Q: I do not have any credit cards. My purpose for using the Liberty system is to cancel my student loan debt. In the affidavit, do I switch the “name of bank” with Sallie Mae or Nelnet, the loan servicer?
A: Yes, thank you for asking . . . we haven’t had many people with student loans, so we haven’t modified the letter or the affidavit for that purpose. But as you have suggested, just use common sense . . . modify it wherever necessary. Wherever either document refers to a “bank” or “credit card”, etc., just change it accordingly. It is important that this be your own document, your own wording, because we’re not providing legal advice, or legal services, paralegal services, etc. We’re just providing a product, and the intelligence in it WORKS. So yes, adapt it as needed, without altering the basic concepts in it, and you should be fine.
As to whether to put the name of the originator of the loan or the loan servicer, normally it is best to put the name of the servicer – the one who is corresponding with you, sending you statements, and trying to collect. This is because, as stated at the end of the dispute letter, “Notice to the Principal is Notice to the Agent, and Notice to the Agent is Notice to the Principal.”

Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your Assets
Let us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Procrastinating, putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the wise.

Questions and Answers
Q: Can my membership in an LLC be transferred to the NLT?
A: The membership itself cannot be transferred, because the membership is a human being. But, the ownership of monetary and physical assets can be transferred. We recommend transferring no more than about 95% of the LLC’s assets and income to the trust. Maybe up to an extreme high of 98%, but never 100%, because that would raise eyebrows at the tax agency and could trigger an audit of the LLC, which would include an inspection of what this trust is – – where all the LLC’s assets are going.
Since no NLT trustee would like the trust (or the LLC) being put under the microscope like that, keep the asset transfer a bit lower than 100%. That is done routinely all the time by millions of LLCs and corporations. The IRS may not like it, but it is so commonly done that it doesn’t trigger any alarm. What other LLC owners are transferring their assets to may not be an NLT – – it may be just a statutory entity of some kind that has less tax exposure – – but the practice of transferring a majority of assets per se is very common.

Fiat currency is invalid – according to the US Supreme Court
This case has not yet been published for public view.
There was similar overwhelming evidence that the Brunson case reached a ruling in Trump’s favor in December, but was sealed and unpublished. Instead of publishing it, they used it as leverage – – privately informing Trump’s enemies as a warning against doing anything to derail the inauguration. Apparently it worked.
This mortgage ruling going public too soon could collapse the monetary system. But you know very well that it isn’t just wishful thinkers who want to bring down the system that has been. The Basel III Accord mandated it way back in 2010, with deadlines for implementation stretched out to 2023 and beyond. And thousands of White Hats have been working on it and making great progress.

The boy frowned. “No, I mean… like a doctor? A teacher? A scientist? What should I be?”
She knelt beside him, cupping his tiny face in her hands. “I don’t care what you become, my son. Whether you wear a white coat, a uniform, or a simple shirt — what matters to me is the person inside it.
I want you to be kind, even when the world is not. I want you to be strong, not in muscles, but in heart. I want you to chase your dreams, not because I asked you to, but because they make your soul shine.
