We all encounter people
who believe things are getting worse, and that there
is no way the world is presently going into the dawn
of an Age of Enlightenment. They either disbelieve
or dismiss the prophecies, or interpret them to be
referring to some other time.
It is true that most
prophecies are relative. They depend for their
fulfillment upon man’s choices in the use of free
will. Certainly this is right, that such outcomes do
depend largely upon a variety of remaining
uncertainties.
On the one hand, it could
sound like the more dark prophecies of Earth
cataclysms and doomsday predictions could be
considered contradictory to the “Dawn of the Reign
of Love” and “Heaven on Earth”.
On the other hand, we can
just see them as two aspects of the same thing. As
the powerful universal consciousness arrives more
and more on Earth, both through the galactic
atmosphere and through the inner awakenings of human
beings, the demonic forms that had been reproducing
for many wretched millennia are being melted off,
because they cannot stand the high frequency of
Divine Love.
Just as the men possessed
of demons saw Avatars coming towards them as
terrifying, so those encased in layers of
accumulated evil will see the Dawn of Love as
horrifying. This is because it IS destructive to
their hard outer shells of demonic forms . . . it
WILL destroy them!
And that’s good, even for
them. What gets liberated out of those awful outer
forms are the pure inner souls who will rejoice in
ecstasy for the new freedom they have been given.
Thence begins the eternity of gratitude for
them.
The difference between
those souls and the ones who had been developing
saintly qualities all along, is only in expression,
not in essence. In essence, they all, WE all, share
the same common Oneness in God consciousness. We are
all One. But in expression, those with histories of
good deeds and righteous living will have built up
for themselves wonderful channels of divine
manifestation, and will be far more mature in their
outer projection of Godly qualities.
The souls who will have
recently lost their demonic forms will be like
babies, like infants, who albeit share in the
innocence and celebration of universal Love, will
not have the momentum of years of outer development
of channels of expression. For them, that road still
lays in front of them.
This is how both perfect
justice AND perfect mercy coexist in this wonderful
existence. Isn’t it marvelous?
Perhaps the reason for the
high degree of confidence of a positive outcome that
the Knowers and Seers always show in their
expressions is that we have been cognizing a
prophetic plane of consciousness within ourselves,
in our own experience. We have our own inner current
of knowing, stemming from an always-available
dimension of awareness that reveals the most likely
outcome of things.
If you present a delicious
treat to a hungry dog, it is not completely
predictable that he will absolutely go for it, but
you could say that it is mostly likely he will.
Similarly, if you were to offer a state lottery
winning of $10 million to anyone on the street,
there is no guarantee that the person will accept
it; but knowing human nature, the odds are that,
most likely, most people will gladly accept
it.
On a far higher level, the
bliss of even a tiny drop of Atmic Awareness is so
intense that having glimpsed it, and having felt
even a little fraction of what it is bringing to
human destiny, there is no guarantee that man will
choose it . . . but seeing that the happiness of it
is so intense, the peace of it “passeth
understanding” so completely, the inner fulfillment
of it is so deep, and the Love it brings is so vast
and awesome . . . it stands to reason that no man,
even the most corrupted or insane, would turn it
down. The joy, rapture, and elation it brings so
sweepingly eclipses anything else available on this
Earth or anywhere in Heaven, that it is a pretty
safe bet that most of mankind will go for it.
It is on that basis, that
despite all the gloomy appearances to the contrary
in today’s illusory world, the Seers have been
proffering the vision of a global metamorphosis and
the fulfillment of the most optimistic prophecies.
We could turn out to be wrong – – that is true; it
is possible. But we think the odds of being wrong,
about this anyway, are slim.
So much of the groundwork
to bring a free society has already been completed,
that its implementation is virtually inevitable. You
have heard in other contexts the phrase “an
avalanche that cannot be stopped” or “nothing can
stop what is coming”. Well, such phrases are equally
applicable here. We have seen in world events the
countless numbers of critical elements already in
place to provide the benefits of an awakened
civilization to all the world’s people, that it is
no longer a question of “if”, but only a question of
“when”; and even the “when” of it does NOT extend
very far into the future. It is like a dark rain
cloud in the monsoon season getting ready to shower
its sweet rain on the Earth – – or a woman who
obviously looks nine months pregnant – – when you
see that, you KNOW it cannot possibly be much
longer.
For those who understand
and appreciate prophecy, that’s wonderful . . . but
we need not even rely on prophecy anymore. The
global transformation has already been happening for
two decades, and now it is simply gaining
exponentially more momentum with every day that
passes. What is happening right NOW is more than
enough.
There are some, like
scientists Gregg Braden, Robert E. Cox, and others,
who say that it isn’t even a question of human free
will as to whether the Earth is entering a Golden
Age. They are saying that just by measuring various
scientific frequencies, it is 100% certain that the
Earth is entering a radically higher frequency band.
The only question, they say, is whether we humans
will adjust to it and survive it. When we cleanse
our minds and hearts, we will survive it and
flourish in it. Those who don’t purify their minds
and hearts, will find it increasingly impossible to
survive in the new energy, and will disembody, to
relocate elsewhere in lower vibrational fields of
the outer periphery of the galaxy.
This would certainly
fulfill the prophecy that “the meek shall inherit
the Earth”.

