The late Brent Bersbach of Texas was my good friend years ago. He devoted his final years to working long hours seven days a week freeing people from the income tax. He charged very low fees and could barely survive on it, but that is how dedicated he was. He finally left this Earth on May 20, 2022.
He assisted clients with the Revocation of Election (ROE). This has been the number one most perfect, legal, and effective documentation for registering oneself as officially exempt in the government databases.
Most of us, early in our lives, “elected” to sign a 1040 form and volunteer just like a slave into tribute to the international crime syndicate known as the income tax cabal. Hence the name “Revocation of Election” is so named because we are now volunteering, on new information, to revoke that election.
Brent, bless his heart, I knew him well, had a fatal flaw in his ROE. We had a great friendship up until the last year of his stay on this shore. It was during that time that I brought the fatal flaw to his attention, and that is when his true colors started showing.

The untax teachers out there number in the hundreds and hundreds, with every imaginable different philosophy. Most of them disagree with each other. It can be very confusing and overwhelming for newcomers. I’ve been down this path since 1990, and I taught at seminars where they spoke. So I’ve been around this for 36 years.
They can all be classified in basically two categories - -
1) correcting one’s status, which is the correct path, and
2) failing to correct one’s status but arguing like a slave that the Internal Revenue Code and the statutes implementing it are invalid (which is also true).
It is in category #2 where most people fail, have their assets confiscated, and go to jail. That is the category that Brent Bersbach fell into. Even though the originator of the ROE, Adam Weiss, had status correction included in the ROE (even with its fatal flaw), Brent didn’t really believe in it. He thought that was just a side point. He relied more heavily on all the other arguments in the ROE regarding what exempts us.
Category #1 is the one where you identify yourself. The version I am providing (at no charge) has the fatal flaw corrected. It has a 100% success rate.
If you have filed the flawed version, you have inadvertently identified yourself as a slave in the government databases. You have been successful with it in spite of that flaw.
Have you noticed the parallel between this idea and the spiritual unfoldment to enlightenment? What is enlightenment? It is the 24/7 direct experience of the universal Self as being one’s only identity - - the same Self that is at the heart of all beings in creation.
That is why one of the paths to enlightenment is asking “Who Am I”. It was made famous by Ramana Maharshi. And what is the main essence of the Saint Germain teachings? It is the I Am Presence.
What is the first stage of enlightenment called? Self Realization.

In other words, Who You Are is fundamental, both in spirituality and in one’s relationship to government. Where Brent missed it is he erroneously believed that the IRS didn’t care who you are. He was gravely mistaken. The IRS, despite their greed to pillage the possessions of others, has consistently honored the mandate to leave properly documented sovereign entities untouched.
The reason they have done so is because their masters at the Fed wisely realized that their conquest of America through the banking system needed to be kept a secret. They would pretend to honor the Constitution, and in many cases would actually do so, as long as they could dupe the majority of the people into their second class citizenship status and exploit them accordingly.
A pretty lucrative racket. Lucrative enough that the minority who identify themselves as “not subject” didn’t matter much. Through the CIA, they put out enough misinformation and disinformation to keep the patriots confused, and that minimized the number of people who really got free.
So, they had plausible deniability. If they were ever accused of committing slavery, which is treason and is punishable by death, they could give the plausible excuse that they have honored the freedom of people who correctly identified themselves. And that is in fact exactly what has occurred.
Sovereign entities include the Natural Law Trust. Both the NLT and State Citizens are sovereign entities - - not subject to the requirements of statutory entities or slaves. For anyone who thinks people are just making this up, they need to read Supreme Court cases!
These cases redefined sovereignty - - not as a monarch ruling over others, but rather being “sovereigns without subjects”. This means no one rules over you. Neither do you try to lord it over anyone else. One can still be imprisoned for committing a crime, by collective consent, but there is no dictator giving fiats against everyone according to his (or her) whims.

Q: What happens at the Flash?
A: At the moment of flash—whether sudden or slightly diffused in time—a wave of coherent divine frequency hits a critical threshold in the human collective field. That wave is not imposed from above. It’s released from within—by enough beings holding harmonic resonance across the planet, especially dyadic pairs activating their codes (more on these pairs in the following posts).

| | | | Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late to Protect Your Assets | | Let us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable - - or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it, and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance - - it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Procrastinating, putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the wise.
Someone recently asked: | Q: I have gone over the information you sent me about the Natural Law Trust. I also looked it up on Google and it seems great but also somewhat complicated, so I’ll have to look it over again and see what questions I have.
A: It is good for you to know that via Google you will encounter a sea of websites with all kinds of opinions all over the map about trusts. Very few of them are even discussing the exact TYPE of trust that we consider to be a “good” Natural Law Trust. Very few of them know about the superior legal simplicity, purity, and style of the good ones.
If you like absorbing a vast variety of opposing opinions, many of which contain disinformation or misinformation, because your intellect is huge, and you can handle the controversies with ease, then fine -- survey the Google landscape. But if your intent is more practical, and you simply want to have the very best and most user-friendly protection, with the lowest likelihood of any problems, it would be good to simply be grateful that you have already found the best. Don’t confuse yourself by the others.
