From the Deep State to the Peak State

The phrase “deep state” has two meanings. In recent years, the popular meaning originated from US Congressional Staffer Mike Lofgren, from his 2016 book called The Deep State: The Fall of the Constitution and the Rise of a Shadow Government.
He was intending to mean that certain forceful people are “deep”, in the sense that they are hidden behind the publicly visible government. And his word “state” referred to a quasi-governmental administrative body.
On the other hand, in the multi-thousand-year tradition of spiritual practices for evolving one’s consciousness, it is known that opening one’s awareness to a direct experience of universal unbounded divine consciousness is a “deep state” of consciousness . . . and it is maximally beneficial to all levels of one’s life. This deep state is harmless, innocent, and totally life-supporting for all beings.
By contrast, the people referred to in the “shadow government” are not really “deep” at all. They might be hidden behind governments, but if they are hell bent on taking power from their environment by force, which involves a whole catalog of crimes against humanity and the Earth, that can only come from a superficial and shallow state of consciousness. It is not “deep” at all. If it was, they would abandon their destructive nature.
When consciousness deepens, it transforms the mind from negative to positive qualities. It infuses the mind with supernatural light and it infuses one’s heart with universal, unconditional love. It transforms someone from being a taker to being a giver. This is because one begins to experience the infinite supply coming from the transcendental field of universal consciousness.
That is why the true meaning of enlightenment is the “deep state” in which one has awakened to our intrinsic oneness with cosmic consciousness, from which everything in creation has emanated. One is now drawing from the infinite wellspring of life-supporting energy from the unified field – – and this fills the individual with overflowing joy, peace, tranquility, creativity, energy, intelligence, love, compassion, and generosity. Such a one in this “deep state” has only the best interests of all beings at heart.
The “Illuminati” originally referred to unusually intelligent scientists and scholars who had various kinds of genius, but they got infiltrated by black magic sorcerers who also had developed certain types of destructive intelligence. That destructive intelligence comes from a lower level of the evolution of consciousness, because if they are trying to extract value, like parasites, from the society around them against the will of their victims, that shows that they are ignorant of their own deep inner potential to connect with the infinite being.
Those involved in trying to enslave mankind via adrenochrome harvesting, child trafficking, promotion of drug and alcohol addictions, forced taxation, the depopulation agenda, and other violations of natural law, are NOT highly evolved. Thus it is very important for religious people like our beloved Christian brothers and sisters who have invested a lot of mental energy in a belief system around “Satan” to understand that anyone or any group that seems to display that kind of destructive energy is really just unevolved. They are NOT all-powerful at all. They only have the power that we collectively give them. Left to themselves, they are actually very weak.
The far more highly evolved beings, including the galaxy of Ascended Masters and the Holy Tradition of Enlightened Ones, have infinitely more power . . . and are using it to allow just enough evil to let the population get educated by it – – but not enough to turn the planet into a complete police state or Jurassic Park.
They are eternally beyond emanating even one iota of evil themselves . . . but they allow the freedom of choice of every being to operate, as long as it doesn’t destroy the Earth School in which humans are experimenting.
Each of us has access to the unbounded ocean of pure bliss consciousness at the source of thought deep within, in deep meditation. When one has gone completely beyond all thought and mental activity into no-mind, but is completely awake and actually superconscious, that is the state of samadhi. The Oneness Avatars call it a “peak state”. Glimpsing that repeatedly and eventually sustaining it 24/7 is the birthright and destiny of all life.