Credit card and car loan
defaults hit 10-year high in the US
Rising inflation is leading to an increase in defaults on credit
cards and auto loans in the US, with levels unseen since the
financial crisis. This year has seen credit card delinquencies
rise to 3.8%, and car loan defaults at 3.6%, the highest in over
a decade, according to Equifax. Low- to middle-income households
are particularly affected by increasing costs in essentials like
rent and groceries.
A chief economist at Moody’s Analytics, expressed concern: “The increase
in delinquencies and defaults is symptomatic of the tough decisions that
these households are having to make right now.” Many Americans have
resorted to new credit lines to manage their debts, pushing the average
credit card interest rate to a record 20.6%. Credit card accounts have
increased by 70 million since 2019, and debt exceeded $1 trillion this
year, as reported by the New York Federal Reserve. The rising
delinquencies have been described as “very concerning.”
With student loan repayments resuming and the holiday season
approaching, experts anticipate further financial strain on consumers.
Retailers like Macy’s have also noted higher delinquency rates among
store cardholders. |

goods and services for the bills I ran up on my credit cards, then

The merchants who provided the goods and services were paid, but the
money lenders produced nothing. Furthermore, the money lenders never
loaned anything. No money ever came out of their accounts to issue

Don’t
Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your Assets
Let
us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again,
we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts,
and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up
sooner.
Case
in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt
due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had
left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks
are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her
assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent
conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to
get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is
irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for
hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had
transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of
the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she
would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of
problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire
insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a
pound of cure.”
Procrastinating,
putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art
asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we
know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished
they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the

and “official reality.” You need a good map of both, with a
steady flow of actionable intelligence in a world that is
changing rapidly.
Risk Management: In a changing environment, you must
manage the risks involved in the building wealth process
accordingly. Unless you develop exceptional risk management,
your time, income, and assets may be wasted or lost. Falling
prey to just one serious health or financial fraud can wipe out
the savings of a lifetime.
Living Equity: Living equity includes assets that do
not constitute property and cannot be priced or traded but are
essential to building financial wealth and managing risk. This
includes your education and skills—your intellectual
capital—which you share with your family, your colleagues, your
community, and your country.
However, it is resilient only if
grounded in a multigenerational vision. Living equity possesses
the unique power to serve us and simultaneously and
inexhaustibly grow our financial equity. In turn, dedicate your
financial equity to fortifying the living world around you. In a
world of rising risks, it is people and guard dogs who watch
your back, not money.
Financial Equity: Money is a tool. Building financial
wealth and managing it well are critical components of making
sure you have the resources you need and want to live your free
and inspired life. Our current financial system is centralizing
control and is often destructive to wealth. Don’t let that deter
you. Mastering financial matters can help you build a personal
system and a wider economy where money serves and supports
people and life. Don’t let dirty players put you off of
mastering money as a tool that serves freedom—starting with your
own free and inspired life.
Turtle Forth: As any successful investor knows, you
must never quit. Investing—whether in life or assets—involves
taking risks and sometimes winning and sometimes losing. Never
stop learning. You can be hugely successful at the other five
pillars, but if you do not get this last one right, you are not

Questions and Answers
Q: Why
do you call your trust natural? A trust is not something natural. It
is created by man under man’s laws. Wo/Man under natural law, with
your property protected under common law. Please help me
understand.
A:
What
makes you think that something created by man cannot be natural?
On the contrary – – it is only man who can rise in consciousness
sufficiently to align with universal natural law far more
consciously and intelligently than any other species.
Our reason for staying with the term
Natural Law is very simple. For a sovereign trust to be not
subject to the jurisdiction of any one geographic location or
any one limited body of manmade laws, and yet for it to stay out
of trouble, it needs to adhere to what is essential and
universal to all types of laws. Have you read the eBook? This is
clearly explained in the section on types of law. What is
essential to all types of laws can only be called natural law.
It is not common law, because common law
has never been perfect. For example, in the 1800s and early 1900s,
under common law, women couldn’t vote, blacks couldn’t vote. Common
law has been man’s best attempt to emulate natural law. We call our
trust Natural Law because after five or six decades of collecting
the world’s best clauses and fine tuning them, it has resulted in an
instrument which has a very high degree of perfection. It is
unsurpassed, to our knowledge. The concepts and principles in it
would stand up not only in any fair court of manmade law, but we
daresay it would be equally welcomed and respected by beings in any
part of the universe.

