Tax authorities like the IRS give “exempt” status to certain types of entities, such as a 501(c)(3), but then it requires annual reports of income and outflow to continue justifying its exempt status. If the IRS doesn’t agree with how the money was being received or spent, it can revoke the exempt status. And, if the people in the 501(c)(3) engage in activities that the cabal doesn’t approve of, it can revoke that exempt status at any time. An example would be a church whose minister is giving sermons saying things the cabal doesn’t like.

By contrast, our NLT is an exception to the tax filing and paying requirements. Think of it according to an analogy. On the ground, cars have to follow road rules, like stopping at red lights. But an airplane up in the sky is not subject to those rules, even though it may fly right over the area where the red lights are. So it’s not that the airplane is “exempt” from stopping at red lights. Rather, the airplane is an “exception” to 100% of ALL the road rules on the ground.

Being an exception is a far more powerful position to be in. Because no tax agency granted the exception status, no tax agency can take it away. No government can take it away. That is one of the qualities that makes these trusts sovereign.

Being non-statutory, only an idiot would consult with statutory people as to the rights of the non-statutory entity. People with a lifetime of vested interest in the statutory system feel threatened by the idea that there are entities out there enjoying total freedom from the entire statutory world. They of course will deny it and argue against it. If you listen to them, you will get sucked into their fear and ignorance.

The wealthy elite families realized generations ago that they didn’t have to make themselves subject to the very system of laws to which they make their slaves subject. That is why non-statutory trusts originated with the wealthiest families. As time went by, this trust design got discovered by people of more average means like us. And our trust writer has tweaked and improved upon it ever since.

Our trust writer has been using them since the 1970s, so that’s about 50 years of unbroken success. He began having clients in the 80s, and our BIC founder, Taansen Fairmont, began referring clients to this trust writer in the 90s and early 2000s. That is how BIC evolved.

Prior to our trust writer, his mentors had success with these trusts going back another generation or two. The IRS does NOT wish to admit publicly that there is any such thing out there that is non-statutory and legitimate. But at the same time, the reason they don’t bother us is because the top of the IRS hierarchy uses similar trusts themselves. Many congressmen use them. That is why congress will never pass legislation against them, and the IRS doesn’t launch investigations against non-statutory trust users because how do they know a Rockefeller or a Rothschild isn’t behind it? These trusts are private – – and even though they acquire an EIN from the IRS “for banking purposes only”, they have precious too little information about the trust to know who is really behind it. And they don’t want to try to find out more, for fear of unknowingly stepping on the toes of their bosses. They’re not going to shoot themselves in the foot.

Further, they correctly see these trusts, if they see them at all, as pass-through entities to the ultimate tax payers – – the beneficiaries. If Party A entrusts a house with Party B to hold on behalf of Party C, then no tax man can charge Party B with income tax on it, can he? This is because it isn’t income and he doesn’t own it. He is only fulfilling his stewardship as trustee to hold it on behalf of Party C for later distribution. The tax people understand that – – and there is nothing they can do about it.

At about one hour and 57 minutes of the following video, he explains, saying Fed bill (probably in the Senate) just passed committee. This bill grants a 6-month amnesty period for anyone doing anything illegal in the secret government, at least in the areas of UAP and free energy. If and when the bill is signed into law, wrong doers who come forward will be granted amnesty and will not be arrested or go on trial. It will take some time for the bill to pass (if it passes). He doesn’t seem to have any doubt that it will pass. The 3 extra months stated in other videos (“6-9 months”: must be time he is estimating it will take for the bill to be signed into law, now that it has passed committee:

3 months to be passed + 6 months’ amnesty to come out of the closet and testify = 5-9 months (from about mid-July = Jan-March 2024).

After the period of amnesty is over? He implies that the military is going to go after everyone they know who is doing illegal things in the UAP/free energy sector, and arrests will start to be made. I have been hearing of ‘massive arrests’ being made for over ten years, but have never seen any evidence of them, they have seemed to be just ‘conspiracy folklore,’ wishful thinking, hope candy, but I don’t know. Now there is legislation out in the open as a basis for such arrests.

Who are the wrongdoers, how will the government know who they are? Greer implies and says a little obliquely that he (and others) have given them terabytes of information on who is doing illegal things, and more than enough evidence to convict them. And of course, many have already come forward, and are naming names behind the scenes as well. It appears this is what Greer meant at the Premier of his show (I sent around) when he said the Senate is going to force this issue in 6 months or 6-9 months.

Fundamentally important legislation in this on-going story: The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2023, signed into law Dec. 23, 2022, which included an amendment granting amnesty to UAP whistleblowers.

A second related piece of legislation integral to this matter is an amendment to 2024 National Def. Auth. Act introduced in mid-July by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D NY) and others. However, the articles on this amendment say nothing about whistleblowers and amnesty, but only about release of UAP records:

So there may be amnesty language in that amendment that the media is not reporting (it is in the right time frame), or Greer may be talking about another bill (not “amendment”) which I could not find. Greer’s video was made July 11, and in that video, he says the bill only passed committee, and is not yet law. That is the case with the high-profile amendment introduced by Schumer et al.

