Welcome Proliferent Prophet of Philanthropic Profits Friend
If you’re like most people, you probably think of Heaven as something that exists only in the afterlife, if at all. But the word Heaven actually has two meanings, even the word as it appears in the Judeo-Christian teachings.
Sometimes the word is used to represent some place in the afterlife, but other times it is used to represent the sky, or what we today understand to be outer space. Further, a growing body of knowledge is now beginning to understand that there are 7 layers to the universe, separated by Density and Dimension.
I, personally, do not believe that Heaven and Hell are places we go in the afterlife. I personally believe in reincarnation and the Evolution of Consciousness through these Density Layers. Here, I will be using the term Heaven to mean “The entire natural order of existence,” of which the Earth is but a small part. In other words, the entire known Universe and anything beyond is Heaven, and Earth exists within Heaven.
I will also be using the terms “Kingdom of Heaven” and “Kingdom of Earth” to mean very specific things here. The Kingdom of Heaven, as you can tell from my defined meaning of “Heaven” above, is thus the “Natural Universe that we are born into ruled by Natural Law.” Another popular term for this is “Reality.”
The Kingdom of Earth, then, is the “fictitious world of legal contracts created by mankind.” Another popular term for this is “The Matrix.” The concept of using these terms in this way comes from the book "The Divine Province - Birthing a New Earth," by James McBride and Ed Rychkun.
We live in both of these Kingdoms, but we believe we only live in one. You see, we are all born into the Kingdom of Heaven, the Natural World of Reality. Then our parents are forced, under duress, to sign a contract called a Certificate of Live Berth (that’s not a spelling error).
The Certificate of Live Berth is a contract – originally used to receive cargo brought on ships from overseas – that takes the name our parents gave us and turns it into a fictitious legal entity - like a corporation, but no one really knows what to call it, other than a fictitious legal entity. AKA, your name “ens legis.”
This is notated by the fact that our name, from that moment on, is always spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS on every form of identity, every bill we receive and every other contract we become party to.
The reason for this is simple, all dead people’s names and all fictitious legal entities names, are spelled with ALL CAPITAL LETTERS to differentiate them from living people. All fictitious legal entities are non-living “persons” by modern color of law.
What is color of law? Well, the law used to be quite simple. In the United States, for example, it consisted of the Constitution for the united states of America (that’s the original spelling of the original Constitution, not a typo). But as described in the book “The Creature from Jekyll Island,” by G. Edward Griffin, after the United States’ second bankruptcy in 1913, the IRS, IMF and the Federal Reserve were created to fund the government, but not without the government re-organizing into a Corporation under Admiralty/Maritime Jurisdiction. All these new legal statutes – not “laws” – strip away the Constitutional Rights of the people using the appearance of official authority, but only if you falsely submit to them in ignorance.
That is “Color of Law.” Most people unwittingly submitted to these new legal statutes not knowing they had the choice not to. This experiment worked so well on the United States that it was then replicated throughout the rest of the world, as explained in the book “Confessions of an Economic Hitman,” by John Perkins.
We were never told that our Birth Certificates created a fictitious legal entity in our name. We were never told that only the fictitious legal entity was subject to the public legal statutes. We were never told that we are not a “person” as the word is legally defined in Admiralty/Maritime.
We were never told we didn’t have to give up our rights for privileges. We were never told that paying income taxes was voluntary. We were never taught how to maintain our Creator-given Sovereignty.
We operate almost exclusively in this man-made Kingdom of Earth even though we live exclusively in the Creator-made Kingdom of Heaven.
I’ve been avidly studying and researching the law for at least 10 years as of writing this article. I have come across many different ways to obtain and maintain our legal Creator-given Sovereignty. Most of which are very complex, complicated, difficult to figure out, and even once you do figure it out and complete it properly, difficult to maintain and nearly unanimously disrespected by all so-called authorities.
I’ve come across the UCC-1 Financing Statement, Copyrighting and Trademarking your name, Christ’s New Covenant, the Ecclesiastical Deed Poll, the Private Business Trust, the canceling of our State Contracts – including the birth certificate and driver’s license – the list goes on and on.
Aside from the resources offered for free by Brilliance in Commerce, I have only come across one form of Sovereignty that is the most respected by all so-called authorities, and that is “Diplomatic Immunity.”
I discovered this after becoming an Internationally Protected Person after going through the Christ’s New Covenant process and having that be disrespected because almost no authorities are familiar with it even though the term “Internationally Protected Person” appears directly under “Diplomatic Immunity” in the very same statutes.
Whip out an Internationally Protected Person passport and everyone will look at you cockeyed and still charge you with breaking the law, and even try to charge you with obstructing justice, or paper terrorism. But whip out a Diplomatic Immunity passport and the authorities will stop dead in their tracks, apologize and let you continue on your way.
Why? Because they are all familiar with the term “Diplomatic Immunity,” but not the term “Internationally Protected Person,” which are both defined exactly the same way, but obtained in completely different ways.
Anyone can become an Internationally Protected Person in various ways, including through witness protection involving an international crime, becoming a Stateless person as I once did, or owning an international conglomerate corporation. The latter of which is probably the only version that is respected, and even then only for the wealth it represents.
As for Diplomatic Immunity, there are only two ways to obtain this status.
1. Become an Ambassador for a Government.
2. Create your own Nation to become the Ambassador of.
Well, as you have probably guessed, I’m not advocating we all go work for the government as Ambassadors. I’m advocating that we all work together to co-create a Global Nation called MetaGaiaes and become Ambassadors of that Nation. By doing this, we can all gain Diplomatic Immunity within whatever Nations we currently reside and any Nations we decide to visit.
