Dear Admirable Ambience of Auspicious Affluence, Friend
It has been a pleasure and an honor serving you as the Editor for the Brilliance in Commerce Newsletters these past eight months, or so. My heart is filled with satisfaction at all the gratitude I have received for my contributions. I hope I was able to touch some hearts and souls with some of my messages.
Alas, the time has come for me to move on. For those of you who have begun to follow my MetaMinistration System, I have an update for you. Over the past few months of trying to launch a Consultant Business for the MetaMinistration, I learned that what I really need to do is to turn my MetaMinistration idea into Software that people can use. So, my efforts will no longer be focused on consulting, but rather on finishing the book and studying software development.
I will finish writing the book sometime during the first half of this year. Shortly thereafter, once the book is turned into an Audiobook and a Video Course, then I will create a Online Community people can join to learn more, and share their stories and challenges, and help each other brainstorm solutions based on real-world scenario's.
All the feedback received during these first implementations will help me develop a Minimum Viable Product for the software for everyone to begin Beta Testing. Once the Alpha version of that software is fully launched, then I will begin working on my further goals.
I will begin working on creating and launching MetaGaiaes - An Alternative Global Society based on Networks of MetaMinistration's that form Councils from local to international layers. MetaGaiaes will be the next layer of Software meant for hosting the Councils and their functions. Those who have MetaMinistration accounts and run their businesses or communities as a BIC Natural Law Trust will be eligible to join MetaGaiaes and begin participating in it's Social Administration System as an Ambassador with Diplomatic Immunity.
But that is not the end goal of MetaGaiaes. The true end goal of MetaGaiaes is not just to create a world in which everyone is Sovereign, Free, and Equal, but to create a world in which everyone is Abundant with a Globalized Free-Access Economy in which money no longer exists.
The plan is simple. First, the MetaMinistration Software will contain a Cryptocurrency and Blockchain based payment system using currently existing technology, like XRP, Ethereum and USDT, so all MetaMinistration's can easily do business with each other straight through the software.
Secondly, the MetaGaiaes Software will include Holobank (name might change before launched) as our very own Omni-centralized Treasury. Holobank will at first enable all users to create Money-on-Demand so that we can simulate a Free-Access economy for ourselves while continuing to enable ourselves to do business with the rest of the world. And of course, it will work seamlessly with the MetaMinistration payment platform. But once we no longer need to do business with the rest of the world, there will no longer be a use for the monetary aspect of the system, and we will simply be able to reduce it to inventory tracking system to achieve maximum efficiency in meeting supply/demand needs, as well as waste management and perpetual recycling.
While all of this might sound incredible, don't expect me to be able to pull it off by next year. This whole plan is going to take the next 20 to 50 years. Basically, the rest of my life. But that's okay. This is why I was born, and I finally know exactly what I'm supposed to do and how to do it.

Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable - - or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it, and she would be safe.

A: No, I didn't say you need to "keep a low profile". You could do so if you wish, but that's not necessary to stay out of trouble. What I said was to simply avoid volunteering contact with the tax people. The top of their hierarchy has a time-tested policy of not attacking these trusts, but most of the minions and underlings don't know that. All they know is their computer system doesn't give them the prompts to go after these trusts. The very few times they did go after common law trust promoters was due to weaknesses in those trust designs, combined with excessive shout-it-from-the-rooftops publicity by the promoters. Then of course the tax bosses told their underlings, "Go get 'em."
We stay out of that profile. You have surely noticed we don't promote our trusts with "be free of those nasty income taxes" emblazoned in some high-profile headlines.
