18. Limitless Joy
Unbeknownst to those
who are spiritually asleep, the essential nature of
existence is universal, unconditional bliss. When this
overflows through an enlightened individual, it results
in limitless joy. This joy is absolutely pure and
continuous. It results from the feeling of
freedom.
The other word
that indicates the limitless pure consciousness is the
Self. There is only one Self in existence, and I Am that
Self. Everyone is, whether he or she realizes it or not.
The essential characteristics of this Self are expressed
by a blend of qualities such as bliss, intelligence,
power, love, joy, silence, knowingness, peace, kindness,
freedom, compassion, expansion, radiance, clarity,
truth, safety, timelessness, and so on.
The joy is
limitless because the freedom is total . . . and the
enlightenment is eternal. It is
irreversible.
19. Peace
Prior to enlightenment,
one’s peace is fickle, fluctuating, fragile, and always
subject to being tossed about by outer circumstances.
This is actually rather well known to most of
humanity.
Like a wheel
rotating on an axis, the ever-changing universes of
manifest creation rotate around the non-changing
stillness of the absolute pure being, the unified field,
the Self of existence. As long as one’s awareness is
only open to the ever-changing relativity of existence,
so one’s peace can never be stable.
When one’s
awareness opens to the non-changing stillness of
absolute pure being, then one begins to experience one’s
Self as eternally established in complete and total
peace. This peace is profound and complete. It cannot be
disturbed by anything in relative time and space.
As reviewed
earlier, the mind goes silent because it has found its
inexhaustible wellspring of satisfaction in the Self.
This creates complete freedom from the mind and the
senses. It no longer needs anything in relative creation
to feel safe and satisfied.
That is why the
Sanskrit word “shanti”, which is that deep and
unconditional peace, is so often expressed in the holy
traditions of India. And in the west, A Course in
Miracles has the saying, “Nothing real can be
threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace
of God.“
20. Living in
the Present – In the unenlightened state, when the mind
fails to find peace and satisfaction in its present
state, it naturally wanders into the past or the future.
It broods on the events of the past, or it looks into
the future for some kind of satisfaction from there. Of
course this is never satisfying, because the past is
forever gone, and the future doesn’t exist yet.
Upon awakening to
the enlightened state, the mind has discovered the
infinite source of happiness in the eternal now. The
mind can still remember the past when required, and it
can still make plans for the future, but it doesn’t
dwell in those unreal zones. It is totally elated to
rest in the present moment, because in this delightful

Light Beings are giving people. That is why I share

Win on Wealth Update
Since the June 30 BIC
newsletter, many of you have signed up for Win on Wealth (WOW),
but nobody I know has received a response from the
company.
They haven’t cashed the
checks or money orders of most new applicants, and so
everyone is still waiting for their registrations to be
completed and then their corporations to get set up and
funded.
The good news is we
heard from upline that over 100 early members did receive
their first corporate fundings. The company is
completing its promises to the early members and then
getting to the rest of us as soon as possible, in the order
that our applications came in.
We
hear that the company has been desperately scrambling to hire
and train new staff as fast as possible to go through the

What

if you wish. It’s just that if you do that in July, be
aware that you might have to wait until August for them to even

