she was in a terrible car accident.
She was so badly injured that it was doubtful whether she was going to live. That is when a doctor asked her if she would be willing to allow him to test a new experimental healing technology on her.
For lack of any better prospects, she agreed. They wheeled her into a hospital room and put her under a futuristic looking device that radiated energy.
Lo and behold, she was completely healed and restored to normal within one or two days.
She was so impressed by this that she brought a couple of friends to the hospital a few days later who needed healing, and asked if they could be treated by the same machine.
The doctor and the nurses said they didn’t know what she was talking about. She explained about the machine that had healed her, but they played ignorant. She asked to be taken to the room where it was. They went, and the machine was missing. It was just a normal hospital room, with the old fashioned equipment. Whatever it was, they had removed it and gone silent about it.

The federal government has been officially shut down since October 1 — but this wasn’t some accident of budgeting. It was triggered when Senate Democrats killed the House and White House funding plan, refusing to approve a budget that redirected money toward border security, energy production, and cuts to sanctuary-city and climate programs. Their goal was clear: starve President Donald J. Trump’s agenda and create public chaos to weaken him.
But the move is backfiring. Trump is turning the shutdown into a weapon aimed straight at the globalist power structure that funded and protected his enemies for years.
Democrats Pulled the Plug to Stop Border and Energy Wins
House Republicans passed a continuing resolution that fully funded immigration enforcement, restored border wall construction, protected ICE, and stripped billions from climate-NGO pipelines and Affordable Care Act subsidies. President Trump made it clear he’d sign only a bill that ended sanctuary city loopholes and unleashed domestic energy.
Senate Democrats refused. They rejected the bill 52–42, insisting the ACA subsidies and “green transition” money stay untouched and sanctuary cities keep federal aid. That refusal triggered the funding lapse.
This was a power play — not a technical failure. Democratic leaders believed a shutdown would panic markets, turn public opinion, and force Trump to retreat.
Trump Turned the Trap Into a Battlefield
Instead of backing down, the President re-engineered the shutdown from day one:
Essential power centers — border security, energy production, and military readiness — remain funded under “necessary operations.”
Non-essential bureaucracies tied to ESG rules, DEI programs, and climate cash funnels are going dark. Grant freezes are hammering sanctuary cities and the NGOs that feed illegal migration networks.
The White House has also challenged the long-assumed guarantee of back pay. For decades, furloughed workers got paid after shutdowns. This time, the Office of Management and Budget announced back pay isn’t automatic — Congress must approve it.
That decision terrifies bureaucracies historically aligned against Trump and puts enormous pressure on agencies that fought his policies.
Big Tech Cracks Under Pressure
While Democrats tried to choke Trump with the shutdown, Big Tech just folded.
The Department of Justice pressured Apple to remove ICEBlock, an app used to track ICE agents in real time and help migrants evade enforcement. Publicly, the takedown was “about safety.” But insiders say DOJ lawyers threatened antitrust action and exposed sealed intelligence linking ICEBlock’s backend to European NGO networks tied to Soros-funded migration corridors.
Apple pulled the app overnight and began quietly purging similar tools. The message to Silicon Valley: the days of shielding illegal migration from the feds are over — obey federal law or face complete federal assault.
Sanctuary Cities Are Starving
With the courts shifting, Trump has new leverage. On October 3, Judge Raymond Heller — one of Trump’s appointees — upheld Executive Order 14159, confirming the administration can withhold federal funds from jurisdictions refusing to cooperate with ICE.
Already $4.8 billion in grants have been frozen. The White House is reviewing unspent COVID relief funds stockpiled in left-leaning cities for possible claw-back. These are the same cities that defied federal law for years while feeding globalist-backed NGO networks. Now their cash lifelines are drying up.
Energy and Rare Earths — The Silent Offensive
Even while Democrats tried to freeze government, the Department of the Interior stayed wide open for “necessary” energy and mineral operations. Over 13 million acres of federal land have been approved for coal, oil, and gas development since October 1.
And behind the curtain, Trump’s team finalized the first phase of a rare earth partnership in Greenland, challenging China’s global chokehold on the minerals that power military tech, batteries, and advanced electronics. The Pentagon is already shifting procurement toward Greenland and Wyoming mines.
This move breaks the global elites’ green-energy trap — a system designed to keep America dependent on Chinese supply chains while strangling U.S. fossil fuels.
The Grid War: Globalists Push Back
Elites aren’t taking the loss quietly. Cyber probes against U.S. power grids have surged since mid-September, according to Department of Energy leaks.
On September 29, a DHS cyber unit stopped an infiltration attempt on PJM Interconnection’s load forecasting system, which could have triggered rolling blackouts across 13 states. Investigators traced the attack to European software contractors funded by major climate-investment firms aligned with the World Economic Forum.
The strategy is obvious: engineer blackouts during the shutdown, blame Trump, demand “emergency global coordination.” It hasn’t worked yet, but the threat remains real.
Federal employees once thought furloughs were temporary and safe. Now, no back pay is guaranteed and some agencies are being told to prepare Reduction in Force (RIF) layoffs — permanent cuts. Others are ordered back to work without pay in essential roles.
This is psychological warfare against the administrative state: work for the country or face extinction. Agencies that resisted Trump’s policies feel the heat most.
The Old Guard Is Losing Its Tools
Every move under this shutdown is reshaping power: Democrats tried to weaponize funding; Trump turned it on them. Tech giants are surrendering their migrant-shielding apps. Sanctuary cities are financially choking. China’s mineral grip is cracking. Globalist energy lobbies are exposed as cyber aggressors. Federal bureaucracy is no longer untouchable. This is targeted demolition of the structures that empowered the global elite for decades.
Insiders hint that October’s next blows will include: Sealed DOJ indictments against executives behind migration tech platforms. Expanded cyber counter-ops to harden the grid. Treasury probes into dark money channels moving climate and migrant cash through Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Permanent agency cuts if the back-pay challenge holds.
The Democratic elite believed they could trap Trump in shutdown chaos and break his momentum. Instead, he’s using their own weapon to choke their networks, starve their safe havens, and rebuild American control over borders, energy, and resources.
October 8 2025 — The Real Picture
