The 24 Characteristics of Enlightenment – – continued from the August 22 BIC newsletter
22. Everything is a process
Before enlightenment, many people have imagined that they were born and they die – – they have a beginning and an end. Similarly, they imagined that the universe, creation, had a beginning and has an end. Hence scientists have been searching for those time points; but no one has satisfactorily answered the questions of “what was before the beginning”, and “what is after the end?”
In the enlightened state, the perception spontaneously arises that everything is beginningless and endless – – including one’s essential Self identity. One experiences that everything is a process . . . and that everything in the universe is evolving endlessly. The sum total of happiness in existence goes on growing eternally. Everything in relative creation is constantly in the process of changing and evolving. Even what sometimes appears to be devolution is simply a temporary increment in the overall evolution and ascension.

These are some of the qualities of the state that Sri Bhagavan and his Light Beings are giving people. That is why I share the videos of the stories of those who have attained in emails to a smaller list of interested correspondents. This concludes the series on the 24 characteristics. What will follow henceforth is a variety of other delights and treats for the heart and mind. Here is a preview:
Oneness is an ancient and eternal Reality. It is not just some New Age slogan. It is the underlying foundation of what is Realized when True Awakening occurs. This has been the greatest interest and gift of the Enlightened Ones to others.
Miracles, spiritual gifts, peak experiences, great wisdoms, and material advantages, seen properly, are only in service to That. Such outer successes are not the Be All and End All. They are best seen as Spiritual Fuel . . . a kind of Divine Propulsion Tool that Knowers, Lovers, and Realizers can use to accelerate spiritual evolution and physical healing. Physical ascension can stop and reverse aging, as you know, and can create vast longevity, if not immortality, in the chosen body vehicle one is inhabiting. It can help convert that vehicle into a perfect one, free from blemishes. But it is still just a Wave on the Ocean of Being . . . a Ray from the One Sun of Love. The first thing of importance, is Cosmic Awakening.
In relative existence, there are three general categories of beings. They correspond to the three main “gunas” or bands of energy in creation – – the creative, the maintaining, and the destructive.
1) Tamasic – Those characterized by the tamas guna, which is destructive, or at least more into taking than giving. Consciousness here is seated in the reptilian brain. It is generally the negative energy – that which has inertia – that which slows down or stops energy from moving.
2) Rajasic – Those characterized by the rajas guna, which is full of dynamic activity and is neither totally good nor totally bad, but intermediates and synthesizes the two. Consciousness here is seated in the social brain.
3) Sattvic – Those characterized by the Sattva guna, which is totally good. Sattva only gives life, gives goodness, and overflows in all good things – light, love, power, intelligence, peace, energy, creativity, awareness, purity, innocence, balance, strength, confidence, admiration, awe, wonder, bliss, joy, ecstasy, harmlessness, and so on. Consciousness here is seated in the prefrontal cortex, which perceives oneness in everything.
It is mainly the Sattvic people who are appropriate for the administration of world affairs in the Golden Age.

And we are within just one or two months of the LAUNCH. The countdown is happening now. It is just about time. Your patience is about to be rewarded.

