The wisdom “Tis more blessed
to give than to receive” becomes a living reality
for someone in this consciousness, as does the
golden rule “Do unto others as you would have them
do unto you”. Thus while the evolved being has
superior wisdom for the stewardship of resources,
s/he likewise is very particular about the choice of
avenues to their acquisition. The avenues chosen
minimize disadvantage to all life, and maximize
advantage to all life.
“The wise do not
struggle for money; neither do they make poverty a
virtue.”
It is true that money cannot
buy happiness. However, for those who are already
intrinsically happy, but who lack the means to fully
experience it or express it, money can provide the
catalyst that amplifies exponentially the intrinsic joy
one already has in the heart. What is great about this
truth is that it brings a lot of bonding between good
people – – countless good people of resources, talent,
knowledge, expertise, and international harmony.
Especially the most positive and supportive of this
class become friends for life.
These are the Children of
Light – – those who consciously incarnated to
participate in this aspect of the Divine Plan. Common
among them are the virtues of forgiveness, calmness,
evenness, honesty, strength, smoothness, balance,
purity, focus, accuracy, responsiveness, generosity,
humility, fairness, kindness, sweetness, lightness, and
reverence.
They have also shown a talent
for being broad-minded and all-embracing in gracefully
coordinating the many diverse opinions on everything
from business strategy to taxes to religion. They have
displayed a wonderful way of respecting all viewpoints,
showing neutrality on non-essential things, sharing
facts where they knew them to be true, volunteering
their lack of authority or absence of credentials where
such was the case, and never trying to flaunt their
opinions or coerce others into thinking the way they
do.
This is a very valuable and
much-appreciated quality – – the ability to just be a
friend and fellow traveler to a large group, rather than
a boss, a know-it-all, or a superior. This shows a high
evolution of genuine spiritual qualities, and has made
everyone who has really read and understood them
recognize an authentic brother or sister.
Thus what we can really
celebrate about this age, besides having the successful
outcome of restored financial prosperity for everyone,
is a true brotherhood and sisterhood of like-minded
hearts and souls who share in fellowship a common ideal
of a better world for the rest of our lives.
As one Enlightened Master, Sri
Sri Ravi Shankar put it, “Everything is changing. And
this is all there only to heat you up, to bake you. You
are baked in joy, and you are baked in sorrow. You are
baked in this event, and you are baked in that event. So
everything in the world bakes you, heats you up. And if
you put your finger deeper into it, you will get burned.
So move lightly.”
Those awakening to Self
Realization are definitely the next generation of kings,
royalty, and tycoons – – not the dark ages type of the
past, which was into domination and exploitation. The
Self Realized are of the future, the Golden Age – –
gaining true power from within. This gives masterful
management of the kind of material wealth that comes
with the full approval of Heaven and Earth.
Those who are moving into
qualification for ascension practice harmlessness –
known in Sanskrit as “ahimsa” – consciously avoiding
being destructive to any living thing, at all times.
As Zig Ziglar said,
“You can have
anything you want in life, if you help enough other
people get what they want.” Ultimately, this takes the
form of helping others enter the enlightenment of Self
Knowing. This is true power. This is the path to the
establishment of permanent divine royalty, the kind of
benevolent administration that has been the celebration
of all great peaceful civilizations, and the fulfillment
of heaven.
That is the lasting wealth, in
which all glories, both worldly and divine, are secure
forever, both here and in the hereafter. This is
achieved by opening one’s innermost soul to everyone. It
is stabilized by celebrating one’s heart pouring out, in
pure Love. This openness creates a very healthy
evolution of heart.
As a human species, we have
been evolving quickly, and it is fabulous to see. To
these inner feelings, we added our mental prowess – –
our creative ideas, our constructive guidance, and our
special talent for oceanic expansiveness.
The mundane business of the
everyday world has often seemed monotonous and tedious,
but that is only the beginning phase. Soon the next
phase will commence, which will champion far greater
energies on higher planes of vibratory frequency. This
will bring immense satisfaction and continuously growing
fulfillment to all.
We celebrate the magnificent
destiny we are creating together. We thank the divine
love intelligence for the bright vision of a better
world this world has been given through the master
coordination of pure Being.
With the golden thread of
purity of intent and integrity of purpose in all our
affairs, we are the rainbow lightweavers of wealth and
wisdom for all people. All beings will be rewarded for
eons, with the thankfulness of all creation, the endless
friendships of countless spirits, and the joy of seeing
infinite universal gardens bloom, bear fruit, and
multiply.

