Our harmony and attunement go far deeper than any single lifetime. Let us celebrate this event. It is re-defining life on this planet “Earth Shan”, “Planturia”, “Placentia”, “Terra”.
It is understandable that thousands of years of FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real) have permeated our entire species. Fear is an art, though. A little of it is natural and keeps us from stepping over a cliff to our demise. Too much of it, though, causes us to make a mountain out of a molehill and multiply a small problem into a big one. Too much fear creates whole new problems out of nothing, where there weren’t any before.
Today we are informed of a wide variety of victories for justice, peace, righteousness, and equitable balance in human affairs in recent years. We are aware of streams of events and myriads of news items from all over the world that are too many and too diverse to pinpoint in any one short message like this. But they constitute a vast improvement in the integrity of the human landscape.
The way has definitely become much smoother for harmless and creative benevolence to succeed. The inevitable success and smooth flow of the implementation of the Golden Age systems is one of the areas in which the enlightened seers have had a constant, unbroken, uninterrupted, and crystal clear foreknowing, gradually increasing over the recent years and accelerating in its clarity in the recent months and weeks.
We are not being overly optimistic. We are very well aware of the atrocities of the terrocrats, having been inundated, flooded, overwhelmed with volumes of that information for decades, far more than most, and having tasted some of it ourselves. We know very well what the corrupt have been doing. So in saying things have improved, we are simply stating the consensus of those standing high above the valley, who have the more panoramic perspective.
We are fond of the saying: “The pessimist complains about the wind. The optimist believes it will change. The realist adjusts the sails.”
In talking about the general improvement in the economic ethical landscape, we are realists. If this has the effect of improving the optimism of some readers, so be it. Realism is a balance.
It has been reinforced by all kinds of additional confirmations, and strengthened by growing and deepening certainty and clarity. This is the kind of foreknowing that is definite. A number of us share this clear vision, and we are seeing with increasingly bright mountain-top clarity, that the level of extreme and growing urgency for the entire human race is such that the highest good, the greatest, most paramount benefit, will be achieved solely by the planetary transformations coming sooner rather than later.
Realizing the “time is of the essence” wisdom from the ancient Oracle of Delphi underscores the lack of justification for any further delays. The clarity of this knowingness, this bright-sunlight vision, reveals that there will be no advantages to anyone by further postponement, even to those whom these metamorphoses remove from power; because ultimately even they benefit more from the new paradigm than from their own misguided strategies and abuses of power.
As the wheel of social and administrative power shifts to the Beings of Light, their collective leveraged influence on the world is bringing a stunning series of transformations for everyone. In turn, this is getting leveraged exponentially into ripple effects spreading out to all creation.
These expanding waves of positivity will serve to come back to all of us in the form of wars cancelled, diseases cured, free energy technologies being released, new inventions benefiting the lives of all, and the entire quality of life on all levels being raised – – worldwide, from physical to spiritual and everything in between.
The clear vision is that we need not worry any further about the safety of the prosperity distribution mechanisms or the consideration of any further systems or structures to try to prevent terrocrat interferences. There are tremendous talents, beautiful abilities, fantastic gifts, and glorious skills in humanity just waiting for the right season, the right soil, the right atmosphere in which to blossom and bear fruit.

UBS is backing out of its purchase of credit Suisse, but no one knows it yet. Deutsche bank is on the verge of collapse, Bank of America on shaking ground. JP Morgan has 55 trillion of derivatives exposure. Goldman Sachs has 45 trillion. The entire Ponzi scheme is about to collapse. Evergreen in China is over, and the official bankruptcy proceedings occurred this week.

The reason for doing it today, or as soon as possible before the webinar, is so that when the webinar begins, you won’t have to bother with it then. Some people previously ran into glitches, confusion, and roadblocks in installing the software in the past. If you’re trying to do that right when the webinar starts, then you may miss a lot of it. So if you start the process well in advance, it gives you time to overcome those obstacles. Then when the webinar begins, you can just click on the link and start viewing and listening.

Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late
to Protect Your Assets
Let us give you the mountaintop view that we have. Time and again, we see people postponing setting up their Natural Law Trusts, and then getting into trouble and wishing they had set it up sooner.
Case in point: A woman came to us with millions of dollars in debt due to a failed business, and was trying to salvage what she had left before giving it all away to bankruptcy proceedings.
After she is already in BK proceedings and the attorney sharks are circling her, to set up the trust then and transfer her assets into it could be challenged by the court as “fraudulent conveyance”. It could be possible that the court could try to get the assets back out of the trust, even though it is irrevocable – – or file criminal charges against the woman for hiding assets when monies are due to creditors. But if she had transferred her assets into the trust years ago, before any of the problems arose, then no court could challenge it and she would be safe.
A Natural Law Trust is like insurance – – it is a prevention of problems. If you wait until your house burns down to buy fire insurance, it is too late. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Procrastinating, putting it off, and postponing assembling one’s state-of-the-art asset protection is an invitation to disaster. Most everyone we know who has begun to enjoy the benefits of an NLT has wished they had started it sooner. May this be a word to the wise.