1. It’s easier to understand what’s going on in the world when you mentally “mute” people’s narratives about what’s going on and just look at the material movements of wealth, resources, weapons, and people. That’s how you separate what’s real from the manipulations and empty narrative fluff, how you see who’s doing the taking and hoarding, and how you figure out who the real aggressors are in international conflicts.
2. The three most overlooked and under-appreciated aspects of the human experience are consciousness, the extent to which conditioned thought patterns dictate our lives, and the influence of propaganda.
3. We live in a civilization that’s so pervasively steeped in lies and manipulations that the only way to have a truth-based relationship with reality is to drop all your assumptions and premises about what’s true and begin examining everything from the very beginning with fresh eyes.
4. The phenomenon known as spiritual enlightenment is a real thing which we are all capable of realizing, and the fact that this potential exists within our species has many far-reaching implications for what we are capable of attaining as a civilization.
5. Everything is beautiful. Not seeing the beauty in something is always the failure of the perceiver, not the thing being perceived.
6. Happiness is the natural default position of human consciousness. It’s only through egoic delusions that we trick ourselves into unhappiness.
7. There are strange untapped potentials within our species which our philosophies don’t touch on, our religions don’t anticipate, our academia doesn’t acknowledge, and our common worldviews don’t account for.
8. Reality is nondual. There’s no real separation between the perceiver and that which is perceived, or between any of the objects in sense perception. All is indivisible.
9. The self is an illusion held together by believed mental narratives and fear-based energetic fixations. This illusion can be seen through and transcended.
10. It’s possible for two people to keep falling more and more deeply in love with each other for their entire lives, as long as they’re both intensely curious about each other and both keep growing and discovering new parts of themselves to love.
11. The feeling of guilt is useless and can safely be dropped entirely. The only people who might benefit from feeling some guilt are the sociopaths and psychopaths among us who never experience it anyway. For those among us with healthy empathy centers, guilt is unnecessary to motivate good behavior and often becomes a tool that manipulators use to control us.
12. Antisocial personality disorder, more commonly known as sociopathy and psychopathy, is one of the greatest obstacles to human thriving. That there really are creatures among us who don’t think or feel like the rest of us do and frequently use their lack of empathy to climb the ladders of wealth and power sounds made up (and even sounds like the basis of many racist belief systems), but it is a fact. Not until our species becomes so emotionally intelligent and awake that sociopaths and psychopaths are unable to thrive in it or go unseen will this problem disappear.
13. You can recognize sociopaths, psychopaths, and other narcissists in your life by paying attention to how much energy they pour into convincing you to believe stories about others, about themselves, and especially about you. Someone who often spends energy trying to get you to believe negative things about yourself is someone you should get out of your life as quickly as possible.
14. There really is a struggle in our world between light and darkness, though it doesn’t look how the movies tell us to expect it. Those in power seek to keep their dark deeds hidden in darkness by maintaining government secrecy, propaganda and censorship. The manipulators in our own lives seek to keep their manipulations and misdeeds hidden in the same way. Even within our own personal psychology there are dysfunctional structures which seek to remain hidden in the unconscious. Humanity’s struggle is to bring that all into the light.
15. A sincere devotion to knowing the truth is the path toward happiness, health and harmony, for humans as individuals and for humanity as a collective. Knowing what’s true about ourselves uncovers our inner dysfunctionality and leads to healing and enlightenment. Knowing what’s true about our world leads to an understanding of the abusive nature of our power structures and societal systems. Continually striving toward the light of truth will bring us all home. |

Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your Assets
Let us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Procrastinating, putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the wise.