The United States military is
getting ready to deploy seven naval fleets – – between
180 to 350 warships battleships, aircraft carriers,
cruiser ships and nuclear subs across the world in 22
times zones.
More Marines are being
deployed in these operations to several countries.
At the same time, over 24
countries in Africa signed deals with Russia and the
Russian military in an alliance compact to immediately
work together and cut ties with UN and major northern
NATO supporting countries such as Germany, France, and
Norway.
Several more neutral African
countries are planning to sign an alliance with Russia
and over 20 African countries began flying the Russian
Flag. The once CIA (NATO) UN African-controlled military
nations and U.S. pact is now being dismissed. At the
same time, Russia deployed the Wagner group to Niger
Africa in the face of the now open military coup that
overthrew the CIA puppet government regimen with a U.S.
and French military base watching nearby in panic, as
Russian aid and influence grows in Africa, and Putin
publicly states the end of the New World Order has
begun.
This all comes at the heels of
U.S. Department of Defense’s Task Force Jan Hayes
admitting on national TV that President Trump signed
Executive Orders that created laws against election
interference. The EOs are connected to military
protocols. She stated directly that Joe Biden is the
leader of the bankrupt U.S. corporation run by the
British monarch that dates back to 1871, and Trump ended
the U.S. corporation in 2018 (and installed EOs that are
connected to military protocols, election interference,
exposure of military coups). Now Trump has reposted the
video and message, letting people know this is
correct.
Now you are seeing the TRUE
PLANS of military operations unfolding in real time. As
the 2020 U.S. elections were military operations to

this article “The good behind today’s world war events”
is this shows that multi-million year history is in the
making. It is a global detoxification process that must

dissolved, and retired. The above article shows in
detail some of the master plan behind how it is being
defeated.
The reason Universal Divine Love Intelligence has been
allowing the evil to be so intense and long-lasting is
that we – – all humans – – are being groomed to become
co-creators. The only way we can master being creators
is to have seen, experienced, and understood all sides –
– how to create hell, how to create heaven, and how to
become enlightened and go beyond both.
To many people, it looks like things are getting worse,
but that’s only because the Light is increasing and the
evil that has always been here is simply being exposed –
– like cockroaches in a dark room when the light is
suddenly turned on. It only “looks” worse; but actually,
it is extremely positive – – because only NOW can it
finally be totally eliminated . . . preparing the way
for Heaven on Earth and the Golden Age.
There is absolutely nothing to be afraid of, if you
clearly understand this. On the contrary, you have much

Don’t
Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your
Assets
Let
us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again,
we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts,
and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up
sooner.
Case
in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt
due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had
left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks
are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her
assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent
conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to
get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is
irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for
hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had
transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of
the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she
would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of
problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire
insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a
pound of cure.”
Procrastinating,
putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art
asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we
know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished
they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the
wise.