By co-creating our own Global Nation, we can create our own MetaMinistration, establish our own legal system based on Natural Law – the laws of the Kingdom of Heaven – and use that as our vehicle to exit the Kingdom of Earth – otherwise known as “The Matrix.”
It may start out exceedingly small, but once people begin to see that it works, and how it works, they will come to prefer it, and it will grow. First it will grow slowly but steadily, but eventually it will begin to grow exponentially. I predict it will take about 100 years from inception before there no longer exist any Authoritarian Systems in this world anymore, whether they all exist under MetaGaiaes, or as their own Sovereign Nations.
This is how we can create the Heaven on Earth that was promised in the scriptures of old. If you want to believe that a Messiah is going to come down riding on a cloud of light to snap his fingers and make the world change for us, you're free to do so. But even if that were to happen, I don't believe we should wait for it.
We have the God-given power create a new and better world ourselves, and it is becoming more possible every day because our Consciousness is collectively evolving to a higher state that is in alignment with such principles. I believe this is what is meant by the second coming of Christ - the rise of Christ Consciousness throughout the Collective Consciousness of humanity representing our evolution to the next Density Layer of Consciousness within this Universe.
It will be a while yet before we can issue our own Diplomatic Immunity Passports. In the meantime, at least for those born in one of the 50 states of the Union, we can become state Citizens and obtain passports as such. More and more people are realizing that resistance isn’t always power. In fact, true power often looks like something far more peaceful: disengagement.
You don’t need to fight a system to be free from it. In many cases, the most effective act of revolution is simply stepping aside, walking away, and no longer giving it your energy. This is what I call heavenly noncompliance, a sacred, conscious, nonviolent withdrawal from the corrupt machinery that no longer resonates with our soul.
As Buckminster Fuller said, who had 48 Ph.D.s, “You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”
When we see injustice, the immediate impulse is to resist. We protest, argue, file lawsuits, or push back with force. But resistance, though sometimes necessary, often keeps us entangled in the very thing we want to be free from. It uses the same tools, the same energy, the same game. And in doing so, it gives life to the system we no longer believe in.
The old systems: political, financial, legal, are often rooted in fear, hierarchy, and control. They thrive on conflict. And so when we push against them, they grow stronger. It’s like trying to put out a fire by blowing on it. The more we resist, the more we stay locked into the loop.
But what if we could rise above the battlefield altogether? What if, instead of fighting back, we simply moved into a new field, one governed not by fear, but by divine law?
Conscious disengagement doesn’t mean giving up. It doesn’t mean hiding or becoming passive. It means reclaiming our sovereignty in a way that’s deeply intentional. It means recognizing that not all battles need to be fought, especially when the battlefield is rigged from the start.
This process often begins with a single question: “Does this system honor my soul?”
If the answer is no, then we must ask a second: “What would it look like to lovingly, firmly, and peacefully step away?”
This might mean opting out of predatory lending structures. It could look like forming private contracts rooted in equity and honor, rather than relying solely on public statutes. It could be as simple as creating community-run alternatives to mainstream education or healthcare. The form changes, but the principle remains: we don’t need to attack what we’re leaving behind. We just need to stop feeding it.
Inner Alignment Creates Outer Freedom
When our inner world is aligned with truth, our outer world starts to reflect that. The deeper we anchor into divine law—principles like compassion, honesty, and accountability, the more we naturally find ourselves drawn to communities and systems that operate on the same vibration.
And paradoxically, when we stop trying to tear down the old, we gain more energy to build the new. We become creators instead of critics. Architects of parallel systems. Stewards of a new world rooted in integrity. This isn’t easy. It requires courage. It asks us to break with convention and say no, even when it’s unpopular. It means being willing to disappoint those who expect compliance. But what we gain is immeasurable: the clarity and peace that come from living in alignment with our deepest values.
Sovereignty Is Not Isolation
Some mistake spiritual sovereignty for isolationism, like we're pulling away from society or refusing to participate in anything collective. But true sovereignty is not about walls. It’s about boundaries. And there’s a difference. Walls are built in fear. Boundaries are built in love.
When we engage with others from a place of sovereignty, we bring our whole selves. We show up as equals, not subordinates. We cooperate by choice, not coercion. And when something feels off, when a contract, policy, or agreement no longer honors truth, we have the strength to walk away without resentment or drama.
This is noncompliance without conflict. Withdrawal without war.
Divine Activism in Action
Some people march. Others sue. And some of us meditate, withdraw, and rebuild. All of these can be valid paths. But in times of great transformation, we need more voices advocating for inner peace as a form of outer activism.
Heavenly noncompliance is not passive. It’s potent. It radiates calm authority. It says: “I do not consent to this energy anymore, and I will no longer contribute to it. I will build what I believe in.” That’s the kind of activism that doesn’t make headlines, but it transforms lives. And ultimately, it transforms society from the inside out.
We are not here to fix every broken structure. We are here to remember who we are—and to create from that place. If the old systems collapse while we are busy building something better, so be it. Our energy is better spent nourishing the new than fighting the decayed.
So if you’re tired of battling institutions that don’t serve you… try something radical. Step back. Get quiet. Reconnect with what is eternal.
And from that place, ask: What am I here to build instead?

It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable - - or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it, and she would be safe.

A: Yes, the trust writer will be available for ongoing consultation, however, you don't really need him to answer a thing like that, because you would administer your affairs pretty much the same as you would without the trust.
