My previous newsletter introduced you to the Holographic Mastermind of the MetaMinistration. The MetaMinistration is not just arbitrarily organized like the Holacracy or Sociocracy. It is fundamentally based on the simplest, most quintessential, form of Holographic Organization found in Nature: the Galaxy. A Galaxy is a Holofield that contains a massive black hole at its center, called a Galactic Core. This Galactic Core is the center of the nucleus of the Galaxy, but the entire nucleus includes all the stars and planets, as well. The Holofield of the Galaxy surrounds the entire Galaxy much farther out than the matter we can see within it. All the stars and planets orbit the Galaxy within this Holofield. In like kind, the Holofield of every Star far exceeds the scope of the matter in each Solar System, and all planets, moons and asteroids orbit the stars within their respective Holofields. Finally, the same is true of the Planets, and all moons orbit their planet well within the space of their planet’s Holofield. Beyond this, the material aspects of reality begin to take on more complex relationships, but the relationship of the Holofields themselves remain the same at every layer. All of reality, which is to say all of Consciousness, is organized as Holofields nested within Holofields, ad infinitum.
Every Holofield is a Holographic Field of Influence to the Holofields within their Nuclei. For example, while a solar system is subject to all the same natural laws as exist within its galaxy, the planets in that solar system will always orbit the star, and never directly orbit the galaxy, because the planet's are under the direct influence of their star within their Holofield, which gives a separation of influence between the solar system and the galaxy, maintaining sovereign boundaries of direct influence. The same is also true in why moons directly orbit planets and not stars. Every nucleus of every Holofield is actually a nest of many more Holofields, each with their own nucleus, such as all the solar systems in a galaxy or all the planetary systems in a solar system. What we think of as matter is actually tightly nested Holofields. While Holofields of the same scale are not dense and can take up the same space at the same time, nuclei of the same scale are too dense to occupy the same space at the same time, thus giving us the properties of physical matter. This principle of Holographic Organization, along with the principles of Sacred Geometry – notably the Flower of Life symbol – work together to create the foundational structure of the MetaMinistration. As such, a single group in the MetaMinistration – called a Holosphere – looks like this: | |
The black circle in the center always represents Source Consciousness. Like a black hole at the center of a galaxy, or like the Void at the center of a Kathara Grid – Source always occupies the center. No human being takes on this role, this node is always recognized as a Holosphere’s direct connection to Source. The other colorful circles orbit around Source at the center, just like moons orbiting a planet, or planets orbiting a star. In this example, there are 6 people, but there may be more or less in a real group. The Colors of each circle above represent the Holon, or Management Role a person takes on within their Mastermind as covered in the previous article, “The Holographic Mastermind” available here: https://app.getresponse.com/view.html?x=a62b&co=Jma2Tv&m=BZAf9C&mc=Ik&s=BoDoPsg&u=VsJne&z=EVEbQPX&. So, a very small business would look like the image above, where the Owner of the business would take on one role, usually the Visionary Holon, and delegate the others to their employees. In this case, the Owner would also be the North Pole, what we typically refer to as the Manager, Supervisor, or Boss in a Hierarchy. If we scale this business up to the size of a Galaxy, we get the following image: | | Here, you begin to see the Holographic interconnectedness. Take the large purple Solar System Holosphere, for example. This is a zoomed in version of the smaller purple Holosphere inside the larger central Green Holosphere. The small central green Holosphere inside the Purple Solar System Holosphere is a fractal self-replication of the small purple Holosphere inside the central Green Holosphere. In the Purple Solar System Holosphere, you can clearly see the Planetary Holospheres that orbit around it. The small circles inside the central green Holosphere of the large purple Solar System Holosphere represent individuals, each of whom are the North Poles of their respective Planetary Holospheres. This may be a bit confusing, at first, because we aren’t used to thinking Holographically. While the same Holosphere may look as though it appears in multiple places simultaneously, this is only appearance, not reality. There is still only one of each Holosphere, but in the model, they appear in multiple places so you can see how each Holosphere relates to each other - that is, how they are nested into various Spheres of Influence, so it is easy to follow which Sphere of Influence everyone is operating within. It is a basic system of orbitals. Moons orbit around planets, who orbit around stars, who orbit around Galactic Cores. Although beyond this, in reality, objects no longer orbit but take on more complex relationships, the concept of orbiting continues regardless of the size of an organization. You can add as many layers as you need and always consider them to be orbitals for simplicity.