Questions and Answers
Q: As
I read, time and time again, I see this phrase: “If you need tax
advice, seek out a competent tax professional.” Can you refer me to
someone familiar with tax issues regarding private trusts so I can
get some official advice?
“This superior type of pure natural
law sovereign irrevocable trust not only has no obligation
to pay income tax, but also has no tax return filing
requirements.“
It’s easy to say something like
this, and it makes sense, but tax protestors throughout the
years have time and again lost because tax agencies don’t
care for making sense but collecting taxes. I’m struggling
to find ways to verify what you say.
“…a Pure Trust Organization… has no
return filing requirements“
“If no information or return is
filed, [the] Internal Revenue Service cannot assess
you“.
“Don’t ask, don’t tell.”
I appreciate the sentiments here,
I’m just wishing for ways to verify before finding myself in
trouble. It may be an irrational fear, but it’s still
present. Any direction you can point me to help verify what
you say is appreciated.
A:
To
help you understand this issue, you need to understand the
difference between exempt and exception. If you require
confirmation from an in-the-system tax authority that the NLT is
exempt before you will acquire an NLT and begin using it, then
I’m afraid you will lose out and you will have to go elsewhere.
Tax authorities like the IRS give “exempt” status to certain
types of entities, such as a 501(c)(3), but then it requires
annual reports of income and outflow to continue justifying its
exempt status. If the IRS doesn’t agree with how the money was
being received or spent, it can revoke the exempt status. And,
if the people in the 501(c)(3) engage in activities that the
cabal doesn’t approve of, it can revoke that exempt status at
any time. An example would be a church whose minister is giving
sermons saying things the cabal doesn’t like.
By contrast, our NLT is an exception to the tax filing and
paying requirements. Think of it according to an analogy. On the
ground, cars have to follow road rules, like stopping at red
lights. But an airplane up in the sky is not subject to those
rules, even though it may fly right over the area where the red
lights are. So it’s not that the airplane is “exempt” from
stopping at red lights. Rather, the airplane is an “exception”
to 100% of ALL the road rules on the ground.
Being an exception is a far more powerful position to be in.
Because no tax agency granted the exception status, no tax
agency can take it away. No government can take it away. That is
one of the qualities that makes these trusts sovereign.
Being non-statutory, only an idiot would consult with statutory
people as to the rights of the non-statutory entity. People with
a lifetime of vested interest in the statutory system feel
threatened by the idea that there are entities out there
enjoying total freedom from the entire statutory world. They of
course will deny it and argue against it. If you listen to them,
you will get sucked into their fear and ignorance.
The wealthy elite families realized generations ago that they
didn’t have to make themselves subject to the very system of
laws to which they make their slaves subject. That is why
non-statutory trusts originated with the wealthiest families. As
time went by, this trust design got discovered by people of more
average means like us. And our trust writer has tweaked and
improved upon it ever since.
Our trust writer has been using them since the 1970s, so that’s
about 50 years of unbroken success. He began having clients in
the 80s, and our BIC founder, Taansen Fairmont, began referring
clients to this trust writer in the 90s and early 2000s. That is
how BIC evolved.
Prior to our trust writer, his mentors had success with these
trusts going back another generation or two. And everyone – –
the mentors, our trust writer, we ourselves at BIC, and 100% of
our trust clients – – ALL of us – – have NEVER had a single
problem with these trusts with the IRS or ANY tax agency
anywhere in the world. Most of us have not even had a peep of an
inquiry from the IRS. In the few cases where the IRS did
inquire, a one-letter response was all that was needed, and they
went away. NONE of us have ever had a real challenge from ANY
tax agency about these trusts. In addition, none of these trusts
have ever been penetrated and none of them have ever been
invalidated. That’s a true 100% success rate.
You don’t have to take our word for it, but there is simply no
way to prove it to a newcomer until you begin using the NLT for
yourself and see for yourself. If what I’m saying wasn’t true,
don’t you think we would have complaints against us at the BBB?
Did you see the BBB logo on our website? It says “no
complaints”. We’ve been in business in our present form for ten
years. Surely that would be enough time for someone to register
a complaint if we weren’t telling the truth.
The IRS does NOT wish to admit publicly that there is any such
thing out there that is non-statutory and legitimate. But at the
same time, the reason they don’t bother us is because the top of
the IRS hierarchy uses similar trusts themselves. Many
congressmen use them. That is why congress will never pass
legislation against them, and the IRS doesn’t launch
investigations against non-statutory trust users because how do
they know a Rockefeller or a Rothschild isn’t behind it? These
trusts are private – – and even though they acquire an EIN from
the IRS “for banking purposes only”, they have precious too
little information about the trust to know who is really behind
it. And they don’t want to try to find out more, for fear of
unknowingly stepping on the toes of their bosses. They’re not
going to shoot themselves in the foot.
Further, they correctly see these trusts, if they see them at
all, as pass-through entities to the ultimate tax payers – – the
beneficiaries. If Party A entrusts a house with Party B to hold
on behalf of Party C, then no tax man can charge Party B with
income tax on it, can he? This is because it isn’t income and he
doesn’t own it. He is only fulfilling his stewardship as trustee
to hold it on behalf of Party C for later distribution. The tax
people understand that – – and there is nothing they can do
about it.
If the above facts and logic are not sufficient for you and you
still need confirmation from someone in government or
Bar-licensed legal authority, we sympathize. That shows how
deeply the cabal has put people in fear.
In that case, you could help yourself by making yourself
individually exempt, if you are an American. Our individual