BEGINNING OF THE
GOLDEN AGE ON
EARTH

Peter Deunov (July 11,
1864–December 27, 1944), also known by his spiritual name “Beinsa
Douno”, and often called “The Master” by his followers—was a
Bulgarian philosopher and spiritual teacher who developed a form of
Esoteric Christianity. He is widely known in Bulgaria.
In 1914 he gave his first
public lecture, “Behold, the Man!” (Ecce Homo in Latin),
published later in the book series, Power and Life. Deunov began
to give regular lectures with themes that were wide-ranging, and
encompassed among others: religion, music, geometry, astrology,
philosophy and esoteric science. Overall,
Deunov gave approximately 3,700 lectures in the three decades
between 1914 and 1944. His thoughts were also recorded in talks,
private conversations, and early letters.
From
1932 to 1944 he developed the Paneurhythmy exercises: a sequence
of exercises performed to music, to achieve inner balance and
harmonisation. These exercises continue to be practiced in
Bulgaria and, to a lesser degree, throughout the rest of the
world. Several thousand of Deunov’s lectures were recorded by
stenographers and are documented in the form of deciphered
stenogram. These contain the essence of Deunov’s teaching. There
are also a number of songs and prayers, among which “The Good
Prayer” from 1900 is regarded as the most special.
Several
additional books were compiled or written by Deunov himself.
Some days before his departure to the other world, Deunov was in
a profound mediumistic trance, and he made an extraordinary
prophecy in regards to our troubled epoch that we are crossing
today, a prophecy about the “end of time” and the coming of a
new Golden Age of humanity.
The Last Prophecy of
Peter Deunov ~ Spoken in 1944
During
the passage of time, the consciousness of humankind has
traversed a very long period of obscurity. This phase, which the
Hindus call Kali Yuga, is on the verge of ending.
We find
ourselves today at the frontier between two epochs: the Kali
Yuga and the New Era we are entering. A gradual improvement is
already occurring in the thoughts, sentiments and acts of
humans, but everybody will soon be subjugated to Divine Fire
that will purify and prepare them in regard to the New Era. Thus
humankind will raise itself to a superior degree of
consciousness, indispensable to its entrance to the New Life.
That is what one understands by Ascension.
Some
decades will pass before this Fire will come that will transform
the world by bringing it a new moral. This immense wave comes
from cosmic space and will inundate the entire Earth. All those
who attempt to oppose it will be carried off and transferred
elsewhere. Although the inhabitants of this planet do not all
find themselves at the same degree of evolution, the new wave
will be felt by each one of us. This transformation will not
only touch the Earth, but the entire Cosmos.
The best
and only thing that humanity can do now is to turn towards God
and improve itself consciously to elevate its vibratory level,
so as to find itself in harmony with the powerful wave that will
soon submerge it. The Fire of which I speak that accompanies the
new conditions offered to our planet will rejuvenate, purify,
reconstruct everything: matter will be refined, your hearts will
be liberated from anguish, troubles, incertitude, and they will
become luminous; everything will be improved, elevated; the
thoughts, sentiments and negative acts will be consumed and
destroyed.
Your
present life is a slavery, a heavy prison. Understand your
situation and liberate yourself from it. I tell you this: exit
from your prison! It is really a sorry sight to see so much
misleading, so much suffering, so much incapacity to understand
where one’s true happiness lies. Everything that is around you
will soon collapse and disappear. Nothing will be left of this
civilisation or its perversity.
The
entire Earth will be shaken and no trace will be left of this
erroneous culture that maintains humankind under the yoke of
ignorance. Earthquakes are not only mechanical phenomena, their
goal is also to awaken the intellect and the heart of humans, so
that they liberate themselves from their errors and their
follies and that they understand that they are not the only ones
in the Universe. Our Solar System is now traversing a region of
the Cosmos where a constellation that was destroyed left its
mark, its dust. This crossing of a contaminated space is a
source of poisoning, not only for the inhabitants of the Earth,
but for all the inhabitants of the other planets of our galaxy.
Only the suns are not affected by the influence of this hostile
environment. This region is called “the thirteenth zone”; one
also calls it “the zone of contradictions”.
Our
planet was enclosed in this region for thousands of years, but
finally we are approaching the exit of this space of darkness
and we are on the point of attaining a more spiritual region,
where more evolved beings live. The Earth is now following an
ascending movement and everyone should force themselves to
harmonise with the currents of the Ascension. Those who refuse
to subjugate themselves to this orientation will lose the
advantage of good conditions that are offered in the future to
elevate themselves. They will remain behind in evolution and
must wait tens of millions of years for the coming of a new
ascending wave.
The
Earth, the Solar System, the Universe—all are being put in a new
direction under the impulsion of Love. Most of you still
consider Love as a derisory force, but in reality, it is the
greatest of all forces! Money and power continue to be venerated
as if the course of your life depended upon it. In the future,
all will be subjugated to Love and all will serve it. But it is
through suffering and difficulties that the consciousness of
humankind will be awakened.
The
terrible predictions of the prophet Daniel written in the Bible
relate to the epoch that is opening. There will be floods,
hurricanes, gigantic fires and earthquakes that will sweep away
everything. Blood will flow in abundance. There will be
revolutions; terrible explosions will resound in numerous
regions of the Earth. Where there is earth, water will come, and
where there is water, earth will come. God is Love; yet we are
dealing here with a chastisement, a reply by Nature against the
crimes perpetrated by humanity since the night of time against
its mother, the Earth.
After
these sufferings, those who will be saved, the elite, will know
the Golden Age, harmony and unlimited beauty. Thus keep your
peace and your faith when the time comes for suffering and
terror, because it is written that not a hair will fall from the
head of the just. Don’t be discouraged, simply follow your work
of personal perfection. The New Era of the Sixth Race You have
no idea of the grandiose future that awaits you. A new Earth
will soon see day.
In a few
decades the work will be less exacting, and each one will have
the time to consecrate spiritual, intellectual and artistic
activities. The question of rapport between man and woman will
be finally resolved in harmony, each one having the possibility
of following their aspirations. The relations of couples will be
founded on reciprocal respect and esteem. Humans will voyage
through the different planes of space and break through
intergalactic space. They will study their functioning and will
rapidly be able to know the Divine World, to fuse with the Head
of the Universe.
The New
Era is that of the sixth race. Your predestination is to prepare
yourself for it, to welcome it and to live it. The sixth race
will build itself around the idea of Fraternity. There will be
no more conflicts of personal interests: the single aspiration
of each one will be to conform to the Law of Love. The sixth
race will be that of Love. A new continent will be formed for
it. It will emerge from the Pacific, so that the Most High can
finally establish His place on this planet. The founders of this
new civilisation I call Brothers of Humanity or Children of
Love.
They
will be unshakable for the good and they will represent a new
type of person. People will form a family, as a large body, and
each people will represent an organ in this body. In the new
race, Love will manifest in such a perfect manner that today’s
humans can only have a very vague idea. The Earth will remain a
terrain favourable to struggle, but the forces of darkness will
retreat and the Earth will be liberated from them. Humans seeing
that there is no other path will engage themselves to the path
of the new life, that of salvation. In their senseless pride,
some will, to the end, hope to continue on Earth a life that the
Divine Order condemns, but each one will finish by understanding
that the direction of the world doesn’t belong to
them.
A new
culture will see the light of day. It will rest on three
principal foundations: the elevation of woman, the elevation of
the meek and humble, and the protection of the rights of
humanity. The light, the good, and justice will triumph; it is
just a question of time. The religions should be purified. Each
contains a particle of the teaching of the Masters of Light, but
obscured by the incessant supply of human deviation. All the
believers will have to unite and to put themselves in agreement
with one principle, that of placing Love as the base of all
belief, whatever it may be.
Love and
Fraternity—that is the common base! The Earth will soon be swept
by extraordinary, rapid waves of cosmic electricity. A few
decades from now, beings who are bad and lead others astray will
not be able to support their intensity. They will thus be
absorbed by Cosmic Fire that will consume the bad that they
possess. Then they will repent because it is written that “each
flesh shall glorify God”. Our Mother, the Earth, will get rid of
people that don’t accept the new life. She will reject them like
damaged fruit. They, criminals included, will soon not be able
to reincarnate on this planet.
Only
those who possess Love in them will remain. There is not any
place on Earth that is not dirtied with human or animal blood;
she must therefore submit to a purification. And it is for this
that certain continents will be immersed while others will
surface. Humanity does not suspect to what dangers it is menaced
by. People continue to pursue futile objectives and to seek
pleasure.
On the
contrary, those of the sixth race will be conscious of the
dignity of their role and respectful of each one’s liberty. They
will nourish themselves exclusively from products of the vegetal
realm. Their ideas will have the power to circulate freely as
the air and light of our days. The words “If you are not born
again” apply to the sixth race. Read Chapter 60 of Isaiah: it
relates to the coming of the sixth race, the Race of Love. After
the Tribulations, humankind will cease to sin and will find
again the path of virtue. The climate of our planet will be
moderated everywhere and brutal variations will no longer exist.
The air will once again become pure, the same for water. The
parasites will disappear.
Humankind
will remember its previous incarnations and will feel the
pleasure of noticing that it is finally liberated from its
previous condition. In the same manner that one gets rid of the
parasites and dead leaves on the vine, so act the evolved beings
to prepare men to serve the God of Love. They give to them good
conditions to grow and to develop themselves, and to those that
want to listen to them, they say: “Do not be afraid! Still a
little more time and everything will be alright. You are on the
good path. May they who want to enter in the New Culture study,
consciously work and prepare.”
Thanks
to the idea of Fraternity, the Earth will become a blessed
place, and that will not wait. But before this, great sufferings
will be sent to awaken the consciousness. Sins accumulated for
thousands of years must be redeemed. The ardent wave emanating
from On High will contribute in liquidating the karma of
peoples. The liberation can no longer be postponed. Humanity
must prepare itself for great trials that are inescapable and
are coming to bring an end to egoism.
Under
the Earth, something extraordinary is preparing itself. A
revolution that is grandiose and completely inconceivable will
manifest itself soon in Nature. God has decided to redress the
Earth, and He will do it! It is the end of an epoch; a new order
will substitute the old, an order in which Love will reign on
Earth.

