In my last editorial I talked about how the MetaMinistration is organized in the same way that a Galaxy is structured. You may need to read this article first to understand today’s article, if you haven’t already. There are key terminologies defined in the previous article that are used in this article.

Today, I’m going to talk about how the MetaMinistration functions as a Holographic Mastermind. We all know what a mind is. We use it every day. While mainstream science likes to believe that consciousness is a byproduct of the brain, fringe science is beginning to understand what ancient mystics have always known – that the brain is a product of consciousness. That the Mind and the Body, as well as all of reality, are products of consciousness.

Consciousness creates the mind as the energy field – called a Holofield – and it creates the body as what we refer to as matter. Although matter, in reality, is made of tightly wound energy fields of smaller scales, but this is perhaps a topic for another time.

Within these energy fields are wave-knot nodes called Chakras or Holons. If we are talking about the Tree of Life and the Chakra System, then they are called Chakras – spinning vortexes of energy at different node points within our Holofield.

The Chakra system, which is what most people are the most familiar with, is the technology of how the mind operates in the 3rd Octave of Consciousness. It is a slightly incomplete system. The complete system, called the Tree of Eternal Life and also known as the Kathara Grid, is too powerful a technology for the 3rd Octave body.

In the Kathara Grid system – which we upgrade to as we evolve to the 4th Octave of Consciousness – the Chakras upgrade to what are called Holons. While Chakras spin like vortexes because they are constantly exchanging energy between their inside and outside, Holons create static scalar fields as they vibrate between in/out and center, drawing energy from Source at the center rather than exchanging it from outside the field.

This enables the Holofield to tap into the eternal source of life and live a much longer life span beyond the 3rd Octave. Both Chakras and Holons are the technology of the mind. Each Chakra or Holon represents a processor in the Holofield of the Mind that processes a very specific type of data. How well your mind can process data and how much clarity one’s mind can perceive depends entirely upon how far your Chakras/Holons are activated and how balanced they are.

Since the technology of the mind is Chakras/Holons, I’ve also decided to do the same thing within the MetaMinistration. However, since the MetaMinistration is intended for use as a tool of 4th Octave Consciousness, we use the terminology and functionality of the Kathara Grid - Holons.

You see, at the top of every corporation in today’s world is a Mastermind called a Board of Directors. In the traditional business model, such a Mastermind exists only at the top of the pyramid of an organization. But the mind of a human does not exist only in the head, it exists Holographically all throughout the Holofield of the Mind and Body.

Napoleon Hill, the original author of the Law of Success which has since been coined the Law of Attraction by subsequent teachers, defined the Mastermind Principle as, “When two or more minds come together in a spirit of harmony towards the achievement of the same goal, they create an additional, intangible, mind whose collective intelligence and creativity are exponentially larger than the sum of its parts.”

When Napoleon Hill was teaching this, he didn’t know just how exponential a Mastermind truly is. Thanks to a book series called “The Law of One – The RA Material” we now know that, at best, the addition of each singular member to a Mastermind can potentially double the results of the group.

In other words, one person can equal up one unit of output, and two people can equal up to two units of output. But upon the addition of a third input, we can get a potential output of 4. With an input of 4, we can get a potential output of 8. With an input of 5, we can get a potential output of 16. And this pattern continues forever.

However, it has been statistically proven now that Masterminds are the most effective when they have at least 3 people, and no more than 13 people. 3 people are necessary to achieve synergy (exponential results), but more than 13 people leads to too much chaos for intelligence and creativity to be productive. This is generally why there are no more than 12 Board of Directors to any corporation.

Now, if a corporation can be as successful as they are with only one Mastermind at the top of their pyramid, imagine how much more successful a MetaMinistration can be by having Masterminds all throughout their organization all working together in a state of harmony.

If a corporation with 7 Board of Directors would have a Mastermind with a potential maximum output of 64, then a MetaMinistration consisting of only 49 people total - representing 7 different groups of 7 people each - would produce a maximum output of 448, or 7 times the output of the Corporation, because they have 7 times more Masterminds.

But this is assuming we only need to add the output of each group together to get the total. But if each group in a MetaMinistration adds another layer of exponential math – meaning we double the output of all groups working together for each group that joins – then our result would be 8,192 to their 64.