Questions and Answers
Q: What is the advantage of this trust being an unincorporated organization?
A: Well, the best way to answer that is first to show what the disadvantages are of incorporation. Incorporation is facilitated by statutes, which result from legislation by politicians. Statutes number in the millions, even in a single country like the USA, and no single lawyer can possibly master more than a small fraction of them. In addition, they are ever-changing. They are often so contradictory and confusing that often only court cases can settle statutory disputes. Further, statutes tend to benefit only the special interests for which they were created. And they almost always require expensive paid attorneys to consult on them. And finally, the benefits they deliver in most cases are minimal compared to the huge time and expense it takes to comply with them.
By contrast, there is a large international community of citizens and professionals in most countries who have learned how to operate most of their affairs with little or no need for compliance with statutes. They adhere to trade principles under the global Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and/or the tradition of common law, which is the accumulated consensus of centuries of court decisions. In other words, common sense. Common law is man’s best effort to emulate natural law.
One of the cornerstones of the UCC and common law is the universal right of contract. US Supreme Court cases as well as conclusions in countries around the world affirm the individual’s unlimited right to enter into private contract with other individuals without government interference, as long as he or she is not interfering with the rights of others.
Hence by avoiding incorporation, one can manage one’s affairs via private contracts under common law – – natural law – – and enjoy infinitely more freedom and sovereignty with none of the restrictions, stress, expense, and waste of time that complying with statutes requires.
Statutes come and go. They are temporary, whereas common law goes on for centuries, and natural law is timeless. Natural law is beginningless and endless and is universal in applicability.
We therefore see the Natural Law Trust continuing to play an important role, long after crime has disappeared from the planet. When there is no longer any need for protecting one’s assets from aggressors and thieves, there will still be the need for efficient distribution of resources and long-term estate planning. That is why the Natural Law Trust will never be obsolete. That is perhaps the crowning apex of the answer to your question.
Q: Is it necessary or recommended to upgrade one’s individual status on the government records before operating a Natural Law Trust? [In the USA, this has been variously referred to as the State Citizen or American Sovereign status; sometimes erroneously called Secured Party Creditor].
A: First, please understand that the House of Freedom International Natural Law Trust (NLT) from BIC can be used by anyone, regardless of their status.
A Rolls Royce can be driven by a billionaire or his chauffeur. It can be driven by a German, an African, or an American. The car doesn’t care what the status of the driver is.
Same with the NLT. It is equally successful with both slaves and sovereigns.
However, obviously, if the driver has been educated in personal individual sovereignty, then he would be able to appreciate the freedoms that the NLT enjoys a lot more than if he is in a subject-slave mentality, yes?
In addition, a trustee of an NLT who has documented his individual sovereignty correctly will have a much better mindset for managing the affairs of the NLT without allowing it to erroneously become vulnerable to dominating influences from other parties. He would be far more inclined to exercise the considerable rights that the trust furnishes.
No matter how well designed a Rolls Royce may be, an incompetent driver could still drive it into the ditch. Same with the NLT. We provide the best trust on the planet. It is the most well-crafted asset protection vehicle for maximizing the protection of assets and for operating successfully in a sovereign way without compromising its rights or subjecting it to any outside influence. But then it is hoped that the trustees rise to the occasion of the consciousness with which the trust was designed. If they don’t, then they are missing its greatest benefits. |

Golden Age Success Coaching

It is because the tools for developing the outer Golden Age are only part of the picture. The other part consists of the tools for developing the inner Golden Age. The inner is the basis of the outer.
Through the years, time and again, I have seen instances where two people used the exact same systems and strategies, but one was successful and the other wasn’t. Invariably, it was because the unsuccessful one was lacking the purified and illuminated mindset.
It’s like giving a Rolls Royce or a Maserati to two people. One is an expert driver, and the other isn’t. The one who isn’t very good at driving may crash the Rolls Royce or the Maserati or may run off the road and get stuck somewhere. That driver lacks the right mindset.
The world is full of people with inadequate mindsets. Even successful people usually still have deficiencies somewhere in their inner makeup, and consequently in their outer affairs. Most people dismiss the importance of raising their consciousness. They’re too focused on the outer results, and get frustrated when the outer results are not to their liking. They usually blame external factors.
Those who have mastered their situations, though, have discovered that we all create our own reality. We are masters of our own destiny. We are 100% responsible for how our lives unfold. Even when adverse things happen to such people, they know how to turn them into good fortune.
The outer and the inner are like the two wings of a bird. The bird cannot fly with just one wing. Both wings are needed to fly effectively. Both the right outer procedures and the evolved inner brainwaves are needed for mastering success in anything in life.