Notice that everyone is always on the same level, although nested into various Spheres of Influence. Just how all the stars in a galaxy exist right around the equatorial plane, the same is true of the MetaMinistration. There is only one level - of authority, that is. No one person has any more or less authority than any other person, save perhaps trainees on probation.
This mimics the Principle of Free Will in Natural Law, where all fractals are the Creator Creating Itself, and therefore share the Sovereignty of the Creator equally with all other fractals - an absolutely necessary aspect of our evolution to the 4th Octave/5th Dimension of Consciousness. We may exist within Spheres of Influence, which in terms of business and human society means we are bound to particular responsibilities defined within those Holospheres we participate, but we all maintain our individual sovereign authority over ourselves at all times. Hence, the Holographic Mastermind System being used for Collective Self-Management. An example of a Corporation that has transitioned into a MetaMinistration might look like the following: | | Of course, the terms would have to change as the MetaMinistration is not a Militaristic Operating System, but this example is given to help you understand how it translates. You’ll notice that some of the central orbiting Members take on multiple roles in their respective southern Holospheres. Again, the colors represent Mastermind Roles and a single person can take on more than one role. Generally, the North Pole will be the first to take on multiple management roles. In this example, the blue COO Holosphere has more southern layers, but they are not shown here. The remaining Holospheres are complete at this layer. The North Pole will always be the one that shares the same title in both its Northern and Southern Holospheres. In this case, all the orbiting Members of the central Green Holosphere are the North Poles of the orbiting Holospheres.
Notice how each Department in the above Corporation is given their own separate Sphere of Influence. If there are separate teams within a Department, such as in the COO's Holosphere above, they would also get their own separate Spheres of Influence within that. In this case, there is the Production Line, the Manufacturing Plant and the Subcontractors as separate Holospheres. If you zoomed in on the COO's Holosphere, you would see a diagram like above, but with fewer total Holospheres, as only 3 are needed around the central Holosphere. Remember, each circle in this diagram represents a Holofield with an object at its center, not just an object itself. In the MetaMinistration, a Holofield is a Sovereign Domain of Authority. A Holosphere is a shared Sphere of Influence. A Holosphere consists of a group of Holofields. A single Holosphere is called a Mastermind. An entire organization is a Holographic Mastermind and is referred to as a UFO – a Unified Fractal Organism. Since the MetaMinistration itself is organized exactly like Consciousness is throughout all of existence, a UFO operating as a MetaMinistration is literally a Super Conscious Living Light Being – a being of Collective Consciousness at the 4th Octave, or 5th Dimension. An integral part of our evolution to the 4th Octave/5th Dimension of Consciousness involves using the MetaMinistration to operate our businesses and governments. The Omni-centralized nature of the MetaMinistration, along with it being designed to function in alignment with Natural Law, rather than arbitrary man-made rules, means the MetaMinistration itself, is a representation of our evolution in Consciousness. In Consciousness, all are Sovereign, having equal access to Free Will, and the violation of Free Will is the only “crime” in Natural Law. This is why it is so important we begin to use the MetaMinistration moving forward. We don't evolve in Consciousness or create a New Earth in alignment with natural law only by evolving our selves. This evolution is a Collective Effort and it fundamentally changes how we relate to each other.
This means a large part of our evolution involves implementing and using the right systems for relating to each other in our business and social organizations. | | | | Trump’s EPA Returns Power to the Farmers | | THE LAND GRAB COLLAPSES AND AMERICA TAKES BACK ITS SOIL
On the nineteenth of November a quiet but historic shift took place. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin moved to dismantle the Obama Biden Waters of the United States rule, a policy that turned ordinary farmland into federally controlled territory. For years the rule was used to pressure farmers, ranchers and landowners with threats of inspections, fines and endless paperwork. It was never about water. It was about authority. A puddle could trigger a federal case, a ditch could bring regulators, and a pond could freeze a family’s livelihood. Rural America lived under that shadow until now.
Zeldin’s rollback returns power to the people who actually work the land. He called the original rule a weapon designed to assault American landowners, and acted to end nearly a decade of confusion and fear. With the new definition of protected waters, families no longer have to question whether rainwater on their property will bring federal agents to their gate. Farmers can develop, plant, dig and irrigate without needing permission from distant offices in Washington. It is a restoration of common sense and a release from a system that punished productivity under the banner of environmental concern.