Greer’s
deadline now clear: related UAP legislation

Steven Greer’s ‘ticking 6-9 month timeclock’

I
finally found a clear description by Greer about his statements,
‘the clock is ticking, participants in covert illegal UAP
(Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) activities have 6 months,’ or
‘6-9 months.’ I have heard him say this several or more times in
different videos over the past 2 months.
At about one hour and 57 minutes of the following video, he
explains, saying Fed bill (probably in the Senate) just passed
committee. This bill grants a 6-month amnesty period for anyone
doing anything illegal in the secret government, at least in the
areas of UAP and free energy. If and when the bill is signed
into law, wrong doers who come forward will be granted amnesty
and will not be arrested or go on trial. It will take some time
for the bill to pass (if it passes). He doesn’t seem to have any
doubt that it will pass. The 3 extra months stated in other
videos (“6-9 months”: must be time he is estimating it will take
for the bill to be signed into law, now that it has passed
committee:
3 months to be passed + 6 months’ amnesty to come out of the closet
and testify = 5-9 months (from about mid-July = Jan-March 2024).
After the period of amnesty is over? He implies that the military is
going to go after everyone they know who is doing illegal things in
the UAP/free energy sector, and arrests will start to be made. I
have been hearing of ‘massive arrests’ being made for over ten
years, but have never seen any evidence of them, they have seemed to
be just ‘conspiracy folklore,’ wishful thinking, hope candy, but I
don’t know. Now there is legislation out in the open as a basis for
such arrests.
Who are the wrongdoers, how will the government know who they are?
Greer implies and says a little obliquely that he (and others) have
given them terabytes of information on who is doing illegal things,
and more than enough evidence to convict them. And of course, many
have already come forward, and are naming names behind the scenes as
well. It appears this is what Greer meant at the Premier of his show
(I sent around) when he said the Senate is going to force this issue
in 6 months or 6-9 months.

Fundamentally important legislation in this on-going story: The
National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2023, signed into law
Dec. 23, 2022, which included an amendment granting amnesty to UAP
whistleblowers.
Wikipedia: “The NDAA and its Intelligence Authorization Act (IAA)
includes provisions for reporting of unidentified flying objects
(UFOs), otherwise known as unidentified aerial phenomena or UAPs,
including whistleblower protections and exemptions to nondisclosure
orders and agreements (i.e. 50 U.S.C. § 3373b).[10][11] It also
requires the military to review UFO sightings back to 1945.[12]

A second related piece of legislation integral to this matter is an
amendment to 2024 National Def. Auth. Act introduced in mid-July by
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D NY) and others. However, the
articles on this amendment say nothing about whistleblowers and
amnesty, but only about release of UAP records:

