Online Webinar Series

First in 2018: January 9, 2018

            This is urgent because:

  • If you have substantial assets, one mistake could result in their loss; or
  • If you’re not making use of your trust, or your assets are small; or worse yet, if you don’t even have a House of Freedom International Natural Law Trust yet, you may be missing tremendous opportunities to use the trust for amassing and protecting wealth.  You may be losing what you didn’t even know you have.  Missed opportunities are often more expensive than lost assets.
  • If you would like to consider being a professional trustee or trust writer as a career, you have come to the right place for the crème de la crème of trust education.

In all cases, this education is quintessential in order to become a master administrator, wealth creator, wealth protector, or qualified and educated trustee.

For those who would like to consider becoming professional trust writers or professional trustees, this is the foundational basic training that is a prerequisite.

Many customers and prospective customers of the House of Freedom International Natural Law Trust have asked for more extensive education around the whole topic of natural and common law trusts.  This is it!

So you have a position as trustee, manager, or beneficiary of a House of Freedom trust . . . or you have considered acquiring one.  Is the trustee personally responsible for the debts of the settlor, the debts of the trust, trust money loaned to others, or the debts of beneficiaries?  You could be if you don’t have the knowledge.

Ten Rules For Asset Protection Planning

from this Forbes Magazine link

  1. Start Planning Before A Claim Arises
  2. Late Planning Usually Backfires
  3. Asset Protection Planning Is Not A Substitute For Insurance
  4. Personal Assets Are For Trusts; Business Assets Are For Business Entities
  5. Too Much Control Is A Bad Thing
  6. Asset Protection Planning And Tax & Estate Planning Don’t Always Jive
  7. Your Money May Be Offshore But You Are Here
  8. Don’t Count On Bankruptcy As The Last Refuge Of A Desperate Debtor
  9. If You Can’t Explain It, It Will Never Work
  10. Usually Everything Sees The Light Of Day

Supposing two trust officers are married and then their marriage breaks up.  What changes would be the fairest ones to make to the trust to handle this?

Or, you have the title of an automobile in the trust, and the car gets impounded.  Then what?

If there is a difference in viewpoint between the trustees and the beneficiaries, what is the solution?

What is the difference between a living trust, a grantor trust, a statutory trust, a non-statutory trust, and an irrevocable trust?

What happens when a Trust Certificate holder wants to cash in his certificates and use the proceeds against the interest of the Trust?

If the bank asks to see a copy of the entire trust, what should you do?

These and many other critical questions will be answered by the director of the Brilliance in Commerce trust department, and founder of House of Freedom Trusts, Randall Hillner.  If you are already a trust client, you know Randall.  If you’re not, here is the privilege to exclusively hear him on up coming Zoom webinars.

Randall Hillner is one of the world’s very few experts in that high, privileged, elite, and rarified field of state-of-the-art pure common law sovereign irrevocable trusts.   Our House of Freedom trusts marketed by Brilliance in Commerce revolutionized the trust field by designing our trusts according to the principles taught by some of the greatest asset protection masters in the world.

The January 9 event is a continuation of a seminar series on the importance of private irrevocable trusts, the secrets of the super rich, how these “sovereign” and “natural law” trusts differ from other types of trusts, and all the things you need to know to operate them successfully, accumulate wealth safely in them, and protect your assets in ways that have advantages over other approaches.

Previously a best kept secret of the elite, peaceful people are now enjoying protected status in the world’s best and most state-of-the-art asset protection instrument.  Yet like having a Rolls Royce, it does no good to have it if one doesn’t know how to drive it, go places with it, stay out of accidents, and arrive safely at desired destinations.  Similarly, even the best trust in the world can only deliver its benefits fully when its operators are properly educated in the skills of setup and operation.

For years our Brilliance in Commerce clients have been fortunate to have access to our House of Freedom trusts of surpassing craftsmanship, and they have enjoyed low maintenance requirements due to this craftsmanship.  This has created the misconception that additional education hasn’t been all that necessary.  Now the time has come that more and more clients are realizing how essential such knowledge is.

Likewise, very fortunately, we have the great privilege of a few of the best experts in the world on this topic.  Very few people in the world clearly understand the higher echelons of advanced sovereign trust protocols.  It is not taught in law schools.  Even most trust “experts” who “think” they know this field are ignorant of the secrets being taught in this series.  In fact, even most “common law” trust providers have flaws and deficiencies in their trust designs.  There are reasons why we have three decades of flawless success with our trusts.  That is why we decided to use the word “natural” instead of “common”, to distinguish the House of Freedom trust design from the inferior ones.

On January 9, Brilliance in Commerce (BIC) Founder Taansen Fairmont will endow you with some important announcements about the coming trust seminar series, and the head of BIC’s trust department, Randall Hillner, will speak to everyone with his special knowledge, and answer questions.   It will be advantageous for anyone who has a trust AND for anyone who is thinking of acquiring the use of a trust to attend this series.

House of Freedom Trust clients are highly privileged to be endowed with a surpassing asset protection instrument that is simple and user-friendly – – omitting the huge amount of complicated legalese and pages of text stuffing that run up trust costs. We thus freed our clients from the extra expenses that ensure a lucrative career for lawyers and trust consultants.  Our trust brought the cost down to make it unnecessary for clients to go on hiring professionals to interpret and augment the trusts.  And it did all this while maintaining the unsurpassed bullet-proof strength of its asset protection shielding.

That is one of the reasons House of Freedom Trusts have been considered among the best in the world.

Why is our House of Freedom International Natural Law Trust considered by experts to be one of the best in the world?  Why does the elite keep this type of design hush-hush?   Why is it so little understood by attorneys and CPAs?

These and hundreds of other questions – – including yours – – will be answered in the new forum now commencing.  We are very fortunate to have agreed to host one of the world’s few truly master teachers on this state-of-the-art trust design in the new webinar series now starting.

Want to Gain an Advanced Education in the Fascinating Art of Sovereign Trusts?

Masterpiece Books and a Newsletter Available

Many customers and prospective customers of the House of Freedom International Natural Law Trust have asked for more extensive education around the whole topic of natural and common law trusts.

Our House of Freedom trust revolutionized the trust field by becoming simple and user-friendly – – omitting the huge amount of complicated legalese and pages of text stuffing that run up trust costs.

Nevertheless, many of our clients have wanted more education.  Beyond our eBook and the manual that comes with the trust, many have wanted to understand the mechanics, the history, the reasons, the intricacies, the strategies, the variables, the diverse uses, the possibilities, the philosophy, and the other many nuances of the whole trust concept.

We have thus identified a source of literature that provides the education many have been asking for . . . from an organization that does not write or sell trusts.  The Charles Arthur trust group out of Los Angeles, California, endows

our House of Freedom Trust clients with the strategic, technological, legal, and philosophical education behind the crafting and operation of our trusts.

Charles Arthur and associates provide one of the more rare and excellent streams of general education on the whole concept of sovereign trusts.  Further, they do not pose any competition to us because they do not offer any trust creation services themselves.  This was the perfect formula for educational cooperation.

We are thus pleased to recommend the book “Passing the Buck, Volume 1”.  You can order “Passing the Buck Vol. 1”

at this link.  It is also available on Amazon.

In addition,

here is a link to a newsletter to which you can subscribe.  It is called Charles Arthur’s Passing Bucks.

Charles Arthur is also offering a free teaching series of newsletter articles they’ve previously published to those who are interested. All you need to do is

click here to send an email request.   You will receive an email every few days.  We advise that you keep up with your reading since each article will build upon one other. You can opt-out at any time.