The impact reaches far beyond paperwork. For many families, WOTUS forced costly delays, abandoned projects and even the sale of land. Entire communities were held back by rules written by people who never set foot on a farm. The Trump Zeldin reversal clears that choke point. It allows rural America to grow again, to build again, to breathe again. And it shows that clean water and freedom are not enemies. The major rivers, lakes and drinking water systems remain protected. What ends is the federal intrusion into private property that never needed regulating in the first place.
This moment is another reminder that America First means defending the people who feed and sustain the nation. Trump promised to end the bureaucratic war on farmers, and this decision fulfills that promise with unmistakable force. The government steps back. The land returns to its owners. And once again the work, the risk and the reward belong to the families who live on the soil. The fight for freedom is never finished, but today the balance shifts back to the people. This is a turning point, and rural America knows exactly what it means. | | ISO 20022 Shuts Down the Fiat System | | On November 22, 2025, the global financial system crossed a threshold from which it cannot return. This is the date when the ISO 20022 standard completed its migration across all major banking rails.
ISO 20022 is not a currency, not a blockchain, and not a digital asset. ISO 20022 is a messaging standard — a universal language that defines how banks transmit payment information.
On 11-22-25 the following systems completed their transition:
SWIFT, the Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank, the Bank of England, BRICS settlement networks, the IMF, and all high-value cross-border payment systems.
For the first time in history, all major financial institutions speak the same transactional language. This has direct consequences:
a) Real-time transparency:
Every payment instruction, every field, every metadata tag is standardized.
b) Nowhere to hide:
Technical excuses disappear. Outdated formatting disappears. Opaque message structures disappear. The entire monetary system becomes visible — and visibility is the biggest weakness of the fiat system.
After the switch was completed on 11-22-25: A debt-based monetary system has nowhere to hide. Every insolvency becomes transparent. Every derivatives mismatch becomes obvious. Fractional-reserve systems can no longer hide liquidity holes.
Banks cannot create synthetic credit behind opaque SWIFT messages. The legacy system becomes fully open and fully traceable.
From a strategic standpoint, ISO 20022 is the final step needed before major sovereign systems transition to asset-backed settlements.

Q: Those who understand American sovereign Citizenship, HJR-192 of June 5, 1933, the Uniform Commercial Code, and commercial remedies such as our rights as creditors to create money in accordance with the UCC, know that debts can be set off or discharged by the issuance of proper credit instruments. Why then do you speak of creating money out of thin air as if it is some kind of wrong or illegal or unethical act?
A: There is nothing unethical about creating money out of thin air -- IF it were to be offered equally across the board to everyone, openly with full disclosure, with equal opportunity, and with publicly sanctioned assistance in implementing it to all people without discrimination.
What is unethical is to do it like a magic trick, hidden behind the scenes, keep it a secret from everyone, pretend that the loans came out of their supposedly already existing, genuine, and limited funds, and that they would therefore be financially harmed if you don't pay it back. Further, most people don't realize that in all 50 states, it is illegal to loan credit. It is legal to loan money, but not credit. And yet that is exactly what the pretender lenders have been doing.
Thus the commercial remedies rightfully provided to us under the UCC have not worked for most people, even when presented properly, for the simple reason that the egomaniacal controllers have monopolized the benefits of the system for the insiders, at the exclusion and the expense of everyone else. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable - - or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it, and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance - - it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Procrastinating, putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the wise. | Someone recently asked:
Q: I would like to use only so called “Cooperative” Banks (would correspond to Credit Union type in US). What questions should I ask them, for me to know if they can or would be willing to open an account?
A: Let them see certain of the documents. See the list of pages to take to the bank, in the instructions included with the trust. Bring copies of each of those documents on the list to the institution at which you wish to open the account. Don't bring any other parts of the trust, even if they ask for them. If they are not satisfied with the items on the list, then thank them politely and go to a different institution.
If the institution at which you are applying is at a significant distance from you, then you could fax or email the documents. If you can physically visit the institution, then simply walk in and bring the papers. Ask any questions you wish to ask, but the main request is to have their legal department or trust department look over the papers you have brought and tell you whether they would be happy to open an account for that trust. They may have some questions they wish to ask you. It is usually nice to politely provide the answers, if the questions are reasonable.
As to credit unions in the USA and their equivalents in other countries, we have found in the USA that they are willing to open the account only if the signatory's credit rating is at a certain level -- we believe it was in the 600s. Since they are a credit union, they care more about the credit score of the personal signatory than they do about the structure of the trust or what kind of laws it is based on.
