The Isness of Peace, Part 2

The sun of awareness is rising in the rainbow twilight, and in the distance is the shimmering beauty of the Ocean of Compassion. It is our privilege to freely share the overabundant happiness of the giving of mutual freedom, and the unfathomable mystery of the transcendental innocence of trust. The passengers of the arriving airship are also saying in their signals that –
“We were parted many thousands of eons ago,
Yet we have never been separated even for a moment.
We are facing each other all day long,
Yet we have never met.”

The gentle radiance of warm sunshine illumines the day as the orientation of this greeting charms my being. Its familiar song breathes restful serenity through me as the cool breezes off the snow-capped mountains pass by with exhilaration on their way to the Sea of Celebration. In the breezes are carried the fragrances of a thousand flowers, as naturally beautiful as the mystery of how we can be facing each other all day long without meeting.
Perhaps this very day we have almost met under the light of the moon and the stars of the night, in the invisible reunion of our dreams and sleep. The solar winds carry the whispers of eternity and the Music of the Spheres in harmony with the rhythm of our cycles of sleeping, dreaming, waking, and transcendental states.
The songs and bells of a million birds and temples float ethereally through the air and beyond, endlessly past galaxies and the outermost reaches of infinite space. All this success . . . shining planes of loving kindnesses blooming in the eternal now, powerful rivers of cosmic symphonies and happiness, flowing cascades of generosity and gentleness, tears of joy and smiles of intelligence, and understanding raining like jewels and gems of utopia . . . all this and more we see, we mutually agree, we inhabit. In all this we face each other, yet we have never met.
As the airship is landing, we are communing in the memory, parted so long ago, long ago and far away, even before time itself, we have never met in all the majesty of existence, in all the color of life. Yet, we are facing each other all day long and have never been separated. How can it be?
In our lovers and friends, family and associates, we meet an aspect. In our acquaintances of everyday business we exchange many ideas and energies, goods and services, and in all this we meet each other in fractions and fragments. Like a kaleidoscope our lives pass countless experiences between us, and we even look for the full revelation of each other like children playing hide-and-seek.
How many thousands of years have passed in this quest for each other? For we remember the bliss, we remember the timeless happiness of being together . . . dim, distant, deep in our remembrance. We faintly recall that energy, that strength and contentment, that infinite richness, that eternal feeling of well-being . . . in the Isness of Peace.
We know each other so well, and our Love is so deep, that we cannot, could not ever forget the indescribable joy we shared. It was so long ago, so many immeasurable ages ago, that it seems like it was before time itself. For even a moment of that Cosmic Reunion, we have searched and waited since time immeasurable. Through wealth and simplicity, youth and maturity, and the diversity of transmigrational experience, we have wondered and waited, looked and contemplated. Through books and learning, through religions and philosophies, through ceremonies and games, through dances and festivities, voyages and adventures, sciences and arts, and metamorphoses . . . through all the endless possibilities of space and time we have lived in devotion to that happiness, that heaven of a million names, that nameless Something beyond words.
And as they arrive, the passengers of the airship approach. With thrills of ecstasy, they come nearer, and behold . . . a Wonder of Wonders appears; for They are none other than Myself. I am them, and they are me. We are one and the same, eternal, timeless Being. Realization awakens, and a surpassing exaltation arises.
This Effulgent Reality is beyond the far-out visions, the pleasurable sensations, the cosmic sounds, the Inner Voice of intuition, and the Seven Heavens. Deeper and beyond all of these, it is ultimately Unbounded Restfulness. It is arrived at with effortlessness, with innocence, the innocence of little children, through profoundly letting go, allowing the attention to settle. In this sublime calmness, only the bliss of witnessing remains; the observing of the observer, the Knowing of the Knower.
It is the total enjoyment of Being Still and Knowing that I Am . . . . . the Isness of Peace.