Questions and Answers
Q: In the UK, the government taxation internet site states that all Express Trusts must now be registered. It also contains information on possible exceptions. Does a Natural Law Trust now have to be registered in the UK?
A: As a reminder, we at BIC cannot give legal or financial advice, so all of these answers are only our seasoned collection of information from experience – – not advice as to what any one client should do. We can simply say that worldwide, the NLT is non-statutory, meaning it is not written under the statutes of any government. Thus it is an exception to the normal statutory requirements. The NLT is based on the universal right of private contract. This is a right, not a privilege – – so it cannot be denied by any government.
To our knowledge, most every client of the NLT worldwide has been successful in operating them privately without registration. Those who have been successful have been legally and lawfully operating their trusts in private. We have all found that this is in the best interests of the beneficiaries, because the confidentiality protects them from possible swindlers. Administration of a private trust as a pass-through entity includes that income taxation issues are handled before assets are exchanged in the trust or after beneficiaries receive benefits. The NLT is also considered a discretionary trust and all funds received by the trust can be treated as trust corpus rather than income.
For clients who plan to put real estate property into an NLT in the UK and countries where public recording requires government registration, see the answer in these FAQs to the related question “In countries like the UK that now seem to be requiring trust government registration before the public recording of trust real estate ownership, what is the solution?” The answer to that question provides two different solutions to this.
Q: I understand the trust is irrevocable but are there certain exceptions that can be modified?
A: The whole point of the trust being irrevocable is to prevent outside parties from being able to force the trustees to give up the trust’s assets to satisfy personal liabilities. Once you have clearly understood this, you would cease to ask that question. You would want the trust to be irrevocable 100%. No, it is in your interest for there to be no exceptions.
But as I said before, the managing trustee can put assets into the trust and can take assets out. Just because the trust is irrevocable doesn’t mean you can’t take assets out. So if that’s what you were worried about, put that worry to rest. You as managing trustee can put assets in and take assets out at your discretion. And by the trust being irrevocable, no outside party can force you to take assets out to satisfy any kind of claim against you personally.
Q: Do you have any other recommended literature I can read to get a more firm understanding of the use cases and functionality of the NLT?
A: There is a bibliography our trust writer has provided, but really, that is more for people who wish to train to become professional trustees – – meaning providing trustee services for others – – or for people with large organizations and complex business structures. Here it is:

The first item, the Trust Manual, comes automatically with your Natural Law Trust.
As to the rest of the books, honestly, that would be like studying a car mechanic manual to understand every detail of the pistons, the carburetor, the ball bearings, and transmission. No one who drives a car needs to know all those things. Most NLT operators get along just fine without having read all those books.
You would deprive yourself of the benefits of the trust by over-studying it. Perhaps you are coming to this topic with the assumption that most newcomers have – – that it is assumed to be complicated and intimidating.
That is the impression that most all other trust writing companies want newcomers to have. They want people to think it is beyond easy comprehension because it empowers them and disempowers the client. It makes the client dependent upon them for understanding, which enriches their pocketbook due to the fees they charge.
Perhaps you may have seen the section in our eBook on “Simplicity”. This is a highly valuable quality of our NLT. It is of paramount importance, because it empowers you – – not the lawyers and accountants and trust “experts”. So many of those other trusts out there are stuffed with meaningless legalese, taking up 50, 100, 150 pages. It’s very intimidating looking.
They do that on purpose – – to keep you paying their fees to interpret it all for you. And in some cases, unscrupulous operators will siphon assets out of a client’s trust because they know the client is clueless about what is happening.
That is impossible with our NLT, because it is purposely written in plain high school English, and because we encourage most clients to be their own managing trustee. If you are the managing trustee, and you understand the simple language in the trust, you are in control. You have complete command of it. No outside party has any access to your trust assets, and no one can trick you out of what you have in the trust.
Being this is the case, you are far better off going ahead with your trust, and begin learning through experience . . . rather than endlessly perusing through theories. The more theories you study, the more confused you may get. That is because those trust law tomes are written to encompass every possible scenario – – most of which will never be relevant to you.

My consort and I watched the first half of The Lost Century video Sunday night, and the second half of it Monday night, on Amazon. We really enjoyed it. That’s Dr. Greer’s best video ever.
We especially enjoyed the scenes near the end of artist conceptions of Heaven on Earth in the Age of Enlightenment. The video artists did an excellent job of depicting the greening of the deserts and the big cities, replacing the ugliness with beauty and environments of paradise. That is so important – – to not just decry what has gone wrong, and not just talk about technologies, but actually show what the world can evolve into.