Questions and Answers
Q: What is the situation when sovereign people want to set up a company that is not subject to the legal order of the system?
A: This depends more on the level of the consciousness and experience of the individual than anything else. The NLT is the greatest asset protection vehicle in the world, but a bad operator of it could still mismanage it and make mistakes. It’s just like a Rolls Royce, top-of-the-line Mercedes, or Ferrari – – it doesn’t matter how expensive and well-made the car is. If a bad driver gets into it, he could still crash it.
We can only provide the world-class state-of-the-art vehicle. It is up to the client to be advanced in his knowledge and experience to handle its affairs flawlessly.
I’m sure you are finding that my approach to answering your questions is very different from what typical in-the-system people would provide. Most of them – – licensed financial advisors, estate planning professionals, certified public accountants, and attorneys – – will persuade people who are asking the questions you are asking to get into their system. For their substantial fees, they will take care of recommending and perhaps arranging the system for the client.
As you can see, I am not recommending any of that. But, in order for someone to be competent in going the sovereign way, obviously one must possess some degree of sovereignty consciousness.
Q: Is a natural law trust sufficient, or should a company be established in its current legal form (limited liability company, public limited company, foundation, etc.) that is only then converted into a trust? (So that the trust itself can remain secret…?)
A: Again, this depends on the level of knowledge, experience, consciousness, and mastery of the user / client / operator. If you are living a degree of individual sovereignty consciousness and are comfortable managing your affairs according to natural law, transcending ever-changing manmade statutes, then yes, the NLT could be totally sufficient for you. That is how perhaps the majority of NLT trustees operate.
It also depends on the size of the company and the level of activity of the business organization. If the business already has a substantial presence in the marketplace in a statutory entity and has a lot of clients, customers, sales, employees, and significant interaction with the establishment system, then it might be perhaps easier for the owner(s) of that business to keep the statutory company operating as before.
Then he can assign up to 95% of the company’s income to the trust, which sits in the background. It will not be 100% secret, as it will show that the majority of the company’s income and profits are going to the trust – – but at least the information about its existence and its nature will be very quiet. Such information will not be volunteered or disclosed to most parties. It will be only at the absolute minimum, and only on a need-to-know basis.
The reason for up to 95% is, you don’t want to assign 100% of the company’s assets and profits to the trust. This is because that would look suspicious to the tax authorities, and they would most likely conduct an audit on the company. But, giving the majority of a company’s income and profits to an outside entity is done all the time. Most companies do this with offshore trusts or other types of tax shelters, because they don’t know about the NLT. The NLT is the best of them all. In any case, assigning 90% or 95% or even up to 98% to the nontaxable entity is very common in business and would not raise any eyebrows.
Q: I have a Natural Law Trust, but I am in need of an accountant to help me with my personal tax filing on my pension. I am hoping that such an accountant would be someone who is aware of the world changes on which BIC shares interesting news links. Can you recommend someone like that?
A: We appreciate your seeking our advice, but none of us at BIC participate in income taxes and so we don’t use the accountants who prepare them.
You have from BIC the world’s greatest non-taxable asset protection entity, but if the agency that pays your pension will not change the addressee to the trust name, then your only other option is to become individually exempt.
If you have American Citizenship, then you can utilize the Revocation of Election (ROE) at https://brillianceincommerce.com/freedomfromtax. Go to #4 on that page. Implementing that process will make you officially exempt from income tax in the USA.
As long as they regard you as a taxpayer, you will simply have to use a regular local accountant who works with taxpayers. At BIC we don’t deal with them and cannot recommend any.
One of our BIC staff members is working on a book for Natural Law Trust bookkeeping, but that will only pertain to the trust, and it will not address taxes because the trust has no tax filing requirements.
Pension payments by bank wire can be wired directly into a Natural Law Trust bank account, even if the pension payee is the individual trustee. But that would not exempt the payments from taxes, due to the fact that the payor still regards the individual payee to be the taxpayer. The payments would only become free of income tax if they were addressed to the trust itself as the payee, or if you personally convert your status to exempt using the ROE.