For Americans – Debt Elimination Questions and Answers
Q: Some customers have received responses to the Liberty letters with statements like the following: “When your account was opened with us and you used the credit card, you made a promise to pay for all goods and services provided through the related credit card transactions, as well as any associated fees. You renewed that promise each time you used your credit card.”
A: These customers have felt hurt, guilty, and accused by such statements, and have wondered how to respond. The key principle in law to be aware of in this context is this:
“Fraud vitiates the most solemn Contracts, documents and even judgments” [U.S. vs. Throckmorton, 98 US 61, at pg. 65]. That is a Supreme Court ruling, and it has never been overturned.
This means you can rely on the Supreme Court for your justification. When you originally signed the loan agreement, they had committed fraud by failing to disclose to you that they were not loaning any money at all, out of their accounts. They further failed to disclose to you that they were in violation of various lending acts and failed to perform under those definitions.
They play on your conscience, by avoiding answering to those allegations, and instead distracting your attention over to your so-called “promises” — just like a magician trick. DON’T FALL FOR IT!! If they had truly, genuinely, actually, and authentically loaned real money out of their accounts, DON’T YOU THINK THEY WOULD PROVE IT AND THE COURTS WOULD UPHOLD THEIR EVIDENCE?
Thus it is through no fault of yours that these facts were not fully disclosed to you at the time of signing. Since opening the account, YOU HAVE COME INTO NEW INFORMATION. Hence do not fall for their tear-jerking pull at your honest heart strings.
Why do you think the Liberty system has been undefeated? Why do you think it has never failed to eliminate the debts to which it is addressed, if the one implementing it followed its instructions totally and didn’t give up? Do you think this would happen if there were a genuinely moral, ethical, or legal obligation on your part to repay something?
Basically, YOU OWE NO RESPONSE TO THEIR DECEPTIVE STATEMENT at all. Just continue with the Liberty system, wherever you happen to be in following the Instructions and the Flow Chart. |

Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your Assets
Let us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Procrastinating, putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the wise.

Questions and Answers
Q: If I start a business with partners, is it advisable to put that stake in an NLT since it will involve LLC, C corp or some other statutory law structure which might have some IRS reporting requirements even if I complete my revocation of election and might therefore raise IRS scrutiny? Should such business stakes involving statutory corporate entities be mixed with assets/accounts (e.g., brokerage accounts) owned by the NLT trust or should there be a separate NLT for them?
A: You’re making some incorrect assumptions. Doing the ROE does NOT “raise IRS scrutiny”. (See: https://brillianceincommerce.com/freedomfromtax, #4, Revocation of Election). On the contrary, it forecloses any opportunity the IRS might ever have to go against you, because you will have documented your status in the right language and filed with the right agencies, as approved by Congress. They can’t go against that. So drop your concerns about “scrutiny”. The ROE raises your status in their eyes in the government databases.
Further, why are you assuming that you need statutory entities? What’s the purpose? The NLT can do most everything that a statutory entity can do, and a lot more, with only a very few exceptions. For example, if you wanted to go public and sell shares on the NASDAQ or NY Stock Exchange, then you would need a C corp. Is that what you plan to do? If so, then use a C corp – – and then the NLT can hold most of the assets and income – – like up to 95% or so – – so the C corp would owe very little in taxes.
But if not, then for what purpose would you need a statutory entity? As far as partners are concerned, you can make them co-trustees of the NLT, or beneficiaries, or you can give them TCUs – – Trust Capital Units. Q: BIC videos and documents reference Blind Trusts as trusts successfully employed by wealthy politicians to keep their wealth details private. Could you compare and contrast the Blind Trust and the NLT please?
A: According to Investopedia, “A blind trust is a trust established by the owner (or trustor) giving another party (the trustee) full control of the trust. The trustee has full discretion over the assets and investments while being charged with managing the assets and any income generated in the trust.” So far, that matches the NLT.
Blind trusts create a layer of separation between the grantor’s assets and professional or political activities that helps to eliminate real or perceived conflicts of interest and accusations of wrongdoing. Individuals who receive a windfall can also use them to maintain financial privacy. Some advantages include that they can help avoid conflicts of interest and prevent family members from being unduly influenced by the grantor’s wealth. Some disadvantages include that the grantor may need more control over the assets, and the trustee may make decisions that the grantor disagrees with.
This can be solved with the NLT by appointing a nominee grantor and allowing the creator of the trust, the one who puts assets into it, be the managing trustee. In fact, that is what we encourage for most clients.
Traditional blind trusts are called that because the grantor gives his assets to a trustee and may or may not be able to see all that the trustee is doing with the assets. He is only trusting that the trustee is growing the assets for the best advantage of the beneficiaries. But in the case of the bequeathing party becoming the managing trustee, and appointing a nominee grantor, the advantages of the blind trust remain without the disadvantages, because the identity of the trustee of the trust is not disclosed to the public. |