Near the end of a 3-hour press conference at the National Press Club on June 12, 2023, it was stated twice that US Congressional leaders and colleagues have given a deadline of late 2026 to stop illegal suppression of information regarding free energy technologies and their sources, or they will make them stop, allowing humanity to stop environmental problems and home utility costs in a 20-year timeframe. This deadline fits right into forecasts by many spiritual visionaries that a golden age, profoundly different from the ages we’ve been living in on earth, will start to become widely visible in the mainstream c. 2026-2030, and be fully developed by 2050-75.
Please note also that its creators have stated that the documentary film, The Lost Century, showcasing free energy devices and their sources, is #1 on every major video outlet in America, and that The Accidental Truth, on a closely related topic, is the #2 documentary in the US on all outlets. If true, tens of millions of Americans are interested in, and being exposed to, this view and info at this time, for the first time – a major cultural transition.
It was also stated at the Press Conference June 12 that a large and quickly growing contingent of the US Congress (most intently Congressman Tim Burchett of Tennessee (Repub) and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York (Dem) feel that the US government is not credible with regard to the various committees, bodies, and projects it has formed over the decades, most recently AARO, to investigate free energy and its sources, which amount, in their view, to an obfuscation and avoidance tactic, and they are determined to get to the bottom of this, and force disclosure, one way or another, in “6 to 9 months,” a new time-frame that began to be stated after the Press Conference.
A theme that ran through both the Press Conference, and remarks prior to the Premiere of The Lost Century on July 8 in LA, is that inventors of free energy devices have all made the same big mistake so far, at least in the US – they have tried to protect their inventions with patents, instead of making them open source, in order to a) become wealthy, and b) have a sense of ownership of their inventions. The result has consistently been that the ISG has seized all plans, patents, and devices, and kept them only for its own consideration and use, and prevented them from going public. The solution proposed is for inventors to go open source, not try to patent their devices, as soon as the devices consistently work and are de-bugged, so that the ISG can’t prevent their availability. I would add to this plan, that even if someone else patents them and goes to court, the plans will be in so many hands all over the globe that the devices will become prevalent regardless of legalities, although at different timeframes, depending on the collective consciousness and governments of various countries.
It was also announced before The Lost Century premiere on July 8:
A group plans to start going public with several currently functional and tested free energy inventions, via open source (not patented) within 3 months or so, and also plans a free energy lab to allow inventors to develop and open source their free energy inventions. This group claims to have terabytes of official government documents and several thousand high level whistleblowers that prove beyond any reasonable doubt that free energy devices and their sources are being illegally withheld, and 150 lawyers plan to file coordinated racketeering lawsuits in all 50 states against organizations and individuals withholding these devices, also over the next 3 months. I have been told that these kinds of lawsuits have almost never been successful. If so, a) times are quickly changing, and b) the suits will have large publicity potential to bring out this info, even if they are not initially successful.
Finally, it is being stated that the ISG (Illegal Secret Government) has been running a disinfo campaign (psychological warfare, called psyop (psychological operation) in the media and government for decades to make Americans fear residents of other planets (ETs), but that all ETs in this area of our solar system are either entirely peaceful, or under complete control of those who are peaceful, and this fact is backed up by terabytes of hard copy documents and high level testimonies gathered over the past 30+ years, and that ETs should not be feared, and that the current situation is delicate, as the ISG intends to continue creating fear with its disinfo campaign in the media and government, (including the abductions by its own fleet, and experts stating that ETs are or might be harmful) in order to control its assets and keep society in a problem-filled dark condition.
To the oft-stated claim that the public is not ready for disclosure of ETs, a) free energy is more believable and less shocking, and can lead the way in the disclosure process, and b) public surveys consistently show that 50-60% of the public thinks that ETs exist, which is a higher % than the approval rating of any US President in decades. I would add that the % of the public aware greatly increases the lower the age, so awareness is not just high, it is quickly growing. So the public is ready. I have also been told by a very experienced academic that the readiness of the US for disclosure is least in the world, because the ISG is based here, and awareness levels are higher, sometimes vastly higher, in many other countries.
