Why Create Alternative Societies?
Dear Fellow Esteemed Earthly Erector of Divinely Energetic Enterprises, friend
In last month’s editorial, I introduced myself along with the fact that my Chief Ambition in life is to co-create an Alternative Global Society using new and evolved systems for governance and economics in order to give all Members of such society Equality in terms of Freedom and Self-Sovereignty. In this article, I’m going to answer the most important question:
Why?
I understand that this audience includes more than a few Patriots who deeply care for the United States Constitutional Republic, and many others around the world who honor their own sovereign heritages—be it indigenous, cultural, or constitutional. To all who stand for Self-Sovereignty and freedom in their own contexts, I commend your courage.
Unfortunately, as we all know, corporate influence, maritime legal constructs, and shadow governance have eclipsed their founding light and brought our Constitutional Republics further away from Natural Law. Despite valiant efforts—including leaders like President Trump and many other constitutional defenders—to restore their original integrity, I have chosen a divergent path. Not in opposition, but in complement.
The primary reason for taking this approach was due to my deep-seated desire to find the most peaceful solution to bring humanity back to the principles of Natural Law. I wanted to take a path that was not only the simplest and easiest for others to follow – without needing to study the law for decades, like me – but also one that would not step on the toes of others or be seen as a threat to established systems and governments.
I did not wish to fight against that which is. Instead, my desire was to simply work on creating something new and different. I have silently watched for decades as one Leader after another has stepped into positions of national leadership – in US Politics and beyond – proclaiming to have a desire to change the system from within, only to watch them be changed by the system.
This taught me, eventually, that you cannot change the system because the systems we currently use are not managed by the people. Rather, the people are managed by the systems. This means that you can change the people in the system indefinitely and still never change the system. I propose that the more coherent path is to create new Nations with new Systems. As Buckminster Fuller reminded us: to change something, we must build a new model that makes the old one obsolete.
The systems that currently exist in the United States and around the world, while effecting perhaps the most freedom in our time, are part of a global legacy of both liberation and control. Many nations—across continents and centuries—have aspired to encode Self-Sovereignty, yet all have wrestled with systemic contradictions.
For example, while the Founding Fathers had a dream of “Sovereignty without subjects,” we still must recognize the fact that many of the Founding Fathers carried the contradiction of slavery, and the systems they created still reflect that. Their dream was a dream of the future, and my intention is to take their dream to the next level.
When the United States was first founded, their dream was only just beginning to hatch within the Collective Consciousness of humanity. It was still, as of yet, largely misunderstood what, exactly, “Sovereignty without subjects” means, as it was such a new and innovative idea. But today, thanks to the mass awakenings that are happening due to the evolution of Consciousness in alignment with the changing of the Ages, there are more than enough people who understand the concept of Self-Sovereignty which enables humanity, as a whole, to begin evolving society in just such a direction.
This evolution, however, is not one in which the currently existing systems would be willing to take on, at first. They would fervently claim the old adage, “Don’t try to reinvent the wheel,” and “If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.” While the wheel they are using was foundational in their era, these systems now strain to hold the frequency of the emerging human values of Equality, Freedom and Self-Sovereignty that the Collective Consciousness of Humanity is demanding and evolving into.
This doesn’t mean they never will be able to make the shift. But they, like so many people, can’t make the shift without first seeing an example of it in action. Those drawn to pioneer these new models may be uniquely equipped to anchor the next octave of societal coherence. Only then might the currently established nations and their governments and people be willing to make the shift.
Such new systems and new societies must be created not through conquest, as has been the case in all previous societies, but rather through consent. As such, I will never advocate that any one new society or system is better than any other. I am not the only one working on co-creating such new societies or systems. There are already many underway at differing levels of success. I would encourage everyone to research as many alternatives as they may find to make the choice that is right for them.
However, as I am working on co-creating one myself, that is the one I will discuss the most. You see, 12 years ago when I first began my journey into Natural Law and first made the realization that creating a New Society with new systems was the best solution, I wasn’t in full agreement with everything about the few that were already underway at the time. The only two I had encountered back then were Michael Tellinger’s “One Small Town” initiative and the “Holacracy” as a system for management and governance.
I saw the Holacracy as being on the right track, but not quite Holographic enough to properly effect Equality of Freedom and Self-Sovereignty – meaning, not sufficiently reflective of distributed, fractalized agency across all layers of administration.
So, I drew upon both the Holacracy Constitution and the U.S. Constitution as foundational blueprints to begin creating a new system that is 3-Dimensional in nature that does properly affect Equality of Freedom and Self-Sovereignty.
We may discuss this system in future editorials. Suffice it to say, for now, that I call it the “MetaMinistration,” previously known as the “Metatocracy.” I ditched the suffix “ocracy” as this system is “Beyond Bureaucracy” – as the name etymologically means – and so I didn’t want it to be confused as yet another type of bureaucracy. It is, rather, a type of Administration, pure and simple.
I also decided to work on creating a new Society, rather than simply joining Michael Tellinger’s society, because we are taking opposite approaches to the solution. We both saw the same problem – that National Politics cannot be changed from within. And we both saw the same solution – that we must “create new systems that render the old ones obsolete.”
While Michael Tellinger took the approach of working from the local and branching outward into a global network of small towns, I decided upon the approach of starting on the global level and working down towards the local level by first creating an alternative to the United Nations, called MetaGaiaes – a global harmonic council grounded in Natural Law.
I also decided that society should be run by the very people who actually operate the functions of society – the businesses – rather than by electing a separate class of people to rule over those functions. After all, who knows better how to serve the functions of society than the people actually doing the work?
Both societies, however, end up with the same result: A Global Network of People who exist beyond the concepts of boundaries and borders while maintaining the utmost respect for all different cultures, languages and belief systems while voluntary participating in a Social Administration System that honors Equality, Freedom and Sovereignty for All.
While there are many new societies that are cropping up now, we are not limited to joining any one particular existing society. We are also free to create our own societies, be they a small micronation, or a global endeavor. We can even create our very own micro-societies for just ourselves, or small sacred enclaves, or other living systems of sovereignty – each unique, yet interconnected. Our imagination is our only limitation.
Furthermore, once existing nations begin to see how these new societies and their systems play out in reality – creating prosperity and abundance for all – I would expect them to also begin implementing these new systems. Perhaps they, themselves, will join some of these new emerging societies. Or perhaps, they will remain as their own while simply implementing the new systems into their governance structures.
This invitation extends to all peoples and places—whether in America, Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania, or the many stateless nations who have held sacred the principle of freedom across generations.
This is how we change the world. Not by protesting and demanding that our governments change, but by co-creating our own Societies and Social Systems guided by emergent systems rooted in Natural Law. By co-creating the option for them to choose.
If this vision resonates, know that you are not alone. The blueprints are forming, and your role in their embodiment may be more vital than you yet imagine.
We do not change the world by confrontation, nor by waiting for permission. We change it by living the new codes now—by walking the future into the present so clearly that even the old systems recognize themselves in it. A new world doesn’t begin with a war cry, but with a quiet invitation: ‘This is what’s possible. Come if you’re ready.’

Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late

Let us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Procrastinating, putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the wise.

Q: You said I don’t own the trust; therefore, I don’t have to pay taxes. So, who owns the trust?
A: No one owns it — it owns itself. That’s the whole point — to remove “ownership” (and therefore liability) from the individuals. And we’re not saying, “you don’t have to pay taxes”. We are saying the trust is nontaxable. And if you don’t own it, then of course even if you pay personal taxes on other income and assets, it is true that you would not be liable for income tax on the trust’s assets. Natural law trusts don’t have “income” as defined by tax agencies; they have “assets” and “increase”.
Q: What’s the best way to transfer property into my NLT without it being considered a gift?
A: If you’re the Primary Trustee of your NLT, the most effective and compliant way to transfer property into the trust is by receiving Trust Capital Units (TCUs) in exchange.
TCUs are non-beneficial accounting units that represent the value you’ve contributed to the trust. They create a documented capital record of your contribution.
Since most clients act as the Primary Trustee for their NLTs, receiving Trust Capital Units (TCUs) in exchange for assets is the cleanest and most appropriate method. This structure avoids the appearance of a “gift” and helps eliminate potential issues with tax authorities, as TCUs serve as non-beneficial capital acknowledgments rather than income or profit interests.
TCUs reflect the value contributed without triggering a taxable event or violating the trust’s separation of powers between trustee and beneficiary. They also create a clear internal record of capital contribution for trust governance purposes.
This method:

Avoids the appearance of a “gift” in the eyes of tax authorities.

Does not trigger a taxable event, since no income or realized gain is involved.

Preserves trust integrity, keeping trustee and beneficiary roles clearly separated.

In contrast, simply giving the property to the trust without a record of consideration could be misinterpreted as a gift or attract unnecessary scrutiny. TCUs solve this cleanly and privately.