So there may be amnesty language in that amendment that the media is
not reporting (it is in the right time frame), or Greer may be
talking about another bill (not “amendment”) which I could not find.
Greer’s video was made July 11, and in that video, he says the bill
only passed committee, and is not yet law. That is the case with the
high-profile amendment introduced by Schumer et al.
Greer has also been saying or implying that the ETs may join the
Senate to take action in this timeline, due to their desire to stop
the development of scalar weapons, which could hurt their home
planets from here. At his Press Conference, Greer stated a deadline
of 2025-26 for the ETs and Senate to step in and stop the secret
govt. All very far out sounding. But the amendments to NDAA 2023 and
the proposed amendment to NDAA 2024 are real.
There is surely far more to the behind-the-scenes story, as always.
And of course, the potential of arrests and mass disclosure and
amnesty is theoretical. What will actually happen, and if massive
numbers of people will actually come forward, and if the military
will actually go after those who don’t come forward, remains to be
seen. Will it be the same old story, or something new?
Before Greer’s discussion of this bill, there is very interesting
material in his video saying that ET craft are not constructed of
parts, but manifested or extruded as a whole completed vehicle, from
a quantum blueprint (whatever that means), and that is how ET
clothes or space suits are made also, they supposedly manifest them
on and off. One-piece ET suits with no zippers or buttons (or
velcro) are not new info, that’s widely known and reported by those
who have seen ETs.
The Intelligence Authorization Act of 2024 authorizes force of
corporate disclosure, if necessary, as of 6 months after enactment.
This doesn’t mean it will happen, but this passed Senate bill (July
27) establishes the legal foundation for real UAP/free energy
disclosure.
This article is about one key point that ties a lot of things
together about the ‘real’ disclosure activities taking place in the
US Senate, military, corporations, etc. (not the fake disclosure
going on in both the House and Senate on TV and many outlets). I
cannot find any commentators other than Greer who seem to know what
is going on in the Senate, which is where the real action is taking
place regarding UAPs. (Greer states that the Senate is 15 years
ahead of the House, which was obvious to many in the ‘circus show’
fake House UAP ‘hearing.’)
Recently I’ve been putting more attention on commentators other than
Greer. But this article gives the fruit of a 2 month search to
figure out what Greer meant by a ticking disclosure clock, and a
bill. There is some repetition below, because imho (in my humble
opinion) the line of legislative events below, with the key bill,
and a key amendment, is fundamental to understanding what’s going on
with real (not fake) disclosure in this country.
Greer has mentioned a “ticking clock” on many videos he’s done in
the past couple months. The ticking clock he stated was a time limit
or deadline for the illegal secret govt (ISG) to stop doing wrong,
or they would be made to stop. At the end of his press conference, a
date was added: “the end of 2026” and “December 2026,” which he
briefly explained. But 1-2 days later, he sent an urgent message in
his newsletter for more whistleblowers. I got the feeling that the
ISG moved their timetable forward, and the legal US govt and Greer
had to respond in kind to match the ISG initiative. After that, no
mention of 2026. Since then, it’s just 6 – 12 months or 6 – 9
months.
It takes alertness to pick up this stuff. Listening to every
phrase/word. I had to listen to parts of the video below 3 times to
hear the words describe the exact amendment to the exact bill, to
find out what is going on with real UAP/free energy disclosure in
this country.
What is this ticking clock? He mentioned a bill – “a bill has been
passed.” What bill? I looked through the 3 pieces of relevant UAP
legislation either introduced or passed since Dec 2022, and watched
parts or all of many videos, ever since his press conference two
months ago, and could not find any explanation of this deadline.
Finally, I found the legislation to which Greer is probably
referring: The Intelligence Authorization Act of 2024.
The 2nd interview of Greer by Shawn Ryan on July 10, 2023 contains
the information on the “ticking clock” to which he keeps referring:

A. In these 50 seconds, Greer mentions the Intelligence
Authorization Act (for FY Fiscal Year 2024). He then says it is an
amendment. and says it gives a 6-month period of amnesty to those in
covert illegal programs to come out, come forward. Govt employees do
not have a ticking clock. Their amnesty is open-ended (no time
limit). But corporate people (like aerospace) involved in covert
illegal activities who do not come forward after 6 months after the
bill takes effect “will be subject to criminal prosecution and will
be lucky if that is all they are subject to. This is getting very
serious. That’s why I’m on your show.” (Greer to Ryan)

B. There is a description of the 6-9 month ticking clock (which had
been 6 – 12 months 3 months ago) and what is planned if not enough
members of the covert illegal govt don’t come forward, and why it is
important to effect disclosure in a peaceful way instead (by
contacting one’s 2 US Senators and US Congressperson).
So the first video section A talks about the amendment to the IAA,
and section B of the video talks about what the bill says (the
different amnesty of the 2 different groups, the 6-month amnesty
period after enactment, and what is planned if not enough people
engaged in illegal activities come forward.

This Intelligence Authorization Act Fiscal Year 2024 (IAA FY 2024)
will eventually be rolled into the National Defense Authorization
Act (NDAA 2024), which will certainly pass in some form.

The legislative steps taken:
1. The Senate Committee passed its version of the bill (S-2103) on
June 14, two days after Greer’s Press conference. Did the press
conference motivate the Senate to move faster?
2. Then the House Permanent Select Intelligence Committee passed its
companion bill, Intelligence Authorization Act FY (Fiscal Year) 2024
(HR 3932) on July 13, 2023.

This House version of the bill is still active. It passed committee
but not yet the whole House. Two state legislators explained to me
that the House bill that passed committee, but not yet full House,
will probably be substituted by the Senate bill, which has already
passed. So at this point, this bill, an unprecedented legal
foundation for using force to create disclosure, appears at this
time to be a done deal. That does not mean force will be used, but
the legal foundation for force is now in place.

wrong doers would have until June/July 2024 (6 months after the

prosecution. Why did Greer say “6 – 9 months” on July 10? We’ll
see.