Questions and Answers
Q: In one of the
videos, I thought I may have seen something indicating
that a trust client can be settlor, trustee, and
beneficiary, but not the only beneficiary. Is that
correct?
A: Client’s trust can
have these choices of roles:
• Client can be
grantor and trustee, but not a beneficiary – – or –
–
•
Client can be trustee w/un-related co-trustee and minor
beneficiary, with a nominee grantor – – or –
–
•
Client can be grantor with two non-related trustees, and
client can be sole beneficiary – – or –
–
•
Client can be grantor with 1 related trustee and 1
non-related trustee, and client can be sole beneficiary
or one of multiple beneficiaries.
Q: A company sent me a
form to disclose the Type of Entity (Taxable or Tax
Exempt) for tax purposes. If I select the type “Other”
under either Section, I have to give the reason,
including the applicable Section of the Federal Tax Code
under which I am claiming the exemption, if I am
claiming non-taxable status. What should I
put?
A: I’ve been studying
the income tax issue from various sources, and as of
yet, I cannot find the Federal Register record number
that incorporates a requirement for individuals or for
private trust contracts to make an income tax return.
Perhaps you can check “other” on the form, and simply
state that no one has been able to find theFederal
Register Tax Code that stipulates a private trust
contract must provide tax information – – and thus your
private trust contract is a tax
exception.
Also, the
applicable section of the Federal Tax Code is referred
to in IRS LTR OC 73301 85-200000 00 000 H 00025, citing
“No Return Filing Requirement”. The NLT is Not a
privilege granted by any government, but rather is a
constitutional contract. If you file a 1041 for a
private contract trust, you are giving up your 4th and
5th amendment rights.
Q: Are there US Supreme
Court cases or other federal cases affirming the
legitimacy of the common law trust?
A: The US federal
courts have generally avoided ruling on this issue.
However, Hale v. Henkle, 1905, is one of the most quoted
US Supreme Court cases in American legal history. While
it does not address common law trusts per se, it affirms
the individual’s right to enter into private contract
without interference from the government, as long as
that individual is not harming anyone or violating the
rights of anyone in so doing.
One
interesting article along these lines can be found