Either way, a Holographic Mastermind is clearly far more powerful than a singular Mastermind. To avoid the trap of too many people creating too much chaos, each Mastermind itself would consist of no more than 13 people. So, even if a particular Holosphere in a UFO needed to have say 50 people, then we would further break them down into separate Masterminds for the purpose of Meetings. But there is no limit to how many Masterminds there can be in a UFO.

The basic idea is simple, just like each Board of Director at the top of a pyramid power structure takes on a particular management role in the business (managing a particular department of the business) each individual in the MetaMinistration (as a Holon within a Holosphere) takes on a particular management role specific to the functioning of their group.

This turns each group of people into a Mastermind within the organization. Since the MetaMinistration itself is holographically organized, this turns the entire MetaMinistration into a Holographic Mastermind.

There are, in general, 7 known basic and primary management functions that any group of people would need to fulfill their required duties, as shown below. However, depending on the organization and the group’s responsibilities, they may not need some of the following, and they may need to invent their own. Nonetheless, the same idea is to be applied.

The 7 basic Holons provided by the MetaMinistration are:

The Crown Holon – The Advisor: This role depends on the context within which they work. This role may be to advise others on a best course of action, or to advise others in ways and means of self-improvement. In other contexts, they may act in the capacity of a counselor or therapist helping others navigate through trauma to heal, or counseling others to help improve their relationships with their coworkers or associates. In all cases, the Advisor helps their fellow Holons to select and revise their proposals into valuable improvements that are more likely to be voted into practice.

The Third Eye Holon – The Visionary: Every Mastermind within a UFO has goals to meet. The Visionary’s role is to build strategies to achieve goals, set milestones and keep records of advancement to track successes and challenges, as well as to brainstorm how to overcome challenges.

The Throat Holon – The Operator: The Operator serves two functions – communication and operational management. They manage the operation of the Mastermind and they also act as the Chairman of any meetings, keeping records of the meeting minutes, and keeping records of all other communications that flow through their Mastermind. In general, the North Pole of each Mastermind is best suited to be the Operator.

The Solar Plexus Holon – The Mediator: This role is for handling disputes. It is to be expected that every now and again, people will have some type or kind of dispute with each other. In general, it is expected that those people will resolve those disputes in private between each other. However, when that is not possible and a third party is needed to give an unbiased and fair ruling on the matter, the Mediator is to be called in.

The Sacral Holon – The Treasurer: Every group in a UFO uses resources of some kind or another. The role of the Treasurer is to track the inventory of these resources and make sure that their group always has what it needs - to do what it needs to do.

The Root Holon – The Angel: In every Mastermind there is particular work to be done, be it stocking shelves, or working a line, swinging a hammer, or entering data into a spreadsheet. This is not a management Holon, per se. It is the root survival mechanism of the business. It’s how the products or services are rendered, or necessary background tasks are completed. Everyone is an Angel in some capacity or another regardless of whatever other role they take on.

The Heart – The Void: Just like how the Heart in the Kathara Grid is not a Holon, but a central point of connection to Source, the same is true of the Mastermind in the MetaMinistration. No human being takes on the central role of the Heart in any group. This position is always reserved for Source Consciousness. This keeps every Mastermind connected to Source and aligned with Natural Law.

Psychologically, this take all people out of all central positions in a UFO. Instead of the central heart being the connection point to outward and inward layers of the MetaMinistration (referred to as North and South movement respectively) an orbiting member (usually the Operator) takes on the role of the North Pole to represent a group in their Northern Holosphere. This nullifies the possibility of anyone seeing themselves as superior or inferior to others within the MetaMinistration as no one is central - only Source is central to everything.

Some Masterminds may not have enough people for all roles. Any individual can take on any number of Holons needed. Generally, the North Pole would be the first to take on multiple roles. Typically, the first role the North Pole would take on is the Operator. The second would be the Visionary, the third would be the Advisor, and fourth would be Mediator. But in general, the more people these roles can be spread amongst, the better.

If you need more roles, there are more Kathara Grid Holons you can assign roles to. There are the left/right Temples, the left/right Higher Hearts, the left/right Lower Hearts, and the left/right Navels.

Including everyone in the management tasks of the business by using the Holographic Mastermind System of the MetaMinistration gives every employee (although we prefer to call them Members) a deeper feeling of inclusion, making them feel more important, that they matter more to the organization and that they provide more impact. This increases overall morale, which increases overall motivation, which increases overall harmony in the workplace, which increases overall efficiency, productivity and quality, which leads to a better reputation and drives up revenue.

It's an all-around win-win-win for everyone.