Greer has also been saying or implying that the ETs may join the Senate to take action in this timeline, due to their desire to stop the development of scalar weapons, which could hurt their home planets from here. At his Press Conference, Greer stated a deadline of 2025-26 for the ETs and Senate to step in and stop the secret govt. All very far out sounding. But the amendments to NDAA 2023 and the proposed amendment to NDAA 2024 are real.

There is surely far more to the behind-the-scenes story, as always. And of course, the potential of arrests and mass disclosure and amnesty is theoretical. What will actually happen, and if massive numbers of people will actually come forward, and if the military will actually go after those who don’t come forward, remains to be seen. Will it be the same old story, or something new?

Before Greer’s discussion of this bill, there is very interesting material in his video saying that ET craft are not constructed of parts, but manifested or extruded as a whole completed vehicle, from a quantum blueprint (whatever that means), and that is how ET clothes or space suits are made also, they supposedly manifest them on and off. One-piece ET suits with no zippers or buttons (or velcro) are not new info, that’s widely known and reported by those who have seen ETs.

The Intelligence Authorization Act of 2024 authorizes force of corporate disclosure, if necessary, as of 6 months after enactment. This doesn’t mean it will happen, but this passed Senate bill (July 27) establishes the legal foundation for real UAP/free energy disclosure.

This article is about one key point that ties a lot of things together about the ‘real’ disclosure activities taking place in the US Senate, military, corporations, etc. (not the fake disclosure going on in both the House and Senate on TV and many outlets). I cannot find any commentators other than Greer who seem to know what is going on in the Senate, which is where the real action is taking place regarding UAPs. (Greer states that the Senate is 15 years ahead of the House, which was obvious to many in the ‘circus show’ fake House UAP ‘hearing.’)

Recently I’ve been putting more attention on commentators other than Greer. But this article gives the fruit of a 2 month search to figure out what Greer meant by a ticking disclosure clock, and a bill. There is some repetition below, because imho (in my humble opinion) the line of legislative events below, with the key bill, and a key amendment, is fundamental to understanding what’s going on with real (not fake) disclosure in this country.

Greer has mentioned a “ticking clock” on many videos he’s done in the past couple months. The ticking clock he stated was a time limit or deadline for the illegal secret govt (ISG) to stop doing wrong, or they would be made to stop. At the end of his press conference, a date was added: “the end of 2026” and “December 2026,” which he briefly explained. But 1-2 days later, he sent an urgent message in his newsletter for more whistleblowers. I got the feeling that the ISG moved their timetable forward, and the legal US govt and Greer had to respond in kind to match the ISG initiative. After that, no mention of 2026. Since then, it’s just 6 – 12 months or 6 – 9 months.

It takes alertness to pick up this stuff. Listening to every phrase/word. I had to listen to parts of the video below 3 times to hear the words describe the exact amendment to the exact bill, to find out what is going on with real UAP/free energy disclosure in this country.

What is this ticking clock? He mentioned a bill – “a bill has been passed.” What bill? I looked through the 3 pieces of relevant UAP legislation either introduced or passed since Dec 2022, and watched parts or all of many videos, ever since his press conference two months ago, and could not find any explanation of this deadline. Finally, I found the legislation to which Greer is probably referring: The Intelligence Authorization Act of 2024.

A. In these 50 seconds, Greer mentions the Intelligence Authorization Act (for FY Fiscal Year 2024). He then says it is an amendment. and says it gives a 6-month period of amnesty to those in covert illegal programs to come out, come forward. Govt employees do not have a ticking clock. Their amnesty is open-ended (no time limit). But corporate people (like aerospace) involved in covert illegal activities who do not come forward after 6 months after the bill takes effect “will be subject to criminal prosecution and will be lucky if that is all they are subject to. This is getting very serious. That’s why I’m on your show.” (Greer to Ryan)

B.  There is a description of the 6-9 month ticking clock (which had been 6 – 12 months 3 months ago) and what is planned if not enough members of the covert illegal govt don’t come forward, and why it is important to effect disclosure in a peaceful way instead (by contacting one’s 2 US Senators and US Congressperson).

So the first video section A talks about the amendment to the IAA, and section B of the video talks about what the bill says (the different amnesty of the 2 different groups, the 6-month amnesty period after enactment, and what is planned if not enough people engaged in illegal activities come forward.

This Intelligence Authorization Act Fiscal Year 2024 (IAA FY 2024) will eventually be rolled into the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA 2024), which will certainly pass in some form.

The legislative steps taken:

1. The Senate Committee passed its version of the bill (S-2103) on June 14, two days after Greer’s Press conference. Did the press conference motivate the Senate to move faster?

2. Then the House Permanent Select Intelligence Committee passed its companion bill, Intelligence Authorization Act FY (Fiscal Year) 2024 (HR 3932) on July 13, 2023.

This House version of the bill is still active. It passed committee but not yet the whole House. Two state legislators explained to me that the House bill that passed committee, but not yet full House, will probably be substituted by the Senate bill, which has already passed. So at this point, this bill, an unprecedented legal foundation for using force to create disclosure, appears at this time to be a done deal. That does not mean force will be used, but the legal foundation for force is now in place.