this link. It says,

issues directly involving the law of wills and
trusts. Like most legal questions involving the
transfer of private property between private
citizens, such matters have usually been left to
state courts. Federal courts have even adopted
special rules, like the so-called “probate exception
to federal jurisdiction,” to keep wills- and
trusts-related matters out of federal courts. (This
principle, described by Judge Richard Posner as “one
of the most mysterious and esoteric branches of the
law” prohibits federal courts from entertaining a
suit that encroaches on the jurisdiction of state
probate courts.) . . .
“. . . To find
a Supreme Court decision that significantly altered the
course of the development of the law of trusts and
estates, one arguably has to go back to 1875 and the
case of Nichols v. Eaton, 91 U.S. 716 (1875). That case
recognized the legitimacy of the spendthrift trust and
paved the way for its widespread acceptance as a legal
means of protecting one’s beneficiaries from the
meritorious claims of their creditors . .
.”

salient gem on the IRS website which clearly
acknowledges the official recognition of the legitimacy
of common law trusts:

generally do not file their governing instrument
with the State to become
legal.” – – from

disappointing to see the 2022 4th of July holiday weekend
come and go without some kind of official message from the

happen only two days later on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, when
apparently the Untied States Military (or perhaps the U.S.
Space Force) hit the cabal with a counter-strike so hard it

on many occasions, beginning back on April 3, 2018 (Drop

most overt symbols of the New World Order agenda in all of
North America is found in Elbert County, Georgia and the
site of one of their living landmarks of global deportation
and control at the hands of the Satanic elite known as the

• At approximately 4AM ET, the
infamous granite monument, the Georgia Guidestones, was
struck by something (or someone) which caused one of its
three pillars to explode into pieces and to lay in rubble on

2022, the Wisconsin state Supreme Court handed down a ruling
saying the controversial voter drop boxes are illegal, even