What is the difference between trusts and
other legal entities based on natural law, and ones based on
statutory law?
I always assumed that Natural Law Trusts
was just a fancy name for common law trusts. If not, what is the
difference between Natural Law Trusts and Common Law Trusts? What is
the wording that makes them different? Anything else makes them
different?
A: Thank you for your responsible
question, and the answer requires an understanding of the
hierarchy of human society. As long as a century ago or
more, the cartel of rich people bent on taking over the
world wanted special standards for themselves that made the
rules that apply to the masses inapplicable to them. Have
you read the book The
Creature from Jekyll Island, by G. Edward Griffin? Or the more
scholarly version of the same story, Secrets of the Federal
Reserve, by Eustace
Mullen? These books describe the old dark elite and the
banking and governmental systems that they engineered to
benefit the few at the expense of the many. This knowledge
is becoming well known and rather mainstream these
days.
Even though the USA was founded on the principle that ALL of us are
kings and queens, as confirmed in no less than six US Supreme Court
cases – – which all said, in essence, that Americans are sovereigns
without subjects, naturally the ancient habit of smaller groups
forming themselves into a “superior” group has persisted. It may be
unconstitutional, but it has persisted nonetheless, and it has
operated through special knowledge. It has inadvertently created a
de facto hierarchy, despite the elimination of titles of nobility by
the Founding Fathers.
As a result, so-called law schools only teach attorneys the statutory
law to which the unawakened and brainwashed masses are subject. That was
the wish of the elite. At the same time, the elite themselves used
non-statutory trusts, because they didn’t see themselves as being
subject to the same rules that they were imposing on everyone else. The
Federal Reserve is not a government agency and never has been. It has
always been, since the beginning in 1913, a private banking system with
various elite shareholders. The IRS has been its collection agency.
Hence it is not surprising that the owners of that system would train
their IRS agents to deny the existence or the legitimacy of the
non-statutory entities. This is in spite of the fact that the elite
themselves use them.
They set up the system in America in such a way that it has allowed
anyone to realize their own status via self-study, and to thus begin to
assert their rights without retaliation from the government. This gave
them plausible deniability, enabling them to correctly claim that no
institution or agency can deny an American’s rights by force if he
realized them correctly on his own. This has been my own experience and
that of all of us who work for BIC, as well as a large number of our
customers and affiliates. The elite doesn’t try to deny who we really
are, when we have realized it on our own. I think they don’t worry about
it, because we are such a small minority of the population, and none of
us is super rich financially or super powerful politically.
Thus the only way they have been able to perpetrate their fed fraud for
the majority of the population is by putting out as much disinformation
as possible, to keep the herds of sheep in line. It’s kind of a very
clever strategy – – because by not using gunpoint force to overtly
enslave everyone, instead they have used psyops (psychological
operations). The silver lining for them, as well as for us, is that when
the minority rises above this mental conditioning, the elite cannot be
accused of forcing the liberated ones back into slavery.
It should then make perfect sense to you that the IRS would deny common
law trusts, but I sympathize with your question, because you’re on the
outside looking in. If you had been on the inside of the community of
sovereign trust operators for five or six decades like we have, you
would have been seeing the same as what we have been seeing. That is
that in actual practice, the IRS never attacks these trusts. If you find
any cases where it appears that they did, it would have only been trusts
written differently from our NLTs from BIC. Somehow those others must
have had weaknesses and vulnerabilities, all of which we have eliminated
in our NLTs. The tax men don’t attack them because that would be
shooting themselves in the foot. They know their own elite use similar
vehicles. They’d rather keep quiet about it and avoid publicizing the
issue.
Think of it as being like the difference between cars driving on the
road and airplanes flying in the sky. Cars on the ground have to follow
the road rules, which are far more restrictive than the rules that
airplanes must follow. In that sense, the airplane is an exception to
the road rules. Like that, the NLT is an exception to the rules that
statutory entities must follow. We don’t use the word “exempt”, because
that’s a statutory term that can be given by the IRS and can be taken
away by the IRS. By contrast, the NLT is an exception to those rules,
and it doesn’t need a stamp of approval for that exception, any more
than an airplane would need a stamp of exemption from road rules. That
would be ridiculous. A stamp of approval of exempt or exception status
would imply that without it, it would indeed be subject to such rules.
How on Earth could an airplane even be imagined to be subject to road
rules?
The NLT is an exception to all statutes worldwide issued by governments
and their agencies – – including the IRC in the USA. No agency or
institution has the authority to remove or deny that exception. This is
proven in real life experience by the fact that out of thousands of NLT
operators, not a single one has ever been attacked by the IRS or any
other tax agency.
Part of the reason for this is how the NLT is written. Another part of
the reason is how trustees are instructed to apply for the EIN. There is
a certain exact procedure for doing so which must be followed precisely.
And another part of the reason is that most NLT operators follow our
advice to just keep quiet. The only rights you really have are the
rights you KNOW you have. So if you KNOW you have the right to ignore
statutory requirements, and you live accordingly, then you just keep
quiet about it.
It would be foolhardy to approach a tax systemite and ask him if what I
am saying here is true. That would be like waving a red flag in front of
a bull, or it would be like deliberately picking a fight with a bully.
Of course, if someone is stupid enough to provoke those types of people,
that someone would be creating trouble for himself. That is why we say

Knowing your rights as a sovereign individual, and knowing that the NLT
is written in harmony with the universal right of contract, as affirmed
in the global UCC and in US Supreme Court cases, you can wisely choose
