In the previous editorial I introduced the MetaMinistration and gave a short explanation of how it is fundamentally founded upon Sacred Geometry and Natural Law. The MetaMinistration is simple, but it is also novel and that can make it difficult to understand at first. I have done my best to use terminologies and concepts that we are already familiar with to help make it easier to understand.
You see, the reality is that the systems we operate within dictate the way we behave based on the perspective used to describe the system and how that affects our perception of ourselves within the system.
The Pyramid Power Structure is based on the perspective that none are of equal importance or value, and therefore none are of equal power and authority. This causes us to develop a perception of ourselves as above or below another in a hierarchical chain of authority which determines a large number of our behaviors to be submissive to the point of self-sacrifice.
This is a terrible relationship that sets everyone up for failure and it’s a miracle any business that uses this system can manage to survive. I like to reconcile this fact as a testament not to the efficacy of the Pyramid Power Structure, but to the sheer power of our ability to adapt.
As Jiddu Krishnamurti once said, "It is no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society." Just because we can adjust, doesn't mean we should have to.
The MetaMinistration is based on the perspective that all are of equal importance and value, and all are equal unto the Creator as the Creator creating itself, and thus all are of equal power and authority. This causes us to develop a perception of ourselves as contributing to a whole that is larger than ourselves as equals with others in a Holarchical network of Masterminds working towards achieving a common goal.
In the Pyramid Power Structure most people are just a cog in the wheel - when the wheel turns, they move. In a MetaMinistration everyone is a functional gear that contributes to the overall turning of the wheel – the wheel turns because they move.
This shift may seem subtle, but it is quite profound. The difference in perspective is what enables the difference in behavior, and the difference in behavior is profound in itself, but leads to even more profound results.
In order to understand the MetaMinistration we first need to have a basic language with which to work. This is how different in perspective the MetaMinistration is from the Pyramid Power Structure we are all so used to.
First, we need to understand that all of reality is Holographic, and therefore we must apply Holographic Organization principles to the MetaMinistration. This means that the actual structure of the MetaMinistration must be 3 Dimensional, rather than 2 Dimensional.
While the 2-Dimensional Pyramid Power Structure is simply blocks of people stacked atop one another in a top-down format, the MetaMinistration - being 3 Dimensional - must include a series of fields within fields.
This might be difficult to imagine, but thankfully, we have an excellent example surrounding us all the time. The Milky Way Galaxy has a Galactic Core whose Energy Field, or Holofield, surrounds all the stars in the Galaxy. Each Solar System has a Star at its center whose Holofield surrounds all the planets that orbit it. Every planet has a Holofield that surrounds all the moons that orbit it.
We can draw upon this example provided by nature to create a language with which to work with to describe the MetaMinistration. So, we have Moons that orbit Planets, which orbit Stars, which orbit Galaxies and so on. Beyond this point complexity dictates variations in the functionality of reality, but we can use this example as a foundation for how to think about the structure of the MetaMinistration. | | Each of these Celestial Bodies then represents a position within a MetaMinistration. Moons, being the smallest celestial bodies, will always be the innermost position, what would be the lowest position in the Pyramid Power Structure.
Since inner and outer directions can be a bit confusing once we get into the Holographic MetaStructure, the terms North and South are thus used to differentiate these directions. South will always be towards the Moons, and North will always be toward the Central Heart.
In a business the size of a Galaxy, having 4 layers – in this case the Moons, Planets, Stars and Galactic Core – the Galactic Core is the Central Heart, or Northernmost position. In a MetaMinistration, the Central Heart is always Source Consciousness – no human ever occupies the Central Heart position. The Central Heart is always the seat of Source Consciousness.
Each of these positions has their own Holofield, just as the real celestial bodies do. In reality a Holofield is “a Holographically organized field of harmonic resonance made of fractally self-recurring holographically organized fields of harmonic resonance.” Since we need multiple terms to differentiate between different layer aspects in the MetaMinistration we use the following terms:
Holofield: The holographic energy field, or Sphere of Influence, of an individual related to a person’s position in an organization. Each individual maintains their own personal Domain of Sovereignty.
Holosphere: The holographic energy field, or Sphere of Influence, of a Mastermind, or group of Masterminds up to an entire Organization.
North Pole: The member of a Mastermind who is elected to represent that Mastermind in its North Holosphere.
North Holosphere: The outer layer of Holosphere moving more centrally within a MetaMinistration. E.g. “A North Pole represents its South Holosphere in its North Holosphere.”
South Holosphere: The inner layer of Holosphere moving deeper within a MetaMinistration. E.g. “A North Pole represents its South Holosphere in its North Holosphere.”
UFO: Stands for “Unified Fractal Organism.” An Organization that uses the MetaMinistration becomes a Super-Conscious Living Light Being that is Holographically Organized. As such, a MetaMinistration turns a non-living Organization into a living Unified Fractal Organism. | | As you can see from the graph here, the MetaMinistration can be represented as a 2-Dimensional Holographic Flower of Life. It can only be represented in 2 Dimensions because there are not multiple levels or tiers. Just like all the matter in the galaxy orbits around the equatorial plane of the Milky Way, the Celestial Bodies of the MetaMinistration orbit around the equatorial plane of a UFO. When we look at a graph such as above, we are looking at the equatorial plane of a UFO from a bird's eye view. If I were more technologically advanced, perhaps I could create an image in which all the circles appear as spheres nested within spheres in order to be more accurate. But in my absence of technical savvy, this will have to do for now. | | So, here you can now see Holofields nested with Holospheres. So, while Holofields pertain only to individuals, Holospheres pertain only to groups. The smallest of these groups is called a “Mastermind” which we will discuss in the next editorial. The largest of these Holospheres is always the UFO itself, as a whole.
This now introduces us to the basic underlying structure of the MetaMinistration. Next, we will cover how this structure becomes a Holographic Mastermind as we begin to dig into some functionality.
